Blush -BeneFit Cosmetics - Benetint

I've been using this for about 2 yrs now and LOVE IT. I use it as a blush putting it on moisturized skin with an "X" on the apples of my cheeks and blend quickly. Then I apply a light dusting of powder over it - I don't wear foundation so that may help in it's longevity. I also use it as a lip stain. The trick I have found is to swipe the lower lip and quickly "smooch" for the not too red look. You can also use a tissue if it's too red. These tricks in applying it have made this my HG blush and lip stain! :-) I do wish they would come up with a better delivery system - like a sponge! Be careful when applying as the liquid likes to leave droplets on the counter top if you aren't careful.

Lotions/ Creams -Eucerin - Aquaphor Healing Ointment

After burning my face w/a glycolic peel that I did; my derm recommended this for the super dry burned spot. After trying multiple products to no avail ... I gave in. One day later the burn mark in almost gone, and I love it. My sensitive skin loves this stuff and such a little amount goes a long way. Need to try this on my lips after reading all the reviews. "-)

Self Tanners -Jergens - Natural Glow
KioraNZ 4/18/2005 8:40:00 PM
Exact same thing as a diluted self-tanner. I tried this in medium at night with a good thin layer rubbed in. After two nights of this, I was taking a shower in the morning and the cloth was turning orange as I washed! Plus it grabbed on a rough spot I have on my knee. Needs to be treated like a self-tanner. YMMV

Lip Treatments -Jack Black - Intense Therapy Lip Balm spf 25
KioraNZ 4/17/2004 3:40:00 PM
Great lip natural lip balm. Nice mint taste and feel. And with SPF 25 just what I need for summer coming up. Not super shiny - more matte which is great. A tiny bit goes a long way. Highly recommend. Took off one lippie for price.

Treatments -La Mer - Face Serum

I have been using this serum off and on for a couple years now, and I can't really say that it has made dramatic results. BUT it seems to keep my sensitive freakish skin in check and for that I'm willing to fork over the $$$$. The last portion of the serum is hard to remove and I think they could revamp the packaging which is why I've removed a lippie.

An OK waterproof mascara, very natural looking. Can not build any volume or length, but easy to remove with cream cleanser.

Self Tanners -Clarins - Tinted self-tanning face cream SPF 15

Great color, no streaks, no orange, and practically fool-proof. I wish it came in a lighter lotion for us combo skinned gals as it sometimes feels too heavy.

Conditioner -Matrix - Biolage - Conditioning Balm
KioraNZ 5/12/2003 7:23:00 PM
Great product for anyone with colored, coarse or long wavy hair. I use this about every 2 days, occasionally leaving it in a braid all day if I out working in the yard. Great conditioner. Wish the smaller tub came with a pump ... they did at one time.

Scrubs -Philosophy - The Greatest Love
KioraNZ 5/12/2003 7:13:00 PM
Love this sugar scrub ... you have to lightly scrub this on dry face for 3 mins and it seems to roll off leaving your skin sooooo soft. I rinse and usually tone after this as I have combo skin and am worried about leaving the extra oils on my face. But soooo heavenly.

Cleansers -Philosophy - Purity Made Simple (Real Purity Cleanser)
KioraNZ 5/12/2003 7:11:00 PM
Nice cleanser and toner in one. Not too foamy, but just enough. Leaves my face a little moisturized but not tight. I only wish it had a smaller hole in the lid so that too much wouldn't come out at once. :-)

Eye Makeup Remover -Mary Kay - Oil Free Eye Makeup Remover

Great dual phase makeup remover. I thought this would be oily like Lancome's, but surprisingly it is not. Great at removing mascara in one swipe.

Edited on 2/6/04 - MK is cancelling their production of this eye cream and another. New product(s) are due out late March! Yeah! One word ... ick. This just isn't for me. Too heavy and greasy.

Treatments (Eye) -Mary Kay - Lumineyes dark circle diminisher with Vit.K
KioraNZ 5/12/2003 7:07:00 PM
I wasn't sure that I would like this eye cream at first since I have problems with milia, but this has almost erased my dark circles! It's very light weight and sinks in fast. I wear this at night before bed. Since you use such a little amount too, the metal tube should last a long time. :-)

Love this gel ... I keep it in the fridge and pat a little on in the morning under my eyes before heading for the shower and wow it helps with puffiness!
