i love this blush. it's one of the reasons i looooove blushes. it gives such a pretty pink flush to my NC30 skin. it does look a bit scary in the pan, but it applies sheer and natural. i was wearing it while at the mac counter one day trying out lipsticks when a woman with similar coloring as me inquired about the blush i was wearing because it looked so good on me. :) she ended up buying it as well as the mac 187 brush that i told her was a must have.
what a bummer. i really wanted to love this blush from all the rave reviews i saw on it, but unfortunately, the blush comes out completely orange on me (NC30) instead of the peachy pink that others have found. i used the mac 187 brush for a light application, but it still didn't look right on me. i'll test it out again and see how i feel about it, but i was sorely disappointed the first go around. it might just end up as a swap item for me.
i was pleasantly surprised by this blush. i normally gravitate towards bright cheeks - pinks and peaches, but i saw this on another girl and thought it looked lovely. it gives a beautiful summery, healthy glow to my cheeks. i'm NC30 and this shows up as a blush on me, not just a shimmery highlight as some have mentioned. i pair this with enchantress lipgloss with myth lipstick on top, two coats of mascara and i have a surprisingly pretty and very natural looking glow to my face.
