Blush -mark - Just Pinched Instant Blush Tint stick-Berry
rated 5 of 5

Love the creamy texture that's not too oily. I usually swipe my finger two rounds and apply to my cheek or dab about a 1 inch circle onto my cheek and blend. Once applied, it gives a nice reddish blush on my NC35 skin. Easy to layer on more if you need a stronger color. Tube is small and product amount seems to be little but a little goes a long way. I like that it won't smudge on the sides as long as you wind it down before closing the cap. Sometimes I use it alone just for a natural blush look instead of full makeup look. I've never tried the other colors but I think they'll be too light for my skin color so definitely sticking to Berry. I layer this with mark's Cameo Glow for a longer lasting blush.

Fragrances -Bath and Body Works - Tropical Passionfruit

On first spray, it was really strong smelling. Two sprays in my room was overpowering me! But it faded really quickly and after 30 mins, nothing's left. I've always liked passionfruit stuff so this gift from a friend was really nice. I sometimes spray it onto my hands and rub it over my hair. But since it faded quickly too, no point. Nowadays I use it if I'm just going out for a little while. Or freshening up my room.

Styling Products -Sebastian - Potion 9
rated 4 of 5

I first got this in the squeeze tube on recommendation of my hairstylist. I found it to be quite light and did make my hair more manageable. So I got the 500ml pump bottle from a discount store. It lasted me a long long time. Didn't make note of how many months but I am counting the months on my second(current) bottle. I must say that the color is rather weird for a hair product. Like carrot gel. Lol.. That aside, it makes the hair "crunchy" if you don't comb after it dries. I usually use this after towel drying my hair by splitting my mid-back length hair into 2 sections and apply seperately then comb through. My hair has been colored, highlighted and is very dry in certain sections so I tend to apply more to those parts. Lately, I've noticed that it makes my hair kinda oily after a day. Might be due to my different shampoo or I might have become more heavy handed. I dislike the squeeze tube as it's hard to get the last bits out of a metal tube. With the pump bottle, I can scrape the jar clean. Besides, the pump bottle is more economical. Paid SGD$68 for it at the discount store. Well worth the price as my bf uses it sometimes too.

Mascara -Kiss Me - Kiss Me Mascara
rated 2 of 5
KeiKi 1/23/2008 1:42:00 AM

As described, it does not smudge. Really comes off with water and pressure. I do see tubes when removing. But the price is too much. It's like twice the price of regular mascara and it does not hold curl. I will try curling after applying next time. (Tried curling after applying and it made shreds and an awful mess of my mascara.) On 3 separate occasions, I curled my lashes (short, stick straight asian lashes) and applied Kiss Me Mascara. All 3 times, my lashes uncurled. Never happened with my other mascaras. Formula is good as it's not clumpy and quite thin. But no volumizing or lengthening properties. I really love that it does not smudge. This is the only mascara that does not smudge on me. Tried various ways of wearing and works best for me when i curl lashes extremely high and apply a thin coat. That way, my lashes uncurl halfway and stays. All in all, good concept but can't deliver.

Mascara -Maybelline - Full 'N Soft Mascara
rated 3 of 5

Thought this might make my lashes fuller but it didn't. It just made it slightly thicker. A nice mascara to wear daytime since it doesn't add much drama. The brush is a nice size. Formula is quite nice. coats lashes well without clumping. But I find it tends to smudge in a few hours although I got the waterproff one.

Concealers -Chanel - Vitalumiere Satin Smoothing Creme Concealer SPF 15
rated 1 of 5
KeiKi 2/11/2007 11:34:00 AM

Expensive and definitely not my kind of concealer. I got this in 10 Ivory Rose. It was the darkest color available and it's still too light. I usually use bodyshop's crayon concealer #04. The texture is dry and very thick. It's hard to spread and tends to make me look like I have wrinkles as it's dry.

