I was a ritual nail biter since childhood, and now being 21 I have a reason to not bite them. I'm not suggesting this will work for everyone to deter nail biting, but I found that by taking the time to take care of my nails that I didn't want to ruin them by biting them any longer. I always had the bad cuticles and my nails were just overall gross... but now they're growing out nicely. My cuticles aren't frayed and my nails are shinier than they've ever been. They're actually so nice that I don't even want to polish them. It sort of looks like there is a 'clear coat' on yours nails after using this product from the very first day. After a while using them you actually feel your nail get smoother... AWESOME product.

Foundations -Almay - TLC Truly Lasting Color

I've been trying every kind of mattifying or long-wear foundation I can lately because I have such oily skin my boyfriend comments on my shiny nose when I come home for lunch and it's really starting to bug me! My skin has always been incredibly oily and always will be (my dad is 65 and still gets acne!). I've never tried any Almay products before but I really like how I don't have to wash my face and reapply my makeup at noon everyday! It doesn't have the greatest coverage but that's why I have concealer, I guess. It dries quickly and has a soft finish. I'm also very pale and the lightest shade fits me perfectly! I also really like the pump feature. I'll be buying this one again!

Loose Powders -Coty - Airspun face powder

I have used this product for years. I switched for a while to other brands, but always came back. Every time I would wear Coty power, people would always comment on how great my skin looked. A few even thought I did something more drastic, yes this power is really great... My gripe is why isn't it in stores, and my question is, was the product discontinued. If so I may buy up like 10 of them, because this is a great loose power, and I have tried a lot, but this is the best...

Eyeliner -Bobbi Brown - Caviar Ink

I purchased BB's gel liner in Chocolate Shimmer in Dubai two months ago and I still love the smoothness and ease of application. I was sold on Stila's bronze eye pot but the chocolate shimmer really makes my brown eyes stand out. I have never felt sexier in an eyeliner. If you are hesitant to spend the extra money like I was, I can tell you that I have no regrets and will do it again and again.
