Highlighters -MAC - Mineralize Skinfinish in Soft and Gentle
rated 3 of 5

This is the only mineralize skinfinish that I own. I was really exited when I ordered it, but when I tried it I thought I love my prestige highliter more. This is a beige/peach gold powder with really fine -glitters-. I'm not a super fan of the consistency, I found it a little bit gritty. I think is because of the fine glitters. I don't love the glitters and I don't like to have them on my face. Overall I think this is a beautiful highliter that give a nice glow, but not the best.

Highlighters -Prestige - Skin Loving Minerals Sunbaked in Pure Shimmer

his is one of my HG product. Actually I don't use it as a bronzer but as an highliter. The texture is incredibly soft, creamy and pigmented and I prefer to apply it with my finger than a brush. I can't see anybody use it as a bronzer 'cause is extremely shimmery and light. It doesn't contain glitter, it's only a champagne color powder perfect for the ligher complexion. I've seen this compare a lot to Mac mineralize skinfinish in soft and gentle. I own both of them and I don't think they're dupes. Soft and gentle is more pinkish with glitter, the prestige one is more on the yellowy side. I think this is an incredibly beautiful hightler, the one that i reach the most, but you have to use with moderation otherwise you can become a discoball because of its reflecting power. The packaging isn't the most beautiful but I can deal with it. This product is sell in two other shades, both too dark and orangy for my skin even as a bronzer.

Liquid -Clarins - Truly Matte Foundation
rated 1 of 5

I bought the shade #02 pale ivory (the lightest shade) and it's almoust lighter than my skin colour when is at its pailest point. Pros: -SPF15 -Very easy to spread and blend -Available in a light shade and without a yellow undertone. Cons: -If you try to build up the coverage a tiny tiny bit it will cake. A lot. -Staying power: Nonexistent. At least not with my oily/combo skin. -Packaging: not practical, not cute. I will never repurchase this foundation again. I swear! Price: about 25€ for 30 ml

Polishes -Barry M - Nail Paint
rated 5 of 5

The quality on these nailpolish is awsome for the price. The formula applies beautifully and it only took two coats to be opaque. They also dry very quickly and the color range in huge. I picked these three colours: Barry M Blue Glitter #297: It remembers me of Opi Absolutely Alice -Easy to apply -You need two coat -Dries quickly -Because it's full of glitters, doesn't last a lot (3/4 days) Barry M Cobalt Blue #291: -Easy to apply -More dense than the Mushroom colour -Needs to coats -Dries quickly -Pretty Long lasting Barry M Mushroom #310: -Easy to apply -Needs two coats -Dries quickly -Pretty Long lasting I tought this colour will be better to wear during fall or winter; instead i like it also in summer with the tan.

Primer/ Corrector -MAC - Prep + Prime Skin
rated 1 of 5
Kurtina88 8/23/2011 7:57:00 AM

I really dislike this product. I think is pretty useless. It is white with little sparkle and a light texture. I usually use medium/full coverage foundation, so the luminosity that it's suppose to give you, does nothing for me. After I apply this primer the skin is a little bit silkier, but my Clinique dramatically different moisturizing gel does the same job. It doesn't help with the foundation application and doesn't help it to last longer. Doesn't hyde pores and doesn't help to reduce face oils. I like the pump in the packaging but I don't like that I can't see when the product is running out. I'll never repurchase this primer!

Eye Shadow -Christian Dior - 5 Colour Eyeshadow Clubbing
rated 5 of 5

These eyeshadows are extremely gorgeous and they can be use with a lot of different combination. There is a white with gold reflex perfect for highlighting, a pink and a peach that can be use on the eyelids and a gray and a black with silver sparkles to blending in the crease o to put upper the lash line. I found only two negative aspects in this palette; -the silver sparkles of the black doesn't show up on me -the black is not so black how it seems in the palette when you use it

Loose Powders -Chanel - Poudre Universal Libre
rated 5 of 5

The packaging is very pretty and the tub is very huge...it lasts forever! I apply the powder with the sponge, that is inside, and then i remove the excess with a big powder brush. I have Oily/Combo skin and this product mattify my skin and after I don't need any touch up. I have the puodre universelle libre in 50 peche and this shade match perfectly with my fair complexion and make my skin flawless and glowing. The powder is finely milled and doesen't make the skin look chalky.
