Nice, light moisturizer. Nothing special though. I didnīt notice any changes in my skin while using this, neither positive nor negative ones. Way overpriced in my opinion.

Treatments -Estee Lauder - Advanced Night Repair (Serum)

Though I have to admit that nothing spectacular happened to my skin when I used this serum, my skin felt well nourished and the serum seems to help nicely with skin repair - due to a cold my skin around the nose was a bit inflamed, and it helped calm down the redness over night. I liked it and I think it benefits the skin.

Shampoo -Aveda - Invati Exfoliating Shampoo

I donīt really understand how this can be called an exfoliating shampoo, when it has trouble getting my hair even clean. It doesnīt lather much, but this is how many natural shampoos behave and I could get used to it if the product would do its job properly. I had to shampoo sometimes 3times to get clean hair, or of course wash my hair every evening so it doesnīt get much dirty in the first place. I donīt see the point, especially not if the shampoo is so expensive.

Conditioner -Aveda - Invati Thickening Conditioner

The one remarkable thing about this product is, how little I actually needed to detangle and condition. Otherwise: I found it to be an average, light conditioner. On some cold days, even a bit too light for me, as my hair had a lot of static. I didnīt notice any other negative side-effects though, like some other reviewers apparently did. I wasnīt impressed, so I wonīt buy again, as it is, like everything by Aveda, quite expensive.

Moisturizers -Sampar - Lavish Dream Cream

I bought this in a small size of 0,50oz as part of a set, because I was curious in general about the products by Sampar - for the original price I would have never ever bought it! And after finishing the tube I have to say, it īs really totally overpriced. It feels nice and velvety while applying, smells heavenly like lavender, moisturizes nicely - but those are things you can definitely also say about lots of other, much cheaper moisturizers. I didnīt see any difference in my skin compared to using a cheap, normal, no-frills moisturizer at night - no extra "glow" of the skin, it wasnīt clearer, it wasnīt calmer, it didnīt have less little lines. It was just well moisturized. Though I didnīt dislike the product at all, of course I wonīt buy again for such an outrageous price.

I liked this body-oil a lot. It smells beautifully like herbs, moisturizes and yes - I think it may even help, as it promises, with water retention. I feel good and pampered when I use it and I do it the way Clarins suggests it: putting it on while still in the shower and rinsing afterwards. When I pat dry after the shower, there is still enough oil on the skin so I wouldnīt need to use lotion (mostly, especially in winter, I still do put lotion on the dry skin on my legs), but it doesnīt feel greasy. Great product!

Liquid -Clinique - Even Better Makeup SPF 15

Iīm surprised I liked this foundation so much. I had a sample in "05 neutral (MF)" and applied it with a brush. It gave my skin a nice, eventoned look, hid blemishes and redness very well so I needed less concealer - and it was even quite longwearing! In the evening, my skin still looked absolutely fine with it on. Might even think about buying the full size.

I had a generous sample of this and found it to be a nice, light moisturizer with a pleasant scent - but it is quite "no frills", no anti-aging, no SPF, anti-oxidants not even mentioned...a bit too basic for me.

This was just a bit too drying for my skin. It produces a nice soft, creamy lather, but then it leaves my skin really squeaky clean (though I remove my makeup before washing with this, because it alone wouldnīt be strong enough) and if I donīt apply moisturizer right away it feels severely parched. Maybe it would be right in hot summerweather when my skin gets oilier, but in general itīs too harsh for me.

What I liked: moisturizing enough to not leave the skin feeling parched, it sinks in and doesnīt leave a film on the skin, itīs not "cooling" like many other firming products (an effect I hate), and yes: I think I saw a slight improvement of the firmness of my skin in problemareas like belly and buttocks. What I didnīt like: itīs really expensive, and for that money, the effect is a bit too subtle to say I found my holy grail of firming bodyproduct. The search goes on...

Liquid -Shiseido - Perfect Refining Foundation

The sample I received was a bit too dark for me (even though the shade name "I40 Natural Fair Ivory" might imply a really light shade...that was a bit misleading for me), but I used it anyway. The finish was really mattified, but I didnīt like the look on the skin too much. It did provide coverage, but even when I applied it sparingly, I found it looked a bit cakey.

Nice, softly scented shampoo - I liked the way it produced a nice lather and the caramel-like scent. I find the texture to be more liquid than other shampoos, but I didnīt mind, except I had the feeling like I use more product than I usually would. All in all - not mindblowing, but I like it!

I have no idea if this cream had any other effect on my skin apart from delivery a bit of moisture and a bit of SPF. I didnīt notice any effects or results after using up one tube. And to be honest, Iīm not too sad that itīs empty now. I would have wished for a bit more of a "quenched" feeling after applying. It does moisturize, but not supremely so, I rather had the feeling as if it forms a tiny layer on the skin. This might be ok for me in winter, but I donīt think I could have used it in spring or summer. What I liked thoug is the idea that it contains a lot of powerful antioxidants. But all in all, for me - itīs not worth the hefty pricetag.

I was a bit on the fence about the question if Iīd buy it again. It is a really pleasant lotion for my dry shins in winter, but I have the feeling as if it doesnīt delivery so much moisture, but rather lipids which unfortunately tend to sit on top of my skin if itīs not severely dry. Otherwise, I like the subtle scent...but still I would wish for a tiny bit more moisture and a little less waxy feeling.

Shampoo -L'Oreal - EverPure Volume Shampoo

I really love this shampoo! Not so much for its volumizing abilities (didnīt notice much of that), but because I have the feeling that it cleans really thoroughly without being harsh at all, and it produces a wonderful soft and silky lather. Afterwards, my hair feels clean and it doesnīt lack moisture or shine, as it can happen after other volumizing shampoos. Also the scent is nice, and I prefer its slight herb-y aroma to other overly fruity or sweet scents. Will definitely buy again!
