As another reviewer commented, this powder does run VERY light. MAC does not make a foundation shade light enough for me, however Blot in Light is almost too light. It does not have a heavy feel at all, very light and airy, even better when applied with a powder brush. On me, it controls oil for about 8 hours, and even then I'll just use a blotting sheet and some more powder and I'm good to go. I use this with F&B (N1 mixed with white) and it provides a very natural finish. I'm on my 4th compact of this, so obviously I would rec this to a friend.
Eye Shadow -Wet 'n' Wild - Perfect Pair Eye Wand - Bronze

I'm wondering if I just got a bum product when I bought this. The other reviewers seem to really love it. I thought the color was beautiful and the price was obviously great, but when I got it home and tried to use it it crumbled all over the place. No I didn't turn the applicator too far up, the texture was just dry and horrible. I was so disappointed because I really wanted to love it and the color seemed great for an everyday wash of color. Sadly, this is going right near the top of my "most horrible products ever" list.
I really didn't want to buy into the hype of this sharpener, but it's totally worth the price. Yes you can buy cheaper sharpeners but they're also much more cheaply made. This one does larger or regular sized pencils, is super sharp and never makes my pencils crumple. I know this is short, but believe me, it's worth the money. Buy it.
Ok, I think we can all agree that the packaging still needs some work. Lots of people aren't a fan of the old wand applicator. I never had a problem with it, but since I have yet to finish a tube I can't attest to how much product hides in the tube when it seems you are finished. All you have to do is look on YT and you'll see plenty of videos on how to depot this, and the massive amount of product that's still in the container. The new squeeze tube doesn't seem to be much better. Two friends have it and they had problems with the tube splitting open when they were trying to use it. Several others here on MUA seem to have the same complaint. That being said, this is by far the best primer I have ever tried. I do need to apply a pale base color before applying the rest of my e/s or the color seems to crease and stick a little. I've tried Elf, Nars, Too Faced, Palladio, and Tarte and none of them seem to even come close to the long lasting formula of UD. My eye shadow stays put for at least 12 hours with no touch ups needed. So even with the few "negatives" I still give this product a 5 and would definitely repurchase.
Lip Treatments -Fresh - Sugar Rose Lip Treatment SPF 15

For the price this is only a so-so product. The slight color is very natural and pretty on my lips and the formula is really creamy. I know some people find the consistency too thick, but I think it's more moisturizing than most other balms. I also really like the packaging. It has a screw on top and a very sturdy metal container. The two cons are 1) the price. I guess I was expecting some sort of miracle product for the amount you pay for it. 2) the balm is VERY soft. If you leave it in your pocket or in your car you WILL have a mushy pink mess. Overall this is not a bad product but I definitely would not repurchase because of the price.
Lotions/ Creams -The Body Shop - Vitamin E Hand and Nail Cream

I generally like The Body Shop's Vitamin E line. I've used the eye cream and body butter before and really enjoy them both, so I figured I would give the hand cream a try. The smell is the same as the rest of the line, sort of like rose and baby powder together, but not overwhelming. I enjoy it, as it reminds me of the old Coty pressed powder my grandmother used to wear. Anyway, despite wanting to like this hand cream, it's basically a fail for me. It's not moisturizing in any way and is very sticky for a few minutes after you apply it. It feels like if you don't rinse your hands well enough after you wash them and there's a soap residue on them. It bothered me enough that I actually had to wash the lotion off and use something else. I would not repurchase.
Lipstick -Maybelline - Color Sensational Lipstick - Warm Me Up

Yes I fell for the hype and had to try this product. My skin is NW 5, and this was really orangy on me. The smell seemed like a mix of perfume and chemicals and was very unpleasant. The other reviewer was right, after a few months the smell got even worse like it had turned already. I tried several times to wear this; with different clothing, different blush and eye-shadow, over different color lip liners, and I just couldn't get it to work for me. Perhaps if you have a warmer skin tone it would look better, but I think for the price you can get a better quality product.
I've only used this for a very bad case of poison ivy on my face. I was warned that it might stain my skin for a little while, which it did, but it helped the poison ivy more than anything else I've tried. It dried it up so well with only an application of one mask left on for 20 minutes. I mixed the powder with egg white and plain yogurt, mixed and left on for 20 minutes, as I've said. When I removed my face did have a little stain to it, but after I washed a few times that side effect was gone. In two days my poison ivy was almost all dried up and on its way to healing.
