Liquid -NARS - Sheer Glow Foundation

I'm towards the end of my first bottle and I'm in love. When applying my foundation, I also use concealer, powder and also setting powder. This foundation gives me medium, buildable coverage and although I've read a lot about it fadding or become blotchy, that hasn't happened to me yet and I wear this foundation through work, dance and nights out. Honestly, the price tag doesn't bother me too much because you do get what you pay for and I keep seeing amazing results. I don't have many blemishes, but I do have some scarring and this smooths out my skin perfectly. I was prepaired and when ordering this foundation on NARS, I made sure I bought the pump which relieved any agro. But, I would definitely recommend and I will keep repurchasing!

Polishes -Essie - Borrowed and Blue - Wedding Collection 2011

This color is the perfect pale, powder, baby blue. I've never seen another color like it. Its gorgeous. I need to get a second bottle since its LE. The application is great and its opaque after just two coats. You have to be a little more patient with Essie, but because of the results... Its well worth it. It wears really nice and looks sophisticated and fresh. Worth every penny for sure. I have had some trouble finding it, but I do eventually find it. Such a beautiful color.

Polishes -Essie - Fair Game

I absolutely love this color. I'm wearing it right now. I wasn't a huge fan of Essie, but I purchased Borrowed and Blue and I fell in love. Its a gorgeous metallic grey/blue color. When I saw a swatch of it, I just fell in love. I think the picture above doesn't really give the color justice. It looks amazing on my fair skin tone and its great for a night out, but its also work appropriate. Buy this one... You won't regret it.

Blush -NARS - Orgasm Blush

Ahhhhhhhhhhh... This is love. Sadly, I'm new to the NARS blush bandwagon, but nonetheless, here I am. :) I bought my first NARS blush about a month ago. I chose Deep Throat because I really, really love the color and because I didn't want to give into the hype and buy Orgasm... Even though I knew eventually I would get it, I didn't want it to be my first NARS blush. When I got a gift certificate to Sephora for Easter, I knew I was going to buy a NARS blush, but I couldn't decide which one. When I got to Sephora Orgasm just called out at me... And I've been smitten ever since. Its a gorgeous, gorgeous color. It works perfectly with my NW25 skin tone. I'm so sad to read below that there is no lasting power for some, but for me, this blush lasts all day. Its soooo pigmented. I literally tap my blush brush on the product twice and that's it. It provides more than enough color everywhere I need it. At first, $27 a blush was just a little too much for me, but now that I've purchased it... It really doesn't bother me. I don't mind paying more for something that I love and for something that works. And considering how little I need and how many other blushes I already have... I know that this is going to last me FOREVER!! I will definitely repurchase when I run out and I will purchase more and more NARS blushes. The hype is there for a reason!!

AMAZING top coat!! It dries my nails super fast and it's staying power is great too. Its the best I've ever tried. Worth the price. :)

I'm sorry to bring this review down, but this is my first purchase of Zoya nail polish, but I've worn two before that I borrowed and up until now, I have been very, very impressed. I painted my nails on Thursday night and by Friday I had already started chipping. :/ Its a gorgeous color and I wanted to love it, but even though I regularly change my nail polish color, I just can't deal with that. For reference, I do use an OPI base coat and top coat. Maybe I'll try again soon and get better luck, but for right now... I'm not happy.

Powder -Urban Decay - Surreal Skin Foundation

I can't believe its taken me so long to write a review on this product! I've literally have been using Surreal Skin Foundation for years. I have gone through at least six of them. At least. I got this after eventually being disappointed in Bare Minerals and the fact that they couldn't cover up my blemishes and after a few hours I looked extremely greasy. So, I got this and I have to say I've loved it from day one until now. Surreal Skin has been with me through my worst skin years and my best. It covers nicely and is build-able, but never looks cakey. I do agree that the sponge applicator is pretty useless. I usually use my powder brush, but front time to time I have unscrewed the top and dunked my sponge in there, but I really don't do that anymore. It is a little bit of a pain, but for results like these definitely worth it. And $30 is a little steep for a foundation, but I go through on every six months. I just bought a new one the other day and before that I bought a new one in the beginning of October. So, its definitely worth the money I spend. I love, love, love this stuff and I will keep repurchasing. :)

Blush -NARS - Deep Throat

I have jumped on the NARS ban wagon. Honestly, I don't know what took so long!! I've been wanting to buy a NARS blush for so long, but really couldn't justify spending $27 on yet another blush... I have about 20. Its not about the price, I don't mind paying for something that I love and works... Its just that there wasn't a need. Well, I think my mind created a need for NARS blushes in my head because a few months later I was making a list of all the NARS blushes I wanted and I was walking into Sephora yesterday to purchase not one, but two. I tried on a bunch and I had it narrowed to three. I really like Orgasm, but I think its a little overrated. So, I went with Deep Throat. I love it. Its a great peachy pinky color, but more pinky. I don't feel like it really glitters, more like it shimmers. I'm in love. I will keep repurchasing and repurchasing. And I will be buying more NARS blushes very, very soon!! :) There is a definite reason for all this hype.

