Pressed Powders -Physicians Formula - Mineral Wear Pressed Powder in Translucent

I like this over a very light foundation or moisturizer. Also good to top off the ol' SPF. Cheap package and brush, good product otherwise.

Liquid -Physicians Formula - Youthful Wear Cosmeceutical Youth-Boosting Foundation

I got the fair - product is dry and orange-y. It kind of cracked on my face. The first day I wore it someone asked me if I was sick. Nice. this might work if you are a color match and have normal to oily skin, so for that I offer 2 lippies.

Cleansers -Burt's Bees - Sensitive Facial Cleanser with Cotton Extract
rated 5 of 5
Lisa_Marie 10/14/2011 8:29:00 PM

I received this as a Buzz Agent. I have sensitive skin and this did not irritate my skin at all. In fact, it feels calming and rich. It leaves no trace of redness which all of us sensitive-skinned gals appreciate! The only "con" is that it didn't remove all of my makeup. So I'll limit my use to mornings. I'm sure I will repurchase this on a regular basis!

Moisturizers -Burt's Bees - sensitive daily moisturizing cream

I received this as a Buzz Agent. I have sensitive skin and this did not irritate my skin at all. In fact, it feels calming and rich. No zits either (and I've been using it for two weeks). The package is great too. It's a small air-tight pump, so you can put it in your purse or suitcase without fear of leaking. I subtracted ine lippie (star) because there is no SPF. Would love it to have a zinc based sunscreen.

Moisturizers -Olay - Complete with SPF 15 Lotion
rated 3 of 5
Lisa_Marie 6/25/2011 3:59:00 PM

I like the sensitive version of this formula. It sinks in well and my skin doesn't get red or sting at all. Hydration is nice and light; it's a good weight for summer. Minus two lippies because of the poor UVA coverage. I can only use this on "indoor" days because of the low level of sun protection. Wish they had a 10-20% zinc lotion. I'd be all over that!

Sunscreen -Unlisted Brand - BurnOut - Ocean Tested Physical Sunscreen SPF 30
rated 4 of 5
Lisa_Marie 5/28/2011 8:35:00 PM

I like this product. I primarily use it around my eyes. No burning, no cloying scent. Does the job (at least I hope it does... I'll let you know in a few years!). I do not use on the T-zone of my face because I am afraid of breakouts (I use a different ss there). Isn't drying to me. In fact, I use in place of moisturizer. My only complaint is that the tube is defective and doesn't close well. That means I can't carry it with me. Otherwise, great.

Moisturizers -Yes To Carrots - Daily Facial Moisturizer with SPF 15
rated 5 of 5
Lisa_Marie 2/20/2011 5:00:00 PM

I love this. I think it adds a lot of moisture (unlike most physical sunscreens). I don't understand why some of the reviewers had the opposite experience. Anyway, I like it for my dry/combo skin. I wouldn't rely on it for "sun" days, but it''s perfect for work days.

Shampoo -Clairol - Herbal Essences Hello Hydration Moisturizing Shampoo
rated 3 of 5
Lisa_Marie 1/8/2011 8:16:00 PM

I like this shampoo if I plan to wash again he next day. Not a shampoo I can use and stretch out a second day. For that, I use the orange one. Anyway, the product is thick, smells great, and has a nice feel. Also works great to lather up and shave the legs! Smooooth!

Moisturizers -Unlisted Brand - Atopalm MLE Cream
rated 5 of 5
Lisa_Marie 1/16/2010 4:17:00 PM

Oh Atopalm, where have you been all my life? This product have saved my winter skin. My barrier function goes all haywire in the winter. This seems to have reversed that problem. It is rich without being greasy. You do need to powder it for day use or your hair will stick in it, though. I wish this came in a tube instead of a tub, but I'm sure I will go though it quickly so it won't spoil. If you have very dry skin, get yourself this product.

Liquid -Revlon - PhotoReady Makeup
rated 3 of 5
Lisa_Marie 1/3/2010 8:46:00 AM

For reference, I have dry flaky skin and always apply a heavy moisturizer under makeup. This looked OK inside the bathroom at home. When I got to work and looked in the mirror, holy flaky ghost, Batman! Not recommended for dry skin (but seems like it would be great on normal/oily complexions). I'll perhaps use this on my cheeks for the slight shimmer (to me, the shimmer was so slight that I could barely see it in the bright light. I didn't get the disco ball effect that others have described). To conceal flakes, I'll stick to L'Oreal Infallible or Clinique AM. Oh, and Revlon hit a homerun with the packaging. Very nice quality.

Skincare - Face -Unlisted Brand - Vanicream Cleansing Bar
rated 5 of 5
Lisa_Marie 10/25/2009 11:00:00 AM

Oh Vanicream Bar, where have you been for $2.99 all my life?! This bar causes no redness on my easily irritated skin. The only other cleanser I can use without fail is ShiKai Borage Oil, but that costs more. I agree with the other reviewers that this is drying, but what cleanser isn't? I just apply moisturizer on my face as soon as I step out of the shower. I love this and am tempted to try other Vanicream products to see if they perform as well...

Cleansers -Clean & Clear - Foaming Facial Cleanser - Sensitive Skin
rated 3 of 5
Lisa_Marie 9/27/2009 12:56:00 PM

I found this to be too drying. For reference, I have dry skin around my eyes and on my cheeks. T-zone is normal to a little oily by the end of the day. On the plus side, no irritation/redness from this. I think this cleanser would be great for someone with oily skin. For me, ShiKai (available at WF) remains my HG. Just wish it was a little less $$$.

Moisturizers -Olay - Complete All Day Moisturizer with sunscreen Sensitive Skin SPF15 (classic gentle formula)
rated 4 of 5

Nice light product, no breakouts. I use this for indoor days. Would be a 5 if it provided more moisture and/or more physical sun protection.

Conditioner -Clairol - Herbal Essences Hydralicious Featherweight conditioner
rated 5 of 5
Lisa_Marie 4/1/2009 11:12:00 AM

Wow, can't believe what a great hair day I had after using this shampoo/conditioner. My hair is actually bouncy! Smells great, makes hair comb-able, and rinses out easily. I didn't even need mouse, gel or spray. I was actually able to go a second day without washing! I can almost never do that since my hair gets oily or full of product. I hope this isn't drying in the long run... the shampoo contains multiple sulfates...
