This is my most FAVORITE Avon lipstick. It goes on SOOOO nicely and the color is absolutely perfect for my complexion. Crystal aura lipcolors have a very subtle sparkle to them that makes this lipstick perfect for day or evening wear. It's very VERY moisurizing and it has a yummy scent too....like watermelon? This lipstick does not stain or feather. It does not have a heavy sticky texture either like some do.

Moisturizers -DHC - Olive Virgin Oil

People have asked me why I spent close to $40 for Olive Oil that I could easily buy at the grocery store. I will tell everyone that this is different and very high quality cosmetic olive oil. I know the price seems a little high, but this little bottle will last a long time. It's been a great product to have for dry climates (like Colorado), and I use it as a booster in the Winter season. You can wear this on top of other moisturizers or alone. I do have oily skin/combo skin and I have never had a break out. I like this product because you don't have that strong scent like other cosmetic olive oils. Pump a couple drops into your hand and rub your hands together then pat on your face. I would recommend and I will buy this again (but this bottle lasts).

Moisturizers -DHC - alpha Arbutin White Milk

I really really like this product!! I have oily skin and this is a light moisturizer that goes on well under my makeup. In just 5 days I noticed a brighter complexion and my skin is very soft (from the combination of all the DHC products I use). I wash my face with the Mild Soap, then I use the White Lotion Toner and follow up with this Alpha Arbutin White Milk. I wouldn't call this moisturizer greasy, but it takes a few minutes to fully absorb into the skin. My skin overall is much more balance looking, and the redness/blotchy problems I had have really gone away. My acne scars have not completely disappeared, but they have lightened which has made me very happy. The product is a little expensive, so I encourage people to buy when it is on sale. I will buy again.

Primer/ Corrector -DHC - Velvet Skin Coat
rated 4 of 5

I too received a sample of this and once I tried it I was in love with how it made my skin feel. I haven't had any issues with the product making me break out nor pore clogging issues. I personally wouldn't just wear this by itself (boy I wish my skin was that nice) but if I could I would. I wear mineral powder makeup and use this as a primer. It works great for me!! I love this product and I usually get extra samples just so I can pass on to my friends to try (they usually end up buying!). The cost is 20$ a tube and it lasts a long time so I will definately buy this again.

Cleansers -DHC - Olive Soap

I tried DHC's Olive Soap, and I have to say I wouldn't recommend it. It doesn't foam up very well and it didn't make my face feel exceptionally soft or anything. I'm surprised that the cost is so high ($21 for one bar) vs. the lack of results it gives. As far as DHC soaps, I am a true believe in the Mild Soap. That soap has been fabulous on my face, and it is one of the intial products that got me hooked on DHC skin care. If you have drier skin and prefer a natural Olive Oil Soap, I have to recommend Kiss My Face brand soap. That soap is great too. For me, DHC Mild soap keeps my skin very clean and fresh.

Gels/Soaps -Kiss My Face - Olive Oil Soap
rated 4 of 5

I have used this soap for a few years and I keep it around as a staple skin care soap. It's nothing to write home about as far as looks/scent/packaging, but overall the results are what keep me coming back to use this soap. I have combination skin that also is acne prone, but this soap keeps my skin in balance especially in winter months that can dry out your skin. I have to admit I am a LOYAL DHC fan and most of my skin care is from the DHC catalog, however when I tried the DHC soap.....I liked Kiss My Face Olive oil soap, and it was about 1/10th of the cost! I currently alternate between DHC's Mild Soap and KMF Olive Oil Soap just to keep on top of my "high-maintenance" skin, but I would definately recommend giving KMF soap a try!! It's easy to find in a health food store or even a grocery store, and the cost is so inexpensive...you have nothing to loose. The bar is pretty big, and I like to cut mine in half for easier use...but that's just me. :-)

Cleansers -DHC - Deep Cleansing Oil
rated 5 of 5

DHC introduced me to their products by giving me a sample of the Deep Cleansing Oil. I have acne prone skin and I thought putting oil on an oily face would be the worst idea ever. This product is fantastic and I love it. I actually bought my first bottle and since it was on sale, I had to buy ANOTHER!! (shop a holic). I would encourage people to try the samples first to see if your skin has any reaction, but those of you with oily skin...don't shy away from this product. I have had great results and my skin is actually clearing up! I have purchased several DHC products now and I will write reviews on each of them. I am truly a believer in DHC and I have told my friends, family, co-workers, neighbors...etc. about DHC. :-D
