Blush -MAC - Cream Color Base in Madly Magenta
LaurenClark 2/25/2011 6:30:00 PM
This is a must have staple in my makeup kit. This product is a re-promote from YEARS ago. I had a Madly Magenta CCB that was probably 5 years old that I was almost running out of, and MAC saved the day by re-promoting it right in time. I bought 3 as back ups! The reason why I love this CCB so much is because it is the BEST shadow base I've found for underneath pink and purple shadows. It really makes a huge difference in how the colors pop. Having a hard time getting your "Violet Trance" to work? Stick Madly Magenta underneath it and POW!

Lip Liners -MAC - Cremestick Liner- Cranapple

I'm so disappointed that this got discontinued...There's no other mac liner like it! It's the perfect blend between hot pink and red and has great longevity. I wear it with a lot, but it matches perfectly with impassionate lipstick

Moisturizers -MAC - Moisturelush Cream [DISCONTINUED]

I just LOVE this moisturizer...omg. I was first introduced to this product in 2007 when I received it as gratis when I worked for MAC. I'd lather it on my face at night (I put on an obnoxious amount hehe) and in the morning my skin feels like velvet. I was heartbroken to learn they discontinued it, but last night at my CCO i found some and bought 3 of them. I'd say this product isn't exactly for oily skintype, although you can use it as a night cream like I do, because I have oily skin. I love the way it smells too...mmmmm

Blush -MAC - Honour

I use this blush as a highlight for darker skintones (anything darker than like nc30). It's definitely not a one-of-a-kind color, but it gets the job done

Eye Shadow -MAC - Ricepaper Eyeshadow

I could not live my life without this shadow. It goes on so smoothly, it's a wonderful highlight color, as well as lid color. I use this color most frequently on my brides with texture and corduroy for a nice pretty bridal look

Palettes -MAC - Lipmix Palette
LaurenClark 8/19/2010 6:06:00 PM
So, I have 5 of these. 3 of them I use to hold some lipsticks, 1 palette i use for cream colour bases, and the last 1 i use to hold multi use glosses (now discontinued). the quality feels kind of cheapish to me..idk. especially for $24. it's nice, just not for the price. i wish mac would come out with a newer lip palette

Eyes -MAC - Landscape Green Chromaline
LaurenClark 8/19/2010 6:01:00 PM
I have to disagree, chromalines are NOT paint pots in different colors at ALL. their function purpose is totally different. They're used to create small detailed lines (think of fluidlines), but it's a BODY product for those professionals that do a lot of body painting work. HOWEVER, i LOVE using my landscape green chromaline as a mascara (yes, i said mascara). simply put on some prep and prime lash, let it dry, then take your small mascara fan brush and apply the chromaline. It needs to be said that certain colors from the chromalines are not safe for the eye, so please be careful when using them. always test them first!

Liquid -MAC - Face and Body Foundation
LaurenClark 7/24/2010 12:42:00 PM
This is by far my favorite sheer foundation that MAC makes. I usually apply it with a 109 or 168. It also goes on beautifully when I dilute it a tad and run it through my airbrush machine. I love how you can wear it in the water and it doesn't move!
