Total crap. Its like tinted wax or something, no staying power at all. BOO!!
Lotions/ Creams -Bath and Body Works - Exotic Coconut
LorettaCastorini 9/17/2006 9:03:00 PM
Mmmmmmmmm....coconut creme pie! This is very nice...light and clean, not too sweet and not overwhelming coconut. It doesn't smell like suntan lotion or anything. Seems more like a vanilla coconut to me. I've been searching for a coconut lotion for a while...I like this.
Described as a fruity floriental, this fragrance is amazing. Top notes are pear, tangerine, grapefruit and blackcurrant. Heart notes are freesia and lily of the valley. Base notes are cedarwood, sandalwood, praline, amber and musk. Its very soft and feminine, without being icky, plasticy sweet or overwhelming. Its quickly becoming a favorite, its addictive...I can't stop smelling it. And there is the bonus of the gorgeous packaging.....so Betsey. When I was purchasing mine, another woman bought 3 to use the boxes as decor in her bathroom...LOL! And remember..."Perfume is only as good as the compliments you get on it." - Betsey Johnson
I vowed that I would never buy another LE again...but, when I saw this in the store, I had to try it on...and I found my H/G nude lipstick! I have never been able to do a nude lip before. I absolutely love this. I am an NW20 and every time I tried to do a nude lip I would look dead. But this has the perfect amount of pink in it and it turns my lips into a pretty pale pink. I wear it with Be-In over it.
I'm glad I got this. I was wondering if I needed another creme and brown e/s. But its not just another creme and brown e/s... The creme color is more of a pale yellow, which totally perks up the eyes as a wash. It is not chalky on me at all (NW20). The brown is deceptive in the pan. It has alot of olive in it when applied, which is good for me because it brings out the green in my eyes. The pigmentation and the staying power, as usual with NARS e/s, are extraordinary.
Can I say perfection? I love this color. Its as if Orgasm and Outlaw had a child. I'm an NW20 and this is just right for me. I was hoping to achieve this look with Mounia and a skunk brush but Mounia was way too pigmented for me. Oasis a very neutral blush, would go with anything. Gives you a very natural looking, in from the cold kind of flush. I love it. Its more glittery than Orgasm and Outlaw imo, but not too glittery, just enough to give a pretty glow.
Please save your money. Vaseline works better. This product is thick and waxy and does not melt or sink in. It does nothing for my lips.
Best self tanner I have ever used. The most natural looking color I have ever gotten. Highly recommended!
Palettes -Bobbi Brown - Beach Beauty Face Palette [DISCONTINUED]

I received this in a swap and I could not be happier! I love everything in it. I keep it out on my vanity because it is so perfect for a everyday mu or a quick application. The colors are subtle and ladylike and gives my face a very fresh look, I love it!!
I'd buy it again if I could!! I absolutely adore this lipstick, but at the same time I am completely annoyed that its a LE. I'm so tired of loving LEs and purchasing "backups" Anyhoo, with that being said....I have to tell you that this is a fabulous fabulous color. Its not too pale, its not too pink yet not too peach, its not too frosty either, I feel like I could write a song about it because its perfect. If you love the peachy pink look, like I do, you must buy this.
This is a great candle. So delishily fruity for summer. Its a very strong candle, I burned it for a couple hours and the scent filled half my house and stayed for a few days. This has the best throw of all the Bombay candles. And I love the fact that these candles are the eco-friendly soy wax and burn totally even. Great to pick up when they are on sale 2 for $25...and being that its a 20oz jar, it will last a while!
This is my all time favorite candle. Its a great scent b/c its not feminine or masculine, it smells fresh and clean without being flowery or too sweet. Its a bit earthy, but not too earthy...I just love it. The second runner up to this is the Bombay Linden Fig, which is not as pricey and burns just as well...but I think the Bendel candle might have a stronger throw.
This l/g is totally rockin. It looks crazy bright in the tube, but it goes on a very lovely sheer pink...so pretty and so shiny with no sparkle glitter or frost. I love it. Hoo Rah!!
Palettes -Jane - Eye Zings Mix and Match - Sunset Tones

This is my first Jane e/s purchase and I am very impressed with these eyeshadows. Great pigments and staying power compared to some higher end brands. They not chalky at all. The colors in this palette are very versatile. They are: White Lies, Sage, Cafe, Provence, Tuscany, and Champagne. I cannot complain at all for $5.
This product has a great application. My lashes looked great right after applying. But no lasting power at all. After a few hours, I looked like I didn't have any mascara on. I'll stick with my Maybelline FnS, it is a much better product than this.