Concealers -The Body Shop - Concealer (Crayon Correcteur)
rated 4 of 5
KeiKi 2/11/2007 11:27:00 AM

I have this in #04. I find it's consistency quite nice. Not too dry or creamy. It tends to dry out if you don't use it. I use my finger to rub the tip to soften it and apply. Sometimes if I'm in a hurry I just draw straight onto eye circles and dab. Covers well enough. Comes off easily also. I got mine off auctions so it is cheaper.

Mascara -Maybelline - Lash Expansion [DISCONTINUED]
rated 2 of 5
KeiKi 12/30/2005 10:48:00 PM

Got this cheap online as I wanted to try out a colored mascara. I have this in the blue color. Don't really see the blue unless you look carefully. Brush is huge! Hard to use as it doesn't get to the side lashes. Lengthens pretty well and adds some volume. It might be my stick straight lashes but I find that this mascara straightens my lashes more than my other mascaras. Might be just me though.. Overall an average. Won't repurchase due to the huge brush.

Shampoo -Redken - Smooth Down
rated 3 of 5
KeiKi 10/13/2005 11:29:00 AM

A letdown after how I raved over the matching conditioner. Smells weird.. (Egg protein??) Orangey color. Used by itself produces smooth hair with no tangles. I can get this with other shampoos also. Don't think it's as worth buying as the conditioner.

Treatments (Eye) -Mavala - Double-Lash
rated 5 of 5
KeiKi 5/6/2005 7:37:00 PM

I'm so thankful I found this! Had stick straight short asian lashes. After religiously applying copious amounts of this daily for 2 weeks, I really saw my lashes growing longer! Finally I can bat my lashes and see something! Much cheaper than Talika. Not sure if Talika works better or this since I havent tried Talika. Comes in a cute nail polish bottle. Love the mascara wand. Would repurchase if I run out.

Conditioner -Redken - Smooth Down
rated 5 of 5
KeiKi 2/22/2005 12:42:00 AM

Bought this after much deliberation at the salon. Used it on alternate days and it makes my hair soft and sleek. a small amt goes a long way. I have almost waist length hair and i leave it on for 5 mins. sorta like a weak treatment. Well worth every dollar. Will repurchase when it finishes.

Fragrances -The Body Shop - Oceanus Line
rated 4 of 5
KeiKi 7/8/2004 9:24:00 AM

My favourite fragrance for now. I have the body spray type which is in a plastic bottle. It lasts like half a day and then I re-spray. Got this 3/4 for less than 1/2 price on auct cos I find retail price too steep for a not-so-lasting spray. I rate Oceanus 1st, moonflower 2nd then white musk 3rd.

Scrubs -The Body Shop - Cocoa Butter Body Scrub
rated 5 of 5
KeiKi 6/26/2004 11:35:00 AM

This was less than 1/2 price at a sale so I bought 2 on recommendations from MUA and friends. Rather grainy scrub but great for endless scrubbing! Smells quite good and leaves a light almondy scent. Smooths my skin very well. I use it once a week all over my body and my skin feels so silky.

Scrubs -The Body Shop - Olive body scrub
rated 5 of 5
KeiKi 6/26/2004 11:31:00 AM

Got this at a sale so it was less than 1/2 price. Excellent value for this! The smell is light and fresh. The scrub particles are smaller compared to the cocoa butter scrub and is more creamy and emolient. Not as grainy as the cocoa butter scrub but just as good! Only bought 1 tub and now am regretting not stocking up during the sale.

Lip Treatments -The Body Shop - Lip Care Stick - Cocoa Butter
rated 5 of 5
KeiKi 5/7/2004 11:41:00 AM

I have plenty of Avon and other assorted lip stuff but bought this coz my friend said it was really good. Tried it on my slightly chapped lips and left it on overnight and my lips were soft & smooth in the morning! Excellent! This smells very chocolately. Delicious even! But it tastes weird. Leaves a slight shine and goes on clear. Definitely would buy again if I ever finish my tube. Never used up a stick of balm like this one. Definetely my HG. On to my 3rd stick now.
