Doesn't clean my face at all. I do like that it's gentle and doesn't irritate my skin. It leaves a distinct film behind though that will need to be cleaned up with a freshener of some sort. When you use the freshener you will still see some residual makeup on the cotton swab. So what you have here is a cleanser that doesn't clean and it leaves a film behind. You may as well not use it at all which is what I recommend.

I wasn't too sure about this mosturizer. It is extremely watery when you shake it in the bottle and it spills out into your hand in liquid form when poured out. But OH what a moisturizer! I mean a REAL moisturizer. It's not heavy, greasy or oily - this stuff genuinely hydrated my stressed out combination skin and left no shine. It truly is a balancing moisturizer. I'm really loving what this is doing for my skin. There is only one caveat: it stings when applied on to the sensitive area around my nose. The stinging subsides after a short while. Since it's the ONLY moisturizer I've found that actually moisturizes I've been using it consistently for a week and I don't see any ill effects from the stinging. On the contrary, my skin looks great and the pores appear smaller. The stinging though... I did remove a lippie for that. Otherwise I feel like this is my go to moisturizer.

I've heard great things about Boots products so I purchased this one. First I was shocked by the fragrance of the product. It has a dstinct fragrance that I actually like but I find it problematic. I guess I'm just taken aback because I thought folks stopped putting fragrance in face products years ago. Yet here we are. I was really excited to try this but felt a mild burn when I put it on my face. The burning sensation killed it for me. Stuff is too harsh!

I buy the sensitive skin formula. FANTASTIC!! I use it all over and it's very gentle. Recently I discovered that this is also good for your face. I went on a trip and took this to use as an all around cleanser. It gently removed all of my makeup in one shot, even my eye makeup! Deep cleaned my face without drying or causing breakouts. This wash is a winner! My only issue is that I wish it came in a pump dispenser. The stuff is kind of runny. A pump would be much more sensible but that is my only beef with the product. Glorious!

This moisturizer was nice and light. I felt like this stuff truly delivered moisture and wasn't just a cream or oil stand in. People complain about the smell but I didn't notice a particularly bad smell. My beef with the product was how it irritated my skin. I had high hopes for this product but I guess it's back to the drawing board.

This stuff is great at cleansing and removing stubborn makeup without scrubbing. Many people love it but it caused me to break out. I had to stop using it.

I love this product! It smells delicious right out of the bottle but changes somewhat, blending with your own body's chemistry. The smell is wonderful on its own but even without it, the moisturizing qualities of this product are second to none. Makes my skin baby soft and supple. I absolutely love this product. I don't use it always because sometimes I prefer to wear fragrance or go fragrance free. I love what this oil does for my skin though and highly recommend it.

Moisturizers -Cetaphil - Moisturizing Cream

I have been using this moisturizer daily for years. I slather it on my wet skin as soon as I step out of the shower. It keeps my skin so soft and comfortable. There is no fragrance to it and it is non irritating. I switch to a body oil every once in a while just to give my skin a change of pace. Otherwise this is my staple. I would higly recommend it.

Bronzers -Milani - Powder Bronzer

I absolutley *love* this bronzer. It is my go to product. I use #02 Medium as an all over light make up to even out my dark complexion without looking "made up" and it works like a charm. Light even coverage and I love the subtle bronze shimmer it gives me. I've tried to be sophisticated and buy something more shi shi frou frou but I always come back to this bronzer. I'm so afraid this product will be discontinued. Everything I love eventually is which is the only reason I experiment with other products at all. Milani is the only gig in town for me though. The best.

Skincare - Face -Mary Kay - Calming Influence

I LOVE this stuff and will never be without it! I am one of the 0.1% of African Americans with rosacea and bought this in a fit of "I'll try ANYTHING" desperation during the summer. It calmed my angry skin instantly and cleared up all the irritation within days. A bit too pricey in my opinion though. It's a clear gel and not sticky at all like another poster suggested. A little goes a long way and it disappears cempletely into the skin with no residue. I put it on mosquito bites too and it works like a charm. Try to find it cheaper if you can, but this is definitely good stuff. UPDATE: A gave some to a friend who had broken out in hives due to a reaction. She had previously been using a prescription cream and Benadryl spray and reapplying them often. Benedryl actually stung her skin with it's high alcohol content. But the Calming Influence was light and worked INSTANTLY - calmed her skin for hours. This is good stuff!

Moisturizers -Vaseline - Petroleum Jelly

Three weeks ago I decided to simplify and try using Petroleum Jelly as a night treatment. After deep cleaning my skin with a mild cleanser I would smear on the jelly and sleep with it on my face. I noticed a difference immediately. No more dry, tight, irritated, blotchy skin. It's nice and soft and supple. So far I've seen no breakouts like I half expected, in fact I've seen less than my usual sightings even with my 'aunt flo' in town. I've been so pleased that last week I started using it on my face during the day to survive these cold New England winters. I smear it on, putter along getting dressed for work and then remove the excess with a soft cloth. The residual jelly left behind moisturizes and protects my skin all day, and still no breakouts as of this posting. I wish I had done this long ago, my skin has never felt better.

The Night Solution was really sticky and the day solution made me shiny. For all that trouble, the 'improvement' in my skin tone and texture was nonexistant. For the amount of dough they are asking I should glow like Renie Zellweger at age 4. Didn't do it for me.

There is something in this lotion that makes my skin peel like I've been slathered in household cleaner, plus the smell is awful. Not good.
