I got this Cleanser as a gift and decided to try it. This also my first Kiehls product. I would like to start off by saying I wear heavy foundation. Full coverage, tattoo covering. I am very impressed with how it doesnt dry out my skin. Since I wear a lof of makeup, I have to use it 3 times to get all the foundation off. I dont like the consistency. It is gel like, a but slimy, and hard to rub on the palm of my hands. I have to add a bit of water to get a bit of a lather and then rub my face. It can get annoying. But other than that, I think its a good product, non drying, no smell and it removes all the layers of make up I have on. I am excited to try more products from Kiehls
My mom had this at home to use on her hands and I didnt like it because it was too "oily" (later found out, a little goes a long way) but I moved to Korea where the winters are absolutly brutal and my skin was in a big mess. I had wond burns and my skin was really dry and there was nothing I could do about it. I pulled out this lotion and applied it to my face at night and I noticed a big difference when I woke up. I used it for a few nights straight and my skin went back to normal. It has been a life saver. I think its a great produce for those who live inthe cold weather. The packaging is huge and maybe not the most sanitary, but I try my best to keep in clean. I usually transfer some into a small container. Over all, a great product.
For the price and pigmentation, I think it is great! It gets the job done, just in a messy way. I dont know if its just me, but this stuff is messy! It gets all over everything! Also, initially it looks great, but I notice after a few hours, it starts to run down leaving me with the oh-so-sexy racoon eyes lol. (Even after I use MAC fix + to set it, and Model in a Bottle to keep it put). I've ony been using it for about 3 months, usually for weekends, but I am already in the market for a new one. Any recommendation? Thinking about trying MAC Greasepaint.

So I bought this spray even with the not-so-positive reviews becasue I was pretty desperate. I work long hours with children (who also love to touch my face) and I was so unhappy seeing that my make up was rubbing off (even using MAC fix plus). So I decided to give it a shot. I have to say that it technically does work. My make up stayed on much longer than it use to. However, for me it doesnt stay on "all day" as the website claims. I started using it for those extra long days or weekend nights out and looking back at the pictures, my makeup is still kept in place. The actual spray is terrible. It doesnt spray out evenly and so I find myself spraying it on several times to attempt for an even coat. The glass bottle is fine, it doesnt really bother me. Recently I have started using it everyday and almost out of my current bottle. I plan on repurchasing. Although Im not in love with the product, it does seem to help and has become a staple in my makeup collection.
I bought this color after reading MA reviews and also youtube tutorials. I tend to wear neutral colors during the day and when I go out, I will do the smokey eye look. This shade is perfect for day and night. The color is beautiful (not so much if you are looking at the pan, but instead do a swatch on your hand) and needless to say, the color glides on well, stays on all day, is pigmented and blends well.(as all MAC eye shadows tend to be) During the day I wear it by itself and at night I either mix it with black or deep purple. I live in Korea so cosmetics in general cost more so I was really hesitant. It retails in the US for about $15 while I paid $24 in Korea. But I don't regret it at all. I see myself wearing it everyday whether I want to tone it down during the day, or smoke it out at night. Check it out when you are passing the MAC counter.
Liquid -Estee Lauder - Maximum Coverage Foundation

I can't even begin to tell you how happy I am to have found this product. I have always been looking for full coverage foundations because of my horrible acne I had growing up. Although my skin is smooth now, I have a lof of the acne battle scars left on my face. I tried other full coverage and they all looked great when I put it on, but I few hours later, it didnt stay on. This foundation makes your skin look so smooth and flawless. It is light weight (for full coverage that is), blends well, and has a soft smell. Although the color doesnt match my skin tone completely, I couldnt walk away from the counter without this product! So I mix this with my BB cream. I have only gotten compliments of my perfect skin (some of my close friends ask if I got a cosmetic procedure done for my scars) I'd recommend you check it out. It wont dissappoint you and Im glad to say it is also "affordable" at about $30. When you find the miracle makeup, I feel that $30 is nothing! =)
Since I read the reviews on MA for this product and I am also currently in Korea. I must say, I really really really like this product. It really gets the job done. I just swipe it once or twice and all my eye make up is gone! I've only used cream make up removers (Cliniques) but it is too overpriced in Korea. But I really like the oil formula. It didnt irritate my eyes, the smell is ok, and the price is great. From now on, I will continue to buy this. The only thing is that I dont know how it works with water-proof mascara since I dont use it. But if you use regular one ( I use Dior Show), then it will work great.
I bought this at the Duty Free on a whim and I have to say I am satisfied with the product. I do not use it as foundation alone, instead I use it to touch up through out the day. It provides medium coverage which can pile up on my liquid foundation. It glides on well and gives a nice matte velvet-like finish. The packaging is nice but a bit bulky. Maybe thats a good thing so i dont have to dig though my purse to find it. I think I paid about $40 for it and I dont feel its pricy because I have had it for 2 1/2 months now and barely made a dent.So it should last me a while. Overall, I would buy it again.
Highlighters -MAC - Mineralize Skinfinish in Soft and Gentle

