Eyeliner -Sephora - Pantone Universe Color Cube Lid Stain
rated 5 of 5

This is THE green eyeliner I've been waiting for years! The color is a gorgeous bright emerald green. It lasts all day, doesn't smudge or flake. It's what I wanted MAC's Ivy gel liner to be, but the color wasn't bright enough. I have, honestly, more than 15 different green eyeliners and this just beats them all. I bought it as part of the Pantone Color of the Year set, which was $68 for 6 products so it was a good deal. Going to run back to Sephora for back ups. Beware though, like most green liners and shadows, it stains a bit when you remove it. Love the color, though.

Lipstick -Chanel - Rouge Allure - Prodigious 40
rated 5 of 5

I love RA's, they are expensive but so worth it. The packaging is lovely and the texture is amazing. Prodigious is a beautiful, feminine, versatile color. It's a golden raspberry that's very flattering and goes well with both cool and warm eyes. For some reason, it's less drying than the matte RAs such as Emotive. For me, it's a can't miss color, day or night.

Eyeliner -MAC - IVY Fluidline Mickey Contractor LE
rated 5 of 5

The color is absolutely lovely! It's a bright kelly green with sparkles (a shade darker than the Shu Uemura green pot eyeliner and lighter than Bobbi Brown's Ivy), just the color I've been waiting for from MAC for ages. The only problem with it is you have to apply 2 layers to get a good color payoff. You can barely see it with only one layer applied. Still, it was a must buy for me and I have backups. If only MAC would make this permanent.

Eye Makeup Remover -Chanel - Precision Eye Makeup Remover
rated 5 of 5
Koni 10/8/2009 1:30:00 PM

This is absolutely the best makeup remover available. I have very sensitive eyes and this is the only biphasic remover that doesn't sting or hurt when it gets into my eyes. It easily dissolves all mascara and doesn't leave an oily residue. I used Lancome Biphacil for a while but always had to use something after to remove the oily film left behind. Yes, it's extremely expensive, but it usually lasts about 6-8 months. Can't live without it!

Hair -Klorane - Camomile extract shampoo
rated 5 of 5

I've been using this shampoo on and off for at least 10 years. I love it and would use it all the time if I could always find it! It smells lovely, lathers great and helps keep my hair color nice. When I'm a natural light brunette, I get nice highlights and shine and when I'm a highlighed mid-to-dark blonde or strawberry blonde, it helps keep my haircolor. I've used other natural chamomille shampoos such as Weleda, but this one doesn't dry my hair out like some of the others.

Eye Shadow -Urban Decay - Deluxe eyeshadow - Graffiti
rated 5 of 5
Koni 7/23/2008 6:15:00 PM

I have at least 30 different green eyeshadows, including Mac and Shu, but I often reach for this one. It's really bright, medium grass-green, just lovely. I use it as an eyeliner, on top of Mac's Minted khol pencil and it doesn't budge at all. The packaging is great, mirror included. I would certainly repurchase it, but the pan is so big, I doubt I'll need to anytime soon.

Treatments (Eye) -La Mer - Eye Concentrate
rated 1 of 5

I love the eye balm, so when this came out I thought I'd give it a try. I hated it! All I can say is ouch! My wallet and my eyes both still hurt. This is by far, the most I've ever paid for a treatment. If it were great and I could see the results, I wouldn't mind. But it stings like crazy, no matter how far from my eye I use it (doesn't that defeat the purpose though?). Going back to the eye balm once I finish the jar, which of course I have to because it was too darn expensive to waste!

Treatments (Eye) -Clarins - Super Restorative Total Eye Concentrate
rated 5 of 5
Koni 4/12/2008 11:57:00 AM

This is marketed at post-menopausal women, but that's just marketing BS. Anyone can use it. It's got a great creme-gel texture and comes in a pump bottle so it's always fresh. I use it right before putting on my makeup and it doesn't make my mascara run like other eye creams do. I also put a little on my eyelids and it makes my eyeshadow last much longer! I think it's helped me keep the crow's feet and dark circles away. I used to need a lot more concealer for my dark circles than before I started using this. The only drawback is that it's expensive, but I do think it's worth it.

Toners -Thayers - Rose Petal Alcohol Free Witch Hazel
rated 5 of 5
Koni 4/12/2008 11:53:00 AM

I have dry, very sensitive skin and have to use alcohol-free toner or else my face turns bright red. I'd been using my own, homemade toner, mixing rosewater with aloe gel, but couldn't get rid of the aloe smell which overpowered the roses. It was driving me crazy! I then stumbled onto this toner at GNC. It's my new holy grail. It leaves my skin soft and clean. It doesn't turn my face red, despite the witch hazel. It's also cheap and smells lovely.

Powder -Laura Mercier - Mineral Powder SPF 15
rated 5 of 5
Koni 4/12/2008 11:48:00 AM

This is my new holy grail! I don't use a lot of foundation because I don't like looking so "made up". I'd been searching for a foundation that just covered up my red cheeks and nose and gave me smoother looking skin without looking like I had a ton of foundation on (sounds like a big job, doesn't it). My sister had been shopping around for mineral makeup and wanted to try it. When I saw how flawless her skin looked, I ran out to buy it! I use the mineral primer first and my face looks smooth, even and amazing without looking chalky. The container is great for traveling because it doesn't spill and the color, Real Sand, is an exact match for my NC20 skin. Have the LM SA do half your face with the mineral primer and makeup and you'll really see the difference!

Makeup Brushes -MAC - 134 Large Powder Brush
rated 5 of 5
Koni 4/12/2008 11:40:00 AM

Very expensive, yes, but worth it. I love this brush and use it all the time to apply Laura Mercier mineral makeup or Mac's mineralize skinfinish. I know you're supposed to use a kabuki brush, but this one does a better job and is so much softer. I've had no problems with shedding and I've already it for several months.

Eye Shadow -Shu Uemura - P Olive 430
rated 5 of 5
Koni 6/5/2007 6:15:00 PM

Don't judge this color by how it looks in the packaging. If you like greens, try it on first. It's an absolutely gorgeous grass green that makes hazel eyes POP! I have a at least 20 different green eyeshadows and liners, but I end up reaching for this one more often than the others. The texture is very nice and very blendable.

Fragrances -Bill Blass - Nude
rated 5 of 5
Koni 12/26/2006 9:57:00 AM

Nude has been my signature scent since it came out in the early 1990s. It's a strong fragrance, musky yet green, but it's very unique. In order to not use up what I still have left, I alternate with other fragances, mostly Chanel Allure, but I NEVER fail to get a compliment when I wear Nude. If you can still find it, try it! I garantee someone, especially a male someone, will tell you that you smell great.

Eyeliner -MAC - LiquidLast in Inkspill
rated 3 of 5
Koni 10/29/2006 10:09:00 AM

This is a great color, very dark forest green. It's very nice if you don't want the harshness of black, although I was hoping for a more emerald-like color. I agree with the previous reviewer that the brush is simply awful! The brush in Urban Decay's liquid liner is so much better for drawing a fine line. The Liquidlast doesn't budge, which is good, but this makes it harder to take off at the end of the day. Overall, I'll stick with Urban Decay's liner.

Eye Shadow -Laura Mercier - Eye Colour in Sherazade
rated 5 of 5
Koni 3/31/2005 7:41:00 AM

I've rediscovered this color in my stash! It's neutral green to wear everyday as it goes on sheerly. I'd forgotten how long the LM shadows last and what a nice texture they have. The only drawback is the brown packaging, not my favorite. I have greenish hazel eyes and this makes them look greener.
