Whew! I was feeling all alone about my hatred of this product. I'm in the process of growing my hair out, but I refuse to go grey while doing it! I was lured in by the promise of less damage, intense color, and the whole, "this formula is so special, unicorns will come flying out of the box" hype. What I got was aggravation while applying the color and straw like hair that I had to use a ton of treatments on to get it even near healthy looking again. I had high hopes for this product, but it really is the death of your hair in an uncomfortably shaped plastic bottle. Plus, the color ran like crazy. The only thing it really stuck to was my scalp and my shower.

I was looking at far more expensive brands because I fried my hair due to a dyeing debacle. I saw this and thought, "what the heck" and it was on sale! This left my hair so soft and shiny without weighing it down. You can't beat the price and it smells delicious!

BB Cream -Maybelline - Dream Fresh 8-in-1 BB Cream

I was excited to try this as it would be my first BB cream. I have combination skin and this made my entire face an oil slick. I tried mixing it with my moisturizer, but that defeated the purpose as I can do that with my regular foundation. It felt like it was suffocating my skin and I didn't see any real benefits from this product.

Cleansers -Alpha Hydrox - Nourishing Cleanser with Microbeads

I just bought this from Ulta, which is the only store I can find Alpha Hydrox at. I love it! The beads are not meant to exfoliate, but to add hydration. I'm sure there are bad tubes out there where the microbeads are not effective, but I got a great tube! It leaves my skin soft and is helping to clear up my severe acne in conjunction with their 10% Glycolic AHA lotion! I've spent lots of money on products that don't work only to go to a product my mom used years ago!

Many thanks to all the women who reviewed this product! I bought it based off the great reviews it got! I'm dealing with tons of stress and hormonal changes and this miracle lotion is keeping my skin from freaking out more than it already has! I recently purchased the Nourishing Cleanser and I love it in combination with the lotion! Also, the price is so good that I use it on my "chicken skin" arms! Thanks, ladies!

Treatments -Murad - Acne Spot Treatment

I bought this as a sample package with their clarity face wash. The face wash is nice, but nothing special. I had heard very good things about the acne treatment, which is why I bought the package. I'm thankful I just bought the sample. At first, I thought "YAY, this is so going to work for me!", but it didn't it. It did help with tiny pimples that were trying to become monster zits, but my deep, painful, embarrassing cystic acne is not any better. It's not even helping to bring them to the surface and making them easier to clear up. Also, the sulfur smell becomes overbearing. I didn't mind it at first because I use Queen Helene's Mint Julep Masque and one of the key ingredients is sulfur. However, after repeated use with this I can actually taste it because I use it near my mouth! YUCK! At any rate, I'm off to search for my HG because I need to get head shots done so I have got to get rid of this hot mess!

I bought this product because I have very dry cheeks and a massively breakout prone t-zone. In fact, I have a horrible breakout right now and still haven't found my miracle for that. I can use this on my t-zone to keep the flakiness at bay and I use it over another moisturizer at night for as a replacement for the costly Clinique Moisture Surge. I love the texture, smell, and the packaging. This product has not caused any breakouts and is terrific as a makeup base! I'm going to get the cleanser, too.

I was previously an Olay Regenerist gal, but I have to say this is now my HG!!! I have combination skin,cystic acne(gotta love TOTM and stress!) and post-acne redness. This hydrates my skin and does not leave my t-zone oily. I use it in conjunction with their pore minimizer skin re-smoother. My skin is softer, more even-toned and I need less makeup now! If you are in your teens to early 20s DO NOT use this product and expect it to not give you acne. It is formulated for more mature skin(light wrinkles, sun spots, cell turnover)and will most like clog your pores or just plain irritate the bejesus out of it!

I love the texture of this product and it's the only moisturizer/serum that hasn't made me break out. In fact, it has helped clear my skin up!
