I love this foundation, I've been using it for two years and the finish is so natural. It was my wedding day choice too and lasted and photographed well. Apply with your finger not brush. Shake VERY VERY well A bottle lasts about 3-4 months with daily application. It doesn't feel like you're wearing foundation it's so lightweight and it blends quickly and well - no tide marks or patches. Do not apply too much though it does look cakey, less is more - if you have a big spot you need to cover use a little concealer rather than layering this foundation. Sun Protection is really good too - no burnt nose moments.
This is really expensive and if used in one pump a day lasts about 6 months. HOWEVER it is AMAZING!! I've never had so many great comments about my hair! I've spent a fortune trying to find a cheaper replacement and they're all ok but not great. If money is an issue the L'oreal version for £9.99 is the closest I've found, but If you can afford £33 but this one - it's the best product I've used on my hair in 34 years!
My HG Mascara! I've NEVER been able to wear mascara without 'smudging' I've tried masacara's ranging from £3 - £20 but this at £21.50 was a shock - I mean really.. £21.50 on mascara!!! (it looses one lipstick for price!) BUT it works, it defines, stays in place and doesnt smudge I can go to work and not have panda eyes by midday GREAT! It does clog up slightly so just wipe the brush if you need and it IS difficult to remove, I use Clinique (purple) eye make up remover and it works well but you'd have no chance with soap and water! I needed a wedding mascara that lasted the day and I've found it, problem is I'm now addicited and at £21.50 I'm hoping it lasts well!

The reviews about this were great - no smuding - ahhh how fab I thought. Well.. I won't buy again. It smudges after just a couple of hours, after a day you can look like you've got black eyes! Very bad! It clumps a little on application but if you wipe the brush this makes it a cleaner application. The results are very black, full and a good curl - but I need something to stay put to rate it well.
I got this free in a gift with purchase, it's lasted ages and I'm now addicted and about to repurchase (I've deducted 1 point for price). It lasts on the skin all day, looks natural and following advice of wedding make up I use as this creme blush base and then cover with blush powder for super long 24 hr lasting finish! I'm only dissapointed not to have stocked up when it was a gift with purchase as it's a little expensive for what it is (but worth it).

Love the packaging, and it goes on very smoothly, so easy to apply! - but - DARK CIRCLES do not dissapear, or in my opinion fade (unless you're having your pictures airbrushed). I'm really dissapointed as I was hoping for the holy grail. I spoke to the YSL consultant, lovely lady, but she told me that it doesn't cover dark circles only reduces their appearance slightly and that the only way to help is with a better (YSL) eye cream and treatment pen - mmmm... more money without guranteed results.

I agree with Summer Girl - I wanted to like this product as I too am really missing Clinique’s Poor Minimiser. I got a small sample pot of this from Benefit as I'd heard great reviews, but it's also brought me out in large white, painful pimples all around my nose - Yuck! I do get spots on my chin occasionally but never around my nose, and never so painful, these are quite unlike any other I've had.
I treated myself, probably because of the name and brand, to find that by midday I looked like a panda. I went back to the beauty counter and she informed me that if I wore eyecream it could react and dissolve the product - so no cream around the eyes for a week I tried again - still smudging! for the price, or any price I woudn't repurchase.
This was the first eye liner I used that I felt confident with, producing a quick, easy and affordable beautiful lash line. I've used this product for about 4-5 years and it lasts for ages! However, I have just upgraded to Bobbi Brown Gel Eye Liner as I'm getting married and need a secure waterproof version. If you have a tear Rimmel doesn't hold and you have panda eyes, although it's great through normal rain, day to day etc. When my £31.50!!! BB with brush and liner runs out I will no doubt return to reliable and affordable Rimmel - if you're not going to break up with boyfriend, watch a sad movie or get hitched prompting tears - this product is great! I tried the black and brown and loved both, the black is a good pigment although doen't compare to the pigment of BB, but for the price it's WELL WORTH IT. UPDATE: So I've been using the new BB product for a few days.. I miss Rimmel! it's easier to apply, control and the price was unbeatable. I'll be using the Rimmel everyday and saving the BB for special occaisions where tears or water may be an issue. Well done Rimmel - keeping pace, and even out shining the big brands!
