I LOVE this, as I do most elf products. In fact, today I realized just how many elf products I own (a TON). I am not sure if this has been reformulated or whatnot, but mine is super creamy and blends beautifully. The coverage is medium. Can use as a base if you sponge it on or brush it out. Use it "full strength" as a concealer etc. The color matches perfectly, it's 100% portable and if it were any cheaper it would be free! It lasts fine on me doing normal activities (working, shopping, etc) I stock up when ELF has a good sale, (on this and a few other products from them that I can't live without. Since the reviews for this are SO mixed, I'd say for a $1 buy one and try it. I don't have issues with it being 'dry' or hard to apply. In fact, I really love how easily it goes on. I'm 45 with basically normal skin and a few fine lines starting.

Eyes -Wet 'n' Wild - perfect pair eye wand

LOVE these. The color payoff is good, it's creamy enough to blend super easy, and stays on all day with a primer (on my lids, anyway) What I do is use the crayon end to color my eyelid, then I use a fat, short brush to blend it out. It's gorgeous for s super simple and pretty eye look. I'm not crazy happy with the liner, I have others I like better (by W&W, too!) but it's creamy and blends well. Great pencil/shadow to have in your bag! This also makes a wonderful base for your mineral e/s!

Mascara -Hard Candy - 1,000 Lashes Fiberized Mascara

An okay mascara but doesn't live up to the fiberized part. The brush is awkward, but oddly enough, once I got used to it, it DOES do a good job. This makes SUPER NATURAL looking lashes. It definitely finds and fans them out nicely. However, there is very little thickening or lash extending. My lashes look very well groomed, but I'd definitely choose THIS mascara to use on a 'no makeup' day. Bottom Line: Fully brushed, wispy natural looking lashes. If you are like me and follow Fiber mascaras, I'd skip this one, it does not in any way live up to a "fiber" mascara. That said, it stays on all day, doesn't flake or smear, etc. So that's the good part. Again, a mascara I'd reach for on a natural makeup day, but that'sthe only time.

BB Cream -Rimmel - BB Cream Beauty Balm 9 in 1 Skin Perfecting Super Makeup

Let me first say, this is my first BB Cream, so I have nothing to compare it to. I've had this for almost 3 weeks now and have used it at least 10 times. That said, I at first hated this with a passion. It's thick and more like a thick, dry toothpaste than anything else. However, once I figured out how to make it work for me, I love it. I do this: Dampen a makeup sponge and I put a squirt of the BB CReam on the back of my hand, and I dab the sponge onto it, and I start DABBING it on my face, starting at areas like sides of nose, under eyes, etc and I just dab dab dab dab til the cows come home. I spray my sponge and keep dabbing into the cream and onto my face til I have all areas covered. Once I started doing it that way, I love this stuff. My face looks great all day. So I'm glad I didn't review this when I first got it or it would of been a very poor review! I got the color light and it works well for my skin. I paid $7.99 at KMart for this. I would repurchase, though probably not right away as Id like to try other BB creams.

Mascara -Hard Candy - Curl Up & Dye

So many bad reviews, I was prepared to hate this...but, I LOVE IT! This is almost HG for me. The brush, though odd, works absolute magic on my lashes. It doesn't flake on my aged skin. Makes my lashes long and wispy-ish, and so, so dark. Pure perfection! A trick: Wipe the wand off on tissue before using and go very slowly through your lashes combing from the bottom up. I do this two or three times in a row and WOW! Great lashes, that last all day long!

Eyeliner -Wet 'n' Wild - Color Icon Brow & Eyeliner

These pencils are fantastic; creamy, great pigmentation, cheap as can be and they are huge. Seriously, they are like 3 feet long lol. They last forever, the colors are pretty varied and the price can't be beat. I have 5 colors and love them all. The colors have staying power and I don't have issues with smearing. The pencil applies easily, it's creamy and glides right on, but then stays put. BUY THESE. Even if you don't like them, you're only out .99

Primer/ Corrector -New York Color - Smooth Skin Perfecting Primer

After seeing a lot of negative reviews I was hesitant to try this, but as a primer junkie, I really love it so far! I was worried about the 'glitter' aspect I've seen so many people comment on, but I didn't find that to be the case at all. I recently had a very bad experience with ELF's primer (and I LOVE ELF with a passion!) which did leave me looking like a disco ball. YIKES. This I found to have no sparkles or obvious pieces of glitter (Hello ELF!), but instead it gave my face a nice irredescent glow which is just beautiful after putting on MMU foundation. I can understand how the glow may be too much on people who aren't putting foundation on. But for the price, packaging and amount of product I will definitely go back for this one again and again. MY face feels fantastic, looks good and it holds all day and night til I take it off. What more can I ask for?!

