Mascara -Cover Girl - Lash Blast Volume

This is my HG mascara! I'm always looking out for other ones, but this one does it all for me- curls, separates and volumizes. I don't even own an eyelash curler! I get asked all the time if I'm wearing false lashes - I just say nope I use CoverGirl mascara. (To be fair I have really long eyelashes, but they aren't as thick as this mascara makes them look). I'm a fan of very black lashes, so I usually use several coats. I would repurchase (and have, many times!)

Lipstick -MAC - Cremesheen - Creme d'Nude

I don't generally wear nude lips on a day to day basis, as I prefer natural nudes to true nudes. I usually wear mlbb shades such as Viva Glam V or Laura Mercier's Tea Rose. However, this nude is a great formula and the colour is excellent. This is a creamy modern nude lipstick and although the colour is a little scary when first applied, I have found that the secret to wearing any nude colour or colour that is significantly lighter than the actual shade of your lips is to apply a generous amount and then blot your lips with your fingertip. It helps the product to absorb into the lips and avoids that problem that many people on here are complaining about-settling into the fine lines on the lips. It is also a MUST to have moisturized lips before applying any nude colour.

Eye Shadow -Maybelline - Stylish Smokes in Natural Smokes

This is a good, cheap smokey quad. The packaging is obviously not great, but for the price it's what you would expect. The colours are pretty...the nice thing about them is that you can work with them for day or night. I've definitely worn this quad out at night (using a heavier hand), and I am currently wearing it during the day at work. I get lots of compliments on the lid shade in particular, which is a really pretty silvery-taupe. The colour pigmentation is decent. The brow colour isn't very good-I would recommend using a different shade for a highlight. Overall, it is a pretty versatile quad with decent colours.

This colour is absolutely beautiful. I am an NW 20 and I agree with the previous reviewer in saying that this blush is best suited for very pale to somewhat pale skin tones. It is more or less matte, which I also really like, as I have combination/oily skin and shimmer emphasizes that. It is a beautiful colour that really looks like a natural healthy flush. This blush is HG status for me!! I use it nearly every day.

This foundation was alright for me...I unfortunately am between Shell and Nude so had to buy both and mix them, but that's ok I am used to having to do that with foundations. I always like to have various colour options anyway, in case I am doing someone else's makeup as well. I actually found that this foundation stayed pretty well on my oily skin, but one thing I wasn't crazy about was the fact that the glitter particles seemed to accentuate pores. I don't know if others have experienced this, but I found that in certain areas of my T-Zone my pores really showed up, even with a primer. The packaging is great, no complaints there. Very hygienic and doesn't waste product. The price is a little high for a d/s foundation IMO, but it still beats the heck out of my $55 CAN NARS Sheer Glow (which I am still iffy on). Overall, this product impressed me for a d/s foundation but I'll stick with my DoubleWear and Sheer Glow for now.

This is the most gorgeous colour! I am in love. I would give up my constant French manicure to wear this colour on my hands as well as my pedicure! Beautiful shimmer, the glitter isn't too much and the colour is blue in some lights, green in others. I know this colour is supposed to remind you of butterflies, but it reminds me of a mermaid.

Lip Gloss -MAC - Loud & Lovely

LOVE this colour! I usually tend to go for loud colours, and the name says it all. For a lipgloss, this is pretty out there. I wore it during the day and got a few weird looks, but overall, I think the colour is very flattering on a number of skintones. I am warm-toned, almost neutral, and I think that this colour worked for me even with the blue undertones. The Cremesheen formula is lovely as well, much less sticky than the lipglasses. Some reviewers have mentioned this being close to their natural lip colour, and this is not true for me. However, I have very very light lips, with almost no pigment. Without gloss or some type of colour, they look very close to the same colour as my skin. So this really added a bright punch of colour to my face. I keep the rest of the face simple when wearing this gloss, but thick black liquid liner and false lashes can take it from day to night.

Lip Gloss -NYX - Mega gloss- Sponge Cake

I love this gloss! The formula of NYX Mega Shine glosses is so wonderful, creamy and not sticky at all. I personally find the scent a little too sweet, but it isn't overwhelming and I don't really mind it. This colour has got to be one of the best MLBB colours ever! I find myself reaching for it almost every day-I have to force myself to wear other colours! haha. I have warm-toned skin and generally tend towards the reddish-browns and this, along with MAC Viva Glam V, is a daily staple! Gorgeous gloss, can't imagine a person who couldn't pull it off.

I really like this foundation and so I don't really understand these bad reviews! I have oily combination skin and this doesn't break me out, I have to be careful to avoid the mask look but I find it controls my oil, matches my skin tone really well (I am 40 Nude) and provides the coverage I need.

I think this is one of the most gorgeous scents out there! I agree that it is not a super floral scent, even though it is called FlowerBomb! It is a sweet, foody smell.

I love this scent! I keep trying new things, I am currently on a Ricci Ricci by Nina Ricci obsession phase haha, but I keep coming back to this. I agree that it is more of a winter scent but I still wear it at night year round. It is so affordable as well. It looks kind of cheap in the bottle but for the price I don't mind. I absolutely love this scent! I will not be without it. It is strong and a little goes a long way. That being said, something about the smell is just delicious. So many people recognize it as well. Can't rave enough about this.

This is a beautiful colour, there is no doubt about it. My favourite way to wear it is over Fresco Rose Paint Pot. However, I must say that it is not super unique and it is very dupeable. I also own Da Bling, Phloof!, and Jest, and they are all very similar to this colour. However, I do think Naked Lunch is a staple colour that anyone who is really into makeup should get.

Bronzers -MAC - Refined Golden

This is a pretty good bronzer. It lasts forever and I think the colour works on most people. I have a very greenish-yellowish undertone to my skin (think of it as very very fair olive skin) and it just adds a really nice dimension to whichever blush I use. I am not a huge bronzer lover, so I think that influenced my rating of 3 stars. The only caution I have is not to use it with too heavy of a hand, because of both the sparkles (not too noticeable but definitely there) and the fact that it is highly pigmented-it will look really dirty and dark, especially on lighter skin. I have used it on my sister, who has very fair skin with pink undertones, and it still looked really pretty (applied lightly). The product is good, I just think, overall, matte bronzers look better.

This is a great colour! You can use it very lightly for a day time look or more dramatically (in the crease and outer v) for a night time look. I love the shimmer and I don't find it over the top, as it is in a lot of Lustres. I agree about the fallout, however this is why it's important to use a good primer on the lid. This is a great colour. Not one I use all the time but I find myself reaching for it a lot lately, especially with summer coming along. Pairing this with All That Glitters and Coppering will be a great summer night look :)

Lip Gloss -Revlon - Super Lustrous in Foiled

I love all of the colours in Revlon's Super Lustrous lipglosses! They are so pigmented and have multi-dimensional colour. I thought this would be a little more frosty however once on the lips it gives a metallic nude which is gorgeous, since it is somewhat brown-copper in some lights, and has undertones of pink in other lights. since I bought this I wear it almost daily.
