This comb is absolutely amazing! Pricey, yes, but I would have to say it is worth every last penny. The packaging and case is just fabulous and they give you this pocket to carry around conveniently. More than anything else, this comb leaves me ready and willing to take on ANY mascara- it makes your lashes super clean and clump-free without taking away any volume, length, color, curl or whatever your HG mascara offers. Don't let the price intimidate you- it's better than going through handfuls of cheap plastic eyelash combs that don't even work! This one's a keeper and you probably won't have to replace it unless you lose it.

Blush -LORAC - Powder blush in Desire

This is the CUTEST blush in the world. You look like a little doll when you put it on- it gives you sparkling pink cheeks that you just want to squish. It doesn't look fake, but it doesn't really give you the au naturale look either... but who CARES when this gives you such a cute effect? One thing I recommend, though, is to think twice before buying it if you have oily or acne prone skin. The shimmering effect of the blush can make your face look a little dewy if you have regular skin, but if you have oily skin I would think the outcome wouldn't be that wonderful.

Mascara -Maybelline - Great Lash Mascara

This is OFFICIALLY the worst mascara I have ever bought. It does nothing positive for the look of your lashes. Sure it may bring slight length, but this sucker clumps so much it looks like you have one very long, very thick lash growing from each of your eyes. It also takes years to dry. I'll blink by accident because I can't keep my eyes open for five minutes, and that's it, it's over. One blink causes me to look like I'm growing a beard under my lower lashes. Stay as far away as you can from this mascara!

Mascara -Neutrogena - Healthy Volume

First of all, I don't know where in the world they came up with the number for 400% more volume- that may be the most ridiculous thing in advertising I have ever heard. Let me tell you, I am one to never smudge from mascara- NEVER. But somehow, this mascara succeeded in turning me into the perfect raccoon. Other than that, this mascara isn't that bad. It gives you SLIGHT volume and okay length. It gives you the natural look, which I love when I'm indoors in the daytime, and it holds curl pretty well. It's really just... okay. I can't think of any other word to describe this mascara other than... "okay." Mediocre, maybe? Average? Definitely nothing dramatic, catty, voluptuous, or glamorous here. If you like the "okay" natural look, then I'd recommend you go for it, but if you are one to smudge, stay far, far away!

Mascara -Smashbox - Bionic Mascara

The first few times I applied this mascara, I absolutely hated it- it was clumpy and just didn't seem to be making that great of a statement compared to other mascaras I have tried. Now, after becoming acclimated with it, I have grown to love it. It's dark and dramatic and does wonders for length and volume. The clumping has gotten a lot better too, although it still isn't 100% clump free. One thing to watch out for: it's a real toughie to wash off, I wake up the next morning with black spots in the corners of my eyes. Also, it stained my sink gray, but I guess I can live with doing some extra cleaning. Bottom line: this isn't my HG mascara as I am still on my search for the perfect mascara, but I don't mind hanging onto this one until I do- everytime I apply it people ask me where I got my false lashes :)

Mascara -Chanel - Inimitable Mascara Multi-Dimensionnel

This mascara was great about the first three times I used it. Afterwards, it started making my eyelashes droop and left "spots" at the tip of my lashes and around my eyes. I'm also one to NEVER get raccoon eyes, but this somehow managed to do some smudging. It does, however, give good length but the cons bash the pros out: especially considering the fact that this mascara dries up TOO quickly. All in all, it was just bleh to me.