I got this as a gift for my birthday since I have been eye-ing it for a while. Overall, I do l ike this product. I think this product does wonders if you use just the right amount. I use a BB Cream as foundation and add a bit of the skinfinish for an over all dewy glow. It looks great but its easy to put a lof of product on.... and then you just look like a shimmery hot mess =) So would I recommend it? Yes. Would I buy it again? Yes. But the only down fall is my friends use other highlights from different brands and they look just as good..... and for half the price! But the way I see it, I found a product I like, so even though it cost more, atleast I know I like it.
I heard some great reviews on this product so since I am currently in Korea I thought I'd try it. I was impressed with the packaging, it looks well made and expensive and when I tried it at home, I was very impressed. It has such a heavenly, clean smell to it, I light lemon-ish smell and the lather is so nice. It removes my make up with just a dime size (or less) and the entire bottle will last me a year. Not bad for about $18.00. It did not irritate my face and it did not dry it out. I was impressed with this product and will by it again.
Eye Primer -Urban Decay - Eyeshadow Primer Potion - Sin
LindaKim07 6/8/2009 9:04:00 AM
I just got this product from Sephora and I am quite happy with it. The color is really pretty and can be used alone as an eye shadow. I don't really have oily lids (so really I dont even need a primer) but I use it on my lower eye and water line so my eye liner stays on longer. (I also use UD 24/7 which I love) All in all, I like the product, and the only con is the packaging. Its very cute, but you dont get all the product.
Wow.... what a mistake it was to buy this product. I should have listened to the reviews on this product but I some how convinced myself that since its made by the high end "Dior" that it would work wonders on me. To sum it up, its nothing special. The formuala is too dry, the brush is too big (even though I am use to it and don't mind it anymore) and it is almost impossible to do multiple coats. For the price, it is highly over rated and although I wouldnt say its the same quality as drug store brands, Id have to say Im going to stick with my Clinique (which is almost half the price). Id take that extra 15-20 dollars you are saving by not getting the Dior mascara and put it into that purse or pair of shoes you have been eyeing =) Its not worth it.
I tried this BB cream from a review on you tube. Bubzbeauty really liked it so I gave it a shot. Since I am currently in Korea I just ran to the Missha store and bought it. I am using NO. 21, the lighter one. I must say over all, I like it and would buy it again. The coverage is decent and it's just really quick to put on. Although I have a lot of acne scars (I am currently on accutane medicine) so what I do is put on the BB cream and use foundation on the areas of may face that need it. (My foundation is full coverage). The best part of this product is that it feels light weight and I skip the whole primer process. I use to use Bare Essentials Primer and currently using MAC primer and it is so nice to skip this step. Since I have suffered severe acne for almost 10 years, I've been using foundation since I;ve been 13-14 years old and over the years, Ive noticed the color is myface becoming very dull. Since I;ve been using BB cream, I see the color and glow to my face slowly coming back. So I suggest giving it a try. It was only about $15. So if it doesnt work out, atleast you didnt spend an arm and a leg or you can use it in the less problem areas of your face =)
I really wanted to like this product. I've heard MAC foundations were not very good and although I've been dissapointed with the staying power of one of their lipsticks I have, the Studio Fix powder, and the Blot Powder, I thought Id give this foundation a try. I must say, I was disappointed. Mostly because it did not provide good coverage like it claims to do, nor did it stay on for very long. So needless to say, I returned it, and bought Clinique Repair Wear Foundation!
Beautiful color, glides on well as long as you have exfoliated and conditioned lips but the staying power is horrible. Be prepared to re apply this every 10 minutes and dont even think about eating or drinking with this on. It will disappear in a heart beat. Like I said, the color is gorgeous so I will repurchase it until I find another brand with a similar color with more staying power.
