This thing is a miracle in a bottle--just a beautiful, nearly invisible, semi-matte finish. Coverage is somewhat sheer, but goes on flawlessly and blends easily into my skin. I use a Real Techniques angled foundation brush, and it works great. Packaging is practical and durable. Yep, it's pricy, but when you want to look professional for work or dress up for an event, it's worth it. EDIT: just wanted to add that in addition to a good moisturizer--Dior Hydra-Life for me--I wear this over Clarins Beauty Flash Balm as a primer. May help with smooth application and staying power.

Really like this for everyday--light to medium coverage, color blends in nicely, fairly matte finish, not excessively dewy. Can't beat the price, and the tube is very practical. Doesn't irritate my dry skin, which I attribute to the fact that it doesn't appear to contain anti-aging ingredients.

Moisturizers -Christian Dior - Hydra Life Pro-Youth Comfort Crème

Been using this product for several years now and I absolutely love it. I recommend it as a night-time cream, and use the Hydra Life Pro-Youth SPF-15 cream for day. I am 58, and my skin is dry, but after using this at bedtime, my face still feels moisturized in the morning. I am sensitive to most "anti-aging" ingredients, and actually like the fact that this cream doesn't contain them. I got free samples from Sephora, and noticed a positive difference in my skin almost immediately. Even convinced my husband to use it. Yep, it's pricy, and I don't love the container--I think it's very wasteful and not "earth-friendly." But the product is bliss.
