I love this color! I saw it posted on the m/u board moths ago and have been lemming it, even after reading the somewhat negative reviews. I visited sally's whenever I happened to be in the area, and this one was always sold out, despite their getting shipments weekly. I finally got my hands on it today, and had to wear it immediately. J'adore! Yes, the formula is a bit meh, though I had no issues with opacity, just a bit of trouble getting it to look smooth. Without a glossy topcoat, it doesn't look at all great. But smooth one on, and the finish is transformed, and it looks perfectly smooth. I went out to dinner later in the evening, and I got 3 compliments on it! It really stands out, definitely neon. I wish I could give it a 5, but I just feel like it would be perfect if it had a nice glossy finish. Oh well, I don't mind working with it thanks to the epic color. Sorry I can't comment on longevity yet, but if it's still in-tact by day 3 I'll be happy.

Primer/ Corrector -Clarins - Instant Smooth Perfecting Touch

For me, this makes quite a difference. I layer about three products under my eyes, and this helps prevent them from settling into my lines. It also prevents foundation around my nose from being eaten away by my skin, and it does smooth out my pores and definitely helps my foundation from budging through out the day. The SA who recommended this to me said that this primer is best for minimal usage, as in it is probably best to use this only in certain areas where you feel you need it and not a very good product to use all over your face. I disagree with her, I adore this for every area of my face. My skin is very oily, and while this definitely does not do anything to prevent oils from breaking through, it really helps my makeup survive blotting. A little goes a long way, though I did manage to go through a whole jar. :)

I love this foundation immensely. I have oily skin, and definitely sweat quite a bit in the summer. I stopped believing in miracles awhile ago, there is just nothing that can prevent my skin from getting shiny, but products that can last through being blotted 2 + times a day earn an A+ in my book. I always have trouble with foundations lifting off after I blot and leaving me splotchy looking, but this just looks as fresh as the morning I applied it. Of course I attribute some of my success with this product to my primer and powder, but even when I follow the same routine with other foundations none look as wonderful as this does at the end of the day. It is light and perfect for summer, and it just so happens the lightest pink toned shade works perfectly for me. The only negative for me is the bottle, I would love to be able to get a glimpse of how much product is left inside!

Powder -Chanel - Double Perfection Compact

I love this powder, I use it for touchups and to add a little extra coverage over my TM. It is sooo smooth and soft, even after a few months of use the powder has not diminished in quality like so many others I have used. It really keeps my face matte for a long time compared to so many other compacts, and it looks quite natural which is very important. The shades are good for me personally, as I am quite pink toned. I am a huge fan of the shape of the compact, it is really thin despite being long, but you get a great mirror because of the length. I am NOT a fan of the plastic it is made out of, though. It'd be nice it was matte so fingerprints didn't show up immediately or something less cheap looking for the price.

I love this foundation, it is light, pretty high coverage which surprised me, and very layerable. It evens out my skin very nicely and wears beautifully when set with a little powder. I applied it with the sponge which is something alot of people deem taboo, but I love it. Compared to many high end brands, this isn't too expensive for the amount you get, but if you're used to d/s prices it might seem outrageous. The high spf is a bonus, but I bought this mainly for it's durability in the summertime, as compared to things like revlon c/s. Oh, and the match at sp10 is perfect for me, which is also a huge huge bonus! I know the selection might seem limited, but if you can find a match it is great. For some reason shiseido seems to make products perfect for my pale skin which is not too pink or yellow :)

I might just be smitten, as this is my first nyx lipstick, but wow. I adore the colour, it is something I can throw on to give my lips a little pop. The formula is the real star though, incredibly smooth, pigmented, and actually quite long wearing. It goes on somewhat glossy, but it dries fairly matte, not so much that it actually dries your lips though. I just adore it, and cannot wait to try other colours. :)

Lip Treatments -Korres - Lip Butter - Jasmine

I purchased the package of lip butters, pomegranate, wild rose, and jasmine. I like this best of all because it is so sheer, it does tone down my lips a bit but does not look obvious at all. I was afraid it would look odd and milky, but it really doesn't and blends beautifully with my natural lip color for when I feel like wearing it during the day. I just adore how soft this makes my lips, I use it a lot at night because out of all three colours this definitely wouldn't stain my pillow case if I rolled over in my sleep, haha. I tend to look at it as more of a treatment than an actual lip color product, personally. I love that it is a pretty natural product and made without a lot icky chemicals, too. :)

