I absolutely love this system. First of all, use this product after you have finished all other makeup. Secondly, curl lashes. Apply the black mascara to one eye and don't glop it on. After applying the fibers and again, don't glop them on, use a dry mascara brush and sweep eyelashes up. This separates the fibers better. Then seal with the mascara lightly. If you do this your eyelashes won't be stuck together or spidery. I think some ladies are trying to hard and using too much product at one time. Also, doing one eye at a time helps. I don't use this on my lower lashes at all. At night after washing my face and while my face is still wet I use a cloth or my fingers to remove the fibers very easily from my lashes. No mess, no problem. All this is super easy once you do it once and the effect lasts all day with no smearing or stickiness. Hope this helps!
This is the first eyebrow product that I've found that's easy to use, blends well and looks so natural. I love the ultra thin pencil. It's so easy to precisely place color. The end of one eyebrow is almost non existent and I can fill in and blend with the skinny brush and both my brows match! Great product. I'll see how long it lasts though. I'll probably purchase it again anyway because IT WORKS! I have highlighted reddish brown hair and the Carmel color is perfect.
I read about this in a short article in Lucky magazine and decided I had to have it.....using it the way it says to in the article by scrunching some into your hair. My hair is highlighted copper and blonde on brown hair and is curly. I put a bit of leave-in conditioner on my palms then pick up some of the pomade and scrunch it together through my hair. It's much easier to get it off your hands that way. Otherwise you end up with gold hands and have to rub it onto the hair pieces to remove it from your hands. I've tried it with wet and dry hair and dry works best for my curly hair. I love this product as it glints gold in the sun and I love gold! I would definitely buy it again though I wish it was priced lower. I did check to find the best price and E Skin Care Store had a 20% discount offer on their site. Beautiful packaging too!
I have lots of different colors in my hair...basic darker brown woven with copper and blonde. It's really pretty but the red fades so fast, even Goldwell. So, when I found this product I experimented by pulling a "frosting" of hair through the holes in a cap. It worked! The copper is intense and blends fabulously with the other colors and really brightens the whole thing. It lasts about 6 to 7 shampoos +. I sit under the dryer with a cap over the color for about 15 minutes or so. That sets it really well and my hair is so shiny and multi-dimensional. Hope this tip helps some of you with darker hair.
This is the best foundation I have used in years! I had laser resurfacing on my face 5 years ago and had a bit of pigmentation change at my jawline and have had a really difficult time finding a foundation that was shear but covered well and this one works! There are a number of shades to choose from and I found one that absolutely blends the pigmentation problem into the rest of my skin and looks purely natural. I've checked it in every kind of light and it is perfect. At the department store counter the Lancome rep gave me two samples....one a tiny bit darker than the other as the lighting in the store hardly ever is accurate. My skin is thin and fair to neutral with few fine lines and this product does not settle into that line between my eyebrows! Super! A little goes a long way too.
