Polishes -Zoya - Professional Lacquer

So Happy I gave Zoya a chance and ordered some from them online during the earth day promo! What I like is that this nail polish is a little healthier than most brands since Zoya has removed toxic ingredients such as toluene, camphor, formaldehyde, formaldehyde resin and DBP (dibutyl phthalate) from its formulations. Also the colors are all so gorgeous! Many are very unique. The bottle is so very pretty too. There is something about the brush that makes this feel extra easy to apply. I even like how all the colors are girl names! Although I wish they had my name... since I would buy the color just because it was my name lol. It would be cool if Zoya would let everyone vote and nominate names on their website for future colors that way all their customers could have a chance to have their name as a nail polish one day... So the colors I picked were Julie, GeiGei, Cassi, ZuZa, Charla and Ivanka. I just finished painting my nails in GeiGei which is a shimmery light shade of pink. Very Pretty! I love this color and the shimmer which reminds me of diamonds when it sparkles. The formula is easy to work with but this color is sheer to me so I think 3 coats would look beautiful! I like that this formula does not smell strong at all! It dries a little slow but that could be my fault since I applied the second coat a little thicker but it still looks good but a 3rd coat would look the best to me. GeiGei is so gorgeous! If you love pink then you must try this soon! I can't wait to try more colors from Zoya!!!

Polishes -China Glaze - Not In This Galaxy

I am loving the New 2013 Hologlam nail polish! Not In This Galaxy is a gorgeous dark coral pink and will be perfect for spring and summer when I am out in the sunshine and can enjoy the pretty holographic effect. The Holo is a little lighter on this color but it is still there and very interesting! I actually really love this dark coral pink color!!! so I think the color makes a pretty statement more than the holo which is more of a bonus when you see the holo outside or sometimes indoors. I applied three coats just because I wanted to and I really like how the color looks. I really only needed two coats though. The formula dries pretty quick which I don't mind but you do need to adjust your painting style a little. I didn't use a base coat but I will next time just to compare how well it wears. I applied China Glaze First & Last as a top coat and the color looks extra shiny and to me I don't think it dulled the holo. I am so happy I gave the hologlam polishes a chance. I really hope they release more colors every year! So far I now own Strap On Your Moonboots, When Stars Collide, Sci-Fly By and Infra-Red. I really want more colors too! The hologlam collection is perfect to start off with if you are new to holographic nail polish. My other favorite holo nail polishes are from Color Club and I own & love Miss Bliss ( pink ) and Eternal Beauty ( purple ).

Wow! Now this is a holographic nail polish. Color Club really spoiled us with the holographic effect! If you have never tried a holographic nail polish before then you may want to ease into the futuristic look by trying China Glaze Hologlam first. This was actually my very first holographic nail polish and I immediately fell in love with the bright holo! Pink is my favorite color so that is why I picked Miss Bliss. This nail polish applied so easy and dried fast. I didn't use a base coat or a top coat. I plan to wear this in the spring and summer since this is the perfect nail polish to wear outside in the sunshine! I plan to buy Eternal Beauty ( medium light purple) and Over the Moon (light blue) really soon.

Polishes -China Glaze - Sci-Fly By

I am loving the New 2013 Hologlam nail polish! Sci-Fly By is a beautiful sky blue with a hint of silver. I know I will wear and enjoy this so much during Spring and Summer! The holo effect is such a nice surprise when you catch it in the right light and I love to stare at the beauty of the holo when outside but even inside I can catch the holo depending on the lighting indoors. I have received many compliments about the color from a distance "wow, what a pretty color!" and then when they take a closer look and see the flash of holo it makes the polish extra pretty and interesting! I didn't apply base coat or top coat but I most likely will next time since I want it to last as long as possible! I applied two thin coats of polish and it dried pretty fast. I like how the polish feels on my nails too. It feels silky and smooth. Overall I am really happy with the hologlams! A Sally beauty supply store had a buy1 get 1 free sale on April 1st when I was there so I also picked up Strap On Your Moonboots, When Stars Collide, and Not in This Galaxy. I so wish I picked up more colors now! I also hope China Glaze keeps these out for awhile :)

Nice formula, fast drying, and pretty color! Tonight I applied two coats and it looks pretty good but I might add another just for fun. I have been wearing this pretty pastel purple on and off since the end of December whenever I needed a break from all the glitters, dark colors, and reds. I really like this color for the winter and spring season. Everyone needs a pretty pastel purple in their collection! I like this color so much that I could easily wear it a lot and/or start buying dupes from other brands lol. I plan to wear this color for Easter this weekend!

This is exactly the color of blue polish I have been looking for! The first coat looked pretty bad... but after a thicker second coat it looked much better. I just finished painting my nails a little while ago and this looks really shiny like I may not even need a top coat but I do plan to apply a top coat. I know I will wear this a lot during winter,spring and summer!