Tinted Moisturizer -Tarte - Amazonian Clay BB Tinted Mosturizer (Smooth Operator)

So, after years of having to wear heavy liquid foundation and seven months of going through terrible accutane, my skin is finally at the point where I don't need to wear foundation. As, exciting as this is... I'm a little sad to retire my MAC Pro Longwear Foundation that I love so much for a while. So, before I went to Ulta and bought my tinted moisturizer, I did some research on MUA. Btw, thank you ladies!! This site has helped me soooo much when it comes to products. I was stuck between Tarte's Smooth Operator and Urban Decay's Tinted Moisturizer. After reading reviews, I was just going to go ahead and purchase UD's because I'm a huge Urban fan and my heart will always side with UD. But, I got to Ulta and went to pick up UD's it was like half the size of Tarte's. And as much as I love Urban... It was literally half the size of Tarte's and only four dollars less. I'd have to be a complete moron to purchase UD's over Tarte's. So, Tarte's Smooth Operator it was. I have to say now, that I am completely and utterly happy with this purchase. It evens my skin tone, looks flawless and doesn't look like I'm wearing too much. I use this after I put on my primer and then use a little concealer to cover old scars and then some powder before setting. And bam!! Beautiful, natural skin!! I will be repurchasing when I run out. :) If you have been on the fence about switching from liquid to a tinted moisturizer and don't have very bad skin, DO IT. You won't regret it. Polishes -OPI - Jade is the New Black

Having jumped on the nail polish train wayyyy late... I have yet ANOTHER addiction to spend MORE money on... That being said, at least my nails always look pretty. I'm wearing Jade Is The New Black right now. Its such a pretty, pretty green color. Very vibrant and loud without being too overpowering or being too much. Its a gorgeous color that looks great on my very fair skin tone. I'm very, very happy with this product. :) Would I buy again? YES! But, I probably won't need to for a while because I have bought soooo many nail polishes in the past week in a half.

Polishes -OPI - Teenage Dream (Katy Perry)

So, last night I was at my local beauty supply store just browsing and what do I find? Yess, I found Teenage Dream. When I saw it in person, I almost didn't buy it because of the way it looked in the bottle, but since I have been looking for this for FOREVER... I decided to purchase. And I'm so glad I did. I'm not a huge fan of pinks and nudes, I just feel like it doesn't make my nails stand out enough, but this is most certainly NOT the case. I started with my OPI base coat and then did two coats of Teenage Dream and that was all I needed, you of course could do three, but my nails look fantastic with just two. Then I did my Quick Dry OPI top coat. And they were literally dry within minutes. The last few OPIs I've picked up have seriously had some huge issues with chipping and I'm talking about same day chipping, so I'm really, really hoping Teenage Dream doesn't do the same. But, I'm very much in love. I keep staring at my nails. :) And I will definitely repurchase, I'm just not sure I'll need to for a long while.

So, I have been looking for this since reading reviews on MUA. I've gone to two walmarts and three drug stores... And no such luck. But, yesterday I finally found it... And I'm sooo glad I searched for it!! It gives such a nice glow that just all around improves your complexion. I'm just so happy I purchased it. :) Go buy it. You won't regret it.

Lip Treatments -Carmex - LipBalm

HG HG HG!! I have been using Carmex for years. Its amazing and I actually prefer this stuff to my expensive lip glosses. Not only does it moisturizes my lips and makes them smooth, but it also makes them shine. In fact, if you were to look around my house... I have four in my room, two in my car and two in my purse. I think its safe to say I'm addicted.

Blush -Hard Candy - Living Doll

So, being a die hard UD fan and finding out that they carried Hard Candy at Walmart... I rushed right over. Unfortunately, the Walmart I went to was very picked over and I actually went for concealer, but they didn't have any. But, I couldn't let that trip go to waste and this was one of the things I picked up. And let me just say that I am in love. :) Its a very, very pretty pink color with some gold shimmer. It looks very pretty on my pale skin and on my tan skin. And the color is buildable and very pigmented. I think I found a new fave. Plus, its Urban quality and super cheap... What's not to love?? I will definitely be repurchasing when I run out and I will buying some more Hard Candy.

Gels/Soaps -Dove - Beauty Bar

I cannot say enough good things about this product. :) I've been using it for over a year now and I absolutely love it. I was in Sephora one day and I was trying to find something to help my skin. For reference, I have combination skin and I used to break out extremely bad and now I'm on Accutane. Well, before Accutane came into the picture... I was yet again trying to find something to help my skin. I was talking the the mua and she said to me, "I totally shouldn't be telling you this, I'm supposed to be selling you something. But, all i use is a dove bar." She proceeded to tell me how it dries up her oily spots and moisturizes her dry spots AND her skin was clear. So, I ran to the store and bought my first Dove bar... I've been faithful ever since. Its been amazing. My skin has improved more than 50%. And now, all I use with my Accutane is the Dove bar and moisturizer. And then once a week a use a Lush scrub to exfoliate. Its amazing.