Shampoo -TRESemme - Fresh Start Dry Shampoo

Full disclosure: This is my first dry shampoo, so I have nothing to compare it to. Secondly, I have very thin, very fine but highlighted hair. I basically can't skip a day of washing...so I thought this might be good for an -every-other-day kinda thing. Well, I lifted hair and sprayed root sections, waited the minute or two then rubbed my scalp and my hair looked much better and had lots of body. YAY! Though that is good, the next part isn't: My hair felt so heavy and just nasty. It looked and smelled clean, but it felt dirty still. As I said, this is my first dry shampoo, so maybe they all make you feel that way? I don't have comparison. But as of now, I would not repurchase this. I will use it up, cause it does seem to work, I just need to get over the heavy yucky feeling it's leaving in/on my hair. It still feels dirty.

Palettes -E.L.F. - Studio Day on the Beach Palette

I got this for a great deal on a whim. The "Day on the Beach" Palette is GORGEOUS. I especially love the blush color too, and I'd like to know what the name of the BLUSH is in this palette so I can purchase it seperately! Does anyone know?? I can't find the info on the ELF site. These colors are prettty and neutral and work well. My ONLY complaint is the lip colors, though they are pretty, they are streaky on me for some reason I really have to work it around to get it smooth I guess you could say. Back to the blush, when you put it in on, it's non existant colorwise, but somehow (MAGIC!?!) it's just gorgeous on the skin, I really really cannot explain it, but its perfect on me to make me look like I'm wearing no makeup! LOVE. The eye colors are smooth and blend fantastic together. I'm super happy with this purchase. I got the case, and 2 refills for $2.50!! Can't beat that!

Mascara -Maybelline - Illegal Length Fiber Extensions

I love this. I'd ran across a review and a few people said it was a good drugstore dupe for my favorite, definicils. I bought a tube of this off of amazon and I'm in LOVE. it's glossy, black, the brush is great (for me, it's the type/size/shape/ that works wonders for my lashes). the formula isn't too wet or gloopy. It's fantastic and seems to wears well on me until I take it off. I haven't had any of the flaking some others have reported. My lashes are long and dark and stand out. This is a keeper for me! Did I mention the brush? I ADORE these brushes, and they seem to not be popular (boo hoo! lol)

One of my favorite shampoos. I love the smell, the ingredients, the feel of my hair after using. My hair gets some volume, though not a ton, but my hair feels sooo silky soft when I use this. Ive been saving it for when my hair seems a little 'blah', then I'll wash with this and I love my hair again! LOL The bottle is large and lasts quite a while. I'm afraid they may doing away with this (if they haven't already...) it's getting harder and harder to find.

I LOVE LOVE LOVE these and they are discontinued, of course. I'm on my last one now, so if anyone has any for swap/trade PLEASSE let me know, I WILL take them! I use them daily, especially the South Beach. They make my cheekbones glowy, put a dab along the bridge of my nose, a dap on my eyelids and I'm ready to walk out the door looking healthy and glowy, wearing no other makeup besides mascara. Holy Grail for me! This couldn't be any cheaper, or work any better. So I'm begging you all....anyone have some they don't want/need/use/like? Please contact me and we can work out a swap :)

Primer/ Corrector -Unlisted Brand - Lanacane Anti-Chafing Gel

This is fantastic as everyone says as a primer. I've used Smashbox before and I honestly don't see/feel ANY difference between the two AT ALL. I got a big tube at K-mart for $8 and it will easily last me a year. When using primer, you only need a dollop about the size of a pea to cover your whole face (otherwise it can 'pill' and flake). This 1oz tube is awesome, cheap and effective! My makeup stays on alll day (MMU) and night until *I* take it off. As an aside, I manage a motel and as you can imagine I'm on the phone constantly. Most of my makeup would be long gone by noon without a primer due to all the time spent on the phone...so it's a blessing!

Top/Base Coats -Unlisted Brand - INM - Out the Door Top Coat

I'm on my zillionth bottle of this top coat and it never disappoints me. I go through it like water, because I do a mani every day or every other day. At times, when I've been super busy/lazy and have kept a mani on for days and days, it's still as shiny as it was when I applied it. The shine is like glass. It dries quickly -- perhaps not in the seconds it claims, but certainly within a minute or two. I've never had a problem and that's why I've continued to repurchase this for years now. It's truly amazing stuff and I just can't get over the shine that looks like glass.