Very Pretty! Love the color of this pink and the glitter makes this extra pretty. I applied 3 or 4 coats and to me that many coats look the best. I Could see myself wearing this color during any season but more in the winter,spring and summer. I didn't have time to apply top coat when I was done painting and then I forgot to apply later that day/night and the next day so it only lasted a few days till it chipped. Removal is kinda annoying since it is a glitter but It is worth it for a pretty polish.

I have this on my nails at this moment since I just painted them in this color and wow it is so pretty! If you love purple and glitter then you should try this! Reminds me of a sparkling amethyst and would be perfect to wear in the month of February and/or if amethyst is your birthstone then this would be so nice to wear. If you like medium/dark colors to wear year round then you would adore this. I think I would only wear this in the Fall and Winter season or for the evening since it is a dark color although it would look beautiful in the late summer too since the sunshine brings out the pretty purple glitter and it just sparkles and looks very pretty in the sunshine! ***Update*** 3/10/2013 - I still have this on and it looks freshly painted! no chips at all! I did use China Glaze First & Last before I painted my nails and again once after I painted them.

Polishes -China Glaze - Nail polish

When used with China Glaze Base coat/Top Coat the nail polish lasts up to 5 days on my nails but I am gentle with my nails so that could be why too(treat them like they are freshly polished for the most part lol). I am pretty busy so it is nice if I can go 5 days without doing my nails and they still look freshly done if I have last minute plans and don't have time to do my nails but usually my nails are freshly done before an event anyway. China Glaze has so many interesting colors to choose from! Lots of fun glitter polishes too! With China Glaze it seems like I always can find a new polish that I really want and don't have a similar color already of. A very Pretty turquoise gemstone color! I just love looking at this color. I think it is such a unique color to wear during the end of winter. This will be a top favorite for spring & summer also! I wanted a new unique color different from my usual color choices ( pink,red,purple,glitters,pastel pinks and purples) and this color is perfect to me and exactly what I wanted for my small and growing nail polish collection. I am wearing it right now and have been since Monday! China Glaze lasts up to 5 days on me when I use China Glaze Base coat/Top coat.

Lovely velvety creme classic red! Beautiful color and pretty good formula that looked freshly painted for almost 5 days. I paired this with China Glaze Base coat/ Top coat. High Maintenance was featured in the The 2007 Creme Couture Collection which contained some of China Glaze's most popular colors at the time.

Polishes -China Glaze - Pom Pom

Very Pretty pink glitter. Love how it sparkles in the sunshine too. First I applied China Glaze First & Last Base Coat/Top Coat and then I applied 3 coats of Pom Pom but 2 is enough but I just couldn't resist adding a 3rd coat. When I applied the CG top coat it pretty much just sank into the polish so it didn't feel shiny and smooth to the touch but later that night or the next day when I added top coat again it felt a little bit smoother. Lasted about 5 days and the first small chip was my fault since I was trying to peel off a price tag sticker off my new candle but if I never tried that then It would have never have chipped. So very happy with how it looked almost like new for up to 5 or 6 days! I saw on someone's nail blog how they paired this with black nail polish and it looked really good! They painted their Thumb, first finger and pinkie in Black then the middle finger was black with CG Pom Pom over top of black and then ring finger was only CG Pom Pom. Looked very pretty and unique! I plan to try that look next! I am sure I will try this over some pink colors too and will have fun creating different looks with this pretty pink glitter!

This review is for the ScentSationals wickless fragrance cubes and also Better Homes and Gardens scented wax cubes ( made by scentsationals) I found these at walmart a few months ago for $2.00 a pack you get 6 cubes in the fragrance of your choice. Some Walmarts have a better selection then other walmarts so if your walmart doesn't have a huge selection then it is worth it to go to a walmart that has a huge selection of almost every fragrance! Walmart online also sells a 10-pack collection and you can find many scents that are not found in the store. You can get the wax shipped to your local store for Free! You can also buy the electric warmer's from walmart for around $15 ScentSationals also has a website where you can order so many more fragrances that are not even sold at walmart although they are a little bit more money but you can still find a few on sale that match walmarts price. These wax cubes are really fun to collect and sometimes you can find some on sale from walmart for 25cents, 80cents, and & $1! Some scents are really strong so it's okay if you want to slice the wax cube in half for a smaller room but for bigger rooms and open floor plans then you may like 1 or even 2 cubes. For Scentsationals/Better Homes and Gardens ,The fragrance in the cube lasts 2-3 days (or longer!) When warmed for 2-3 hours in the morning and 2-3 hours in the evening, each Fragrance Cube will last 2-3 days. Factors that may extend this time are size, temperature and humidity of the room along with the strength of the fragrance, the delectable scents are usually stronger. I have tried many fragrances and I will list all the ones in my collection. I love them all I have tried! I will continue to update this every time I add a new scent to my collection. I have been using this almost every summer since 2005! Love this body wash. I like the new bottle design but kinda wish they kept it a clear bottle...so I can see through the bottle. No wonder even Cleopatra trusted it to care for her goddess-like complexion. I will buy this one again! would love a matching lotion to go with this too! The Jasmine fragrance is my fav! so pretty!!!
