Moisturizers -L'Oreal - Dermo Expertise Futur-e Moisturizer SPF 15 (Oil-Free)

My mom uses this, and when I ran out of my favorite Cetaphil SPF moisturizer, i stole hers. I like this b/c it has SPF in it & it doesn't make my dark skin look ashy. I only gave it a 4 out of 5 b/c it does make me look shiny, so I concentrate more on my cheeks & put only a bit on my t-zone. but overall, it moisturizes well, has SPF & doesnt make me look ashy (as most lotions w/ SPF tend to do).
This one is actually too dark for me. For the matte shade, it oxidized terribly. I looked orange after an hour & people were staring at me like i was crazy. The luminous shade is okay, but it did make me look very shiny after a few hours. The luminous shade also made me break out.

I find this to be dark. It's a very pretty shade, but idk! It's dark! And I have dark skin, so even with a light hand, it's looks very red on me. I do like it though, so i try to apply it as lightly as i can. I recommend it, but I won't repurchase.
Eyeliner -L'Oreal - Extra-Intense Liquid Pencil Eyeliner

LOVE, LOVE, LOVE this eyeliner!!!! For about 8 years, I only used MAC's Smolder. While I like how dark it is, I didn't like the fact that it gave me raccoon eyes after a few hours. It also dragged & skipped. This one on the other hand, don't run at all!! I put it on around 8am, & when I come home late afternoon, it's still there! The onlyt hing i wish i could change is it's softness. It goes down very quickly & I have to sharpen every 2 or 3 days. Other than that, this is my go-to eyeliner from now on. Plus, it's about $5 cheaper than MAC! Even Kandee Johnson loves it. I would def repurchase.

I'm kind of on the fence about this one...I love the look of loose curls/waves, but this just makes my hair look frizzy. The "curl/wave" looks more like a loose crimp...Idk...I like the idea of it, but maybe I have to play around with it more. I have naturally curly/wavy hair, but I like the look of polished curls/waves.
This color is BEAUTIIFUL. It applies evenly, and is a true purple shade, without leaning too red or too blue. It has purple shimmer too, that doesn't look obnoxious or stupid. It is a loud shade, so I don't wear it too often...but for a girls night out, or something, i def recommend! I only saw it selling in 1 store & the remaining ones were all gross (Like someone tried it on), but if I see it again, I'd repurchase.
I have this in nutmeg. Awesome coverage. It even covers the bags under my eyes, & u definitely don't need a heavy hand. In the past, I've used Bare Minerals in Golden Dark, & it was just too dark & heavy for my skin tone. The next shade up was too light, so the SA @ Sephora recommended it to me. It works wonderfully & I will def repurchase. I just wish it controlled oil better. & Maybe a little cheaper. $34 & not a lot of product.
Lip Treatments -Jouer - Lip Enhancer - Conditioning Lip Treatment

I love this lip balm. It doesn't make my lips any bigger (Thankfully, as they are fine the way they are!) But it is VERY moisturizing. I have very dry lips, and this helps a ton. That being said, ChapStick Ultra Moisture (in a squeeze tube) has the same benefits, for about $4. Luckily, I received this for free. (I won a shopping spree with them during Fashion's Night Out, hehe).
Fragrances -Bath and Body Works - Sensual Amber Body Splash
Lex29 10/14/2011 2:15:00 PM
This is one of my favorite BBW fragrances (the other being Sweet Pea). It's very sexy & I always wear it in the fall & winter months. I wear it layered with the Sensual Amber body butter. But the body wash is weord...to me, it smells very chocolate-y. Like, fake chocolate. So, I don't use that. But the the lotions, creams & body splash? I def recommend!
Polishes -Wet 'n' Wild - Nail Color in Sparked / # 435F

I LOVE this glitter polish as a layering shade. I recently wore it over a fuschia/magenta sally hansen polsih (can't remember the name). It looks amazing, & I received a ton of compliments. As with any glitter polish, it is a huge pain to remove, but I find that 100% pure acetone polish remover does the trick fairly quickly.
I LOVE this mascara. It is definitely one of my favorites. I put a thin coat on my lashes, and when dry, I curl them. Then i go in! I wiggle the brush back & forth horizontally, then I use the ball-shaped end vertically to add more volume & separation. I watch youtube videos, and I guess it explains how to use it well, but find what works bestf or you. I also dont think it holds a curl well. I rarely spend more than $10 on a mascara, but this was def worth it's $22 price tag, IMHO.
This is an okay polish. In some lights, it looks like a dark, heavy rose gold, but it most lights it looks like a bronze gold. I was looking for something that definitely is a rose gold, in all lights. I won't repurchase, but the wear is pretty good. Lasts a few days, and looks great on short nails.
Styling Products -Garnier - Fructis Sleek and Shine Weightless Anti-Frizz Serum

This is AMAZING. It doesn't weight my hair down, makes it SILKY & SOFT! And shiny. It's pretty cheap too. I also love that its more liquid-y, than thick, if you know what I mean. I will def repurchase.

This isn't a bad product. Its a little difficult to manuever @ first, but once I got the hang of it, it made my hair fairly silky, soft & smooth, and it even added a bit of volume. I bought it from bed bath & beyond. After about 3 weeks, it wasn't heating up properly, so I took it back. I won't repurchase b/c I don't want to buy something that stops working after a few weeks.
I am always on the hunt for a high shine topcoat for my nails. Ihave always heard awesome things about this topcoat. I never bought it hough, until recently. I got a mani & the woman doing my nails used this b/c I was in a hurry & requested a fast dry topcoat. My nails looked amazingly shiny & I got compliments on it! Sooo, I decided to buy a bottle since I usually do my nails @ home. I was so disappointed. My nails were SO dull after using this! I don't know if I'm applying it incorrectly...I put on a thick layer directing after putting on the second coat of my polish. The cheapy tocoats I use work better than this!! The only great thing is that it DOES dry my nails very quickly. But a liquid nail dryer does the same job just as well. Needless to say, I willnot repurchase.