Really love having everything I need in this cute compact. I am honestly not very concerned with the packaging, I mean I would not parade it around for all to see or anything, but seeing as this will spend its time in a makeup bag or drawer I don't have many qualms with the bright red plastic. The product inside is just lovely, the bronzer actually works very well on my very pale cool toned skin. The blush is pretty, though not my absolute favorite out of my collection, I definitely have enjoyed wearing it. The highlight is also beautiful, it does have a tint to it but nothing overpowering. Of course I have to say this is perfect for traveling, you have all you need in one nice little place. It is also great to throw in your bag despite being so large, I mean it is better than carrying three separate products right? I am very pleased with my purchase, and would definitely buy again if it was ever possible.

How can I sum this lip color up . . . Very underwhelming, I suppose. It is absolutely nothing exciting, and it really does not do much for my lips. It does not look ugly, but it certainly does not make me feel or look any different when I wear it. If I had realized it was a frost finish before I went to the cash register, I probably would not have bought it. The formula isn't terrible, but I was hoping for something more opaque. Some of my favorite lipsticks are lustre finishes though, so I am not downgrading it just because of that. It just does not wow me at all.

My absolute favorite everyday lipstick. The colour itself is fabulous, on me it comes off as a pinkish red shade that is a "my lips but better" color for me as well. My lips are very pigmented and very red, and this works wonderfully. It does not overpower my pale complexion, and it really looks natural, meaning that it does not contrast so much with my features to the point where it looks like I am wearing something, but really gives me a nicer lip. The formula is wonderful, very smooth and not drying at all, yet it lasts a decent amount of time. I would not go so far as to say that it is moisturizing, but it has never sapped my lips of moisture which is an A+ in my book.

Lip Gloss -MAC - Kissable Lipcolour in Vanity Fair

The only positive about this product is the color, a beautiful, wearable pink. The formula feels wonderful, but has zerooo staying power. It wouldn't be that much of a problem if the colour was not so different from my lips, but seeing as this is definitely very pink, it is extremely noticeable when it fades even a little. It honestly lasts about 30 minutes if I am good and don't sip coffee or anything. After that it seems to dry up and get patchy and it just looks horrid. It does not fade gracefully at all, instead it gets sticky, bunches, and peels. I would love it if it to pieces if it was an actual lipstick, and lucky me, there are some dupes out there. The only positive experience I had with this product is discovering that cool pinks suit me very well, but beyond that it is terrible.

Eye Shadow -Chanel - Demure

This quad is fairly nice, I was looking for something with a few light pink shades and spotted this. The texture of the shadows is fabulous, they all blend beautifully and are very smooth. The shades are decent, nothing exceptionally exciting, but I assume anyone buying this palette will be looking to use this for the daytime, and that is just what it is perfect for. I adore the darkest shade, as it is somehow wearable on my very fair skin even during the day. I can rarely use the darker shades in palettes because they always seem to emphasize my dark circles or just completely overpower my eyes, but that is not the case with this. The colour is very buildable, and very blendable for those seeking a more dramatic look. Overall, I quite like this little quad, but it is nothing HG. I like trying new things, so I probably will not repurchase, but will definitely use it all up and enjoy it while I have it.

This is so adorable! The pigmentation is good, the product is very smooth and hydrating, very gel like and soft. Not sticky at all, really relieves my dry winter lips. Love the little pot, it is probably 75% of the reason I bought it. It's just a plus that the product itself is great too. :)

This mascara was very disappointing. It did absolutely nothing to my lashes but darken them and make them look a little feathery. This added absolutely no length or volume at all, nothing! It could not hold a curl even slightly. I was truly amazed at how completely lame this obviously over hyped product was! I honestly cannot say I have ever tried a product that does absolutely nothing it claims to do. This mascara is just so tame, it isn't even fit for daytime use.

Concealers -MAC - Pro Longwear concealer

I love the coverage and staying power of this concealer, even though I do set it very lightly with a powder, it creases significantly less than all others I have used. This would get a 5 from me if it was not too dark, I have it in NC15 and it is quite dark and orange on me. I generally do not mind, as I wear it under foundation, but I definitely would have liked it if it was brighter. And yes, the pump sucks, but I find as time goes on it dispenses less product, or perhaps I have just discovered the right technique for getting it out. Definitely do not push the pump all the way down, you will regret it. :P
