When I tried this in the store last night I absolutely adored it and quickly bought a small bottle. It is a very sophisticated scent and not for the weak or timid. I'm a huge amber fan and fell in love with that instantly. This seemed fit the bill perfectly. However, after about 30 minutes I got a huge headache = ( My finance on the other hand loves this on me and for that reason I'm giving it a second chance as he's not one to usually compliment my fragrances. Today I've had it one for two hours and so far so good. No headache but I'm still not sold, there is something a little unsetteling that I can't quite put my finger on. Will have to test this more completely.

The scent is just beautiful. Every single time I wear this I get compliments and men always ask what I'm wearing. It's a soft floral (roses especially). Very classy, very feminine. This one will always be in my collection.

I love this cleanser. It comes in a pump form that dispenes a mouse like foam. It's light and refreshing and I feel like my oily skin is really clean after using this without any dryness what so ever. I can't use BHA's that stay on the skin but really feel like the BHA in this is helping to keep my pores clear. And you can't bet the price. You can find this at Sally Beauty Supply for about $6.99.

Lip Treatments -Paula Dorf - Perfect Illusion

I bought this product as part of a gift set and have to say this is the only item I've used up so far. It keeps lip gloss and lipstick from bleeding all over the place AND your color stays put!!! I can put this on under my lip color in the AM before breakfast and it's still there by lunchtime and sometimes even well into the late afternoon. Perfect for keeping gloss in it's place as well. I will def. repurchase this.

My mother brought this back for me from vacation. I was a bit leary of trying this cleanser as I have very oily, acne prone skin. But after using it just once I was amazed at how incredibly soft my skin was - I didn't even need a moisturizer (but would use one in the winter months though) and I didn't wake up to any blemishes! It took a bit more to rinse off than other cleansers I've tried but it was worth it for how soft my skin was in the end.

I bought this to keep my eyeliner in place and boy does it ever work. I love it. It does what I hoped Bobbi Brown's Gel liner would do... in fact I use this over the gel liner. It doesn't come off until you take it off. And I have very oily skin too - even MAC paints crease on me. I have yet to try it for any of it's other uses though.

Moisturizers -Estee Lauder - Daywear Cream SPF15

Even though I have oily skin I let the s/a talk me into getting this formulation of Daywear. I wasn't disappointed. This is a nice cream that my skin just loved - very soothing. It soaked right in. Didn't leave me any more oily than with other moisturizers with spf. Love the fresh cucumber scent.

Tinted Moisturizer -Laura Mercier - Tinted Moisturizer SPF 20

This is my first Tinted Moisturizer experience. Last year I got a make over and the m/a used this on me and of course I bought it. This is very very sheer and I can only use it on good skin days. It has not caused any break outs and over all I really like it. I am very oily and since this is a liquid I do have to blot several times throughout the day, but then I tend to do that no matter what I use. The price is a little steep but since I do not use it every day it's lasted a long time.

Cleansers -Joey New York - Pure Pores Cleansing Gel with Vitamin C

I got a trial size of this hoping that it would unclog my pores and I must say that I really do see a difference on the days I use this cleanser. Will buy a full size when this runs out. Has a nice refreshing smell too.

Somewhere along the way I became a fan of amber and have been known to wear amber oil alone every now and then. This is a nice blend of amber and sandalwood. I think I will add this one to my collection this fall. When I first tried this I was surprised at the staying power. It lasted nearly all day on me. It's listed as a male fragrance but I find it, as DianeL said, very soft and feminine and in a strange way comforting.

Styling Products -Paul Mitchell - Heat Seal

This is good stuff. You spray it on before you heat style and it's supposed to condition the hair during the styling process. I gotta say it really works. My hair hasn't felt this soft in ages... and I'm not fizzy!

One of my all time Favorites!!! I love this unusual scent. It's a smokey and woodsy tea scent - not too heavy to wear all year long.

I agree w/ Videofit. This really is a "floral for floral haters, and a green for green haters." I just wished it lasted a little longer. It's nice and well... Fresh, which is something I don't normally go for in a fragrance. This one is Perfect for summer.

Moisturizers -MAC - Studio Moisture Cream (Moisture Feed/Skin)

I got several samples of this and love it so far (in fact I was very sad when they ran out that I ran right out and bought a jar). It just felt so good on my skin - almost like it was saying "aahhhhhhhh". It sank right in and didn't leave my combo/oily skin feeling sticky like most heavy moisturizers do.

Cleansers -Cetaphil - Daily Facial Cleanser (Normal to Oily Skin)

This is a great cleanser. It's nice & gentle, takes off my makeup and leaves my skin so soft. I find I've been reaching for this much more than my others cleansers lately. Update... after using nearly the entire bottle of this I noticed it did nothing to help keep my pores clean and in the end they looked more clogged than ever. It's a good basic facial cleanser for removing dirt and makeup but not for keeping pores clear or looking clear. Will still use this when my skin needs soemthing gentle or for morning use. Also makes a great brush cleaner.
