As you would have gathered from the other reviews this is a very greasy heavy feeling cleanser that is hideously over priced... however I went against every bit of sensibility I have and purchased it! I had to see what the hype was about and I can say I am very pleased with the results. This feels a bit like a luxury spa item to use because of the smell but it is quite strong and might not be for everyone. On the upside I have cut about 4 other products out of my night cleansing routine because of this product which has made getting my face clean at night alot quicker (yes... even with the whole muslin cloth process!) This is quite drying on my skin and despite what Eve lom claims I still need to use a serum and moisturiser at night. But this cleans like nothing I have ever used before! If you are after a really DEEP cleanser this will do it! I found I started to get breakouts after a few days of use and this lasted about a week, not bad breakouts but it seemed to be drawing out alot of impurities and crud which had been just under the surface of the skin for a while. The breakouts lasted about a week. I have been using this for about 2 months and my skin is so glowing and smooth. It has: Removed blackheads unclogged and refined pores Been very deep cleaning but still gentle Helped with oil balance on my face the biggest down side to this is the price!!! but I can't argue with the results and my skin has seriously never looked better. Having said that I am not sure this cleanser would work for everyone? I would recommend getting a sample if possible first! ( I got a sample from Mecca in Australia) I personally love this product and if you are serious about your skin I would at least recommend you give it a try.
This is my 'Go-to' setting powder! Gives a lovely silky, glowy finish and doesn't give that obviously cakey look that some powders do. I switched to this because I was having problems with the MAC Mineralize Skin Finish Natural oxidizing badly on my skin, I have not experienced ANY oxidization with this powder! This beats all other setting powders hands down! This also wears really well and I find I rarely need to touch up. I am so pleased with this powder I am excited to try more products from INGLOT.
I really wanted to like this foundation it seemed to tick all the boxes for me as someone with dry skin- water based, hydrating etc but the I found it didn't give the coverage I was looking for. It was very light on my skin, barely covered redness in my cheeks and I felt like I needed to use ALOT of product. Staying powder was dismal about 2 hours and it started to separate on my face and look powdery on my pores. I have dry skin and this moved all over my face like was super oily or something! Very odd! I used powder to set and a mac fix + and still had this issue. The other issue I found with this foundation is the colour it seemed to match when the SA tried it on me but when I got home and tried it I could see it was obviously too yellow on my skin. This seems to be a pretty common problem with Chanel foundations!! I paid $77 AUD for this and I am so dissapointed that I've wasted money on a foundation that acts like a watery tinted moisturiser thats gone past it's expiry! If this hasn't worked for you I can recommend Lancome Teint Miracle ....much better foundation in the light weight genre.
Eye shadow definately stays on longer and looks more vibrant with this primer on, I also like that it is tinted and acts like a concealer for the eye lid taking out darkness and redness, I also tap this along the bottom of my eye and find it helps my under eye concealer stay on longer - Don't go overboard though as I find it has a tendency to crease. I am not sure why Benefit decided a huge pump on the bottle would be a good idea???! lets out way too much product, a 1/4 pump lets out more than any person would need! A small pump would have allowed room for more product in the bottle and made it more sensible to use! We get ripped off with the price of Benefit products in Australia compared to the US which is my biggest complaint, but overall I find this product works well and I would repurchase.
I've been searching for a while for a foundation I really love that suits my skin type. I have found it! Colour range for this product is really good, I am the fairest shade in most foundations but usually find they settle to be too orange or too yellow, I am 005 in Teint Miracle and this suits me perfectly. Teint Miracle gives very generous coverage and covers redness and dark areas well, however won't cover blemishes or dark scars fully, you'll still need concealer! With that said though the finish this foundation gives is amazing so natural with a light luminous look! It really looks like I have naturally gorgeous glowing skin!! I also find this foundation very comfortable to wear, not drying and uncomfortable like many other foundations. I use this with the Lancome Hydra glow base primer and set with Inglot AMC powder and this works well. If you are dry skinned and looking for a foundation that offers a natural glow without the drying matte look then I would recommend this fully!!!
Woohoo! I love Karma Komba! I think the solid shampoos from Lush are ingenious, and the scent of this one is definately my fave! It took me a few goes to master the right amount for my hair, some people say lather the bar in your hand others say rub it directly on your head. I get the best results by rubbing the bar directly on my scalp and then massaging with my fingers, the lather is short lived but it does clean my hair really well. I have long hair and I have found my hair is get no where near as tangled and knotty when I am blow drying after I use this. The tin is great but make sure your bar is COMPLETELY dry before you put it in the tin, my boyfriend and I put ours back in the tin while it was still wet- Mistake! Couldn't get the slippery thing back out and subsequently ended up mushing it out of shape which reduced the amount of washes we got out of it. On to our second bar now and have mastered the use and storage. I would recommend this product for daily washing and would be great for travel!
I loved the smell of this, strong rose scent which is quite luxurious! Was unsure I wanted to commit due to the price but I was interested to try the concept of a shower smoothie. I was so keen to try this so forked out the $25 for the smallish tub. When I jumped in the shower I loved the smell of this on my skin but found the product really messy and hard to use. I wasn't sure how much of it I really needed to use and found most of what I scooped out ended up falling all over the ground in clumps before I could rub it in, honestly felt like I was wasting more product than I was getting on me which was a bit sad. Thaught it might work better on a loofah but it all just got stuck in the loofah and flew all over the shower. This was just awkward to use and not enjoyable like I thaught it would be. If this was more of a mousse like consistency it might be better perhaps? Sadly I won't repurchase
I got a sample of this product from lush, I found it was alot messier than a conventional cleanser but I didn't mind that, also enjoyed the natural herbal smell and texture. This product left my skin feeling really clean and really soft, no redness after I used it and my skin didn't have that tight irritated feeling that some cleansers can leave your skin like. I really wanted to love this product however I found after a couple of uses it started to break me out. So dissapointed. Might work for some but didnt work for me.

I have really dry skin on my legs and shaving causes me to get really itchy, I have been using the Prince shaving cream and then following up with a quick rub down with King of Skin. I love this product! It has a lovely creamy cocoa scent and is very moisturising. Go easy though, if you are too heavy handed it will leave you very greasy! I find this product has stopped the after shave itchiness and dryness I dont feel like I need to moisturise after. Definately recommend purchasing with the body butter tin to keep it dry and step out of the shower stream to use otherwise this baby will melt faster than you can get it on you. A great product, a little tricky to master but once you get it right for you its a winner!
A great shampoo if you are looking for shine, de-frizz and strength. Pros: Easy to use liquid shampoo that lathers well and has a deep, rich warming smell, reminds me of an Irish pub! Leaves hair extremely soft and shiny, majorly reduced frizz and made a noticeable difference to the condition of my hair. Seems to have helped my hair during the process of heat styling. A little of this shampoo goes along way I hardly need to use any on my long hair and it I still get a thorough clean. Cons: May be a little heavy if you have very fine or oily hair. I have been using this with Lush American Cream conditioner and I find these two products to give me better results than any other professional hair care products I have ever tried.
I have dry/sensitive skin with the oilier section through the t-zone and prone to breakouts around the chin and sides of my face. I thaught I would try this because it was promoted as being a gentle cleanser that would help reduce breakouts. This product worked fine on first use and I noticed an overnight reduction in spots and redness, however by the third day using this it had started to severly burn the skin on my cheeks. My skin was red, scaling and broken capillaries started to surface! I was mortified! I instantly stopped using this product due to fear I would do permanent damage to my skin. I spent about a week repairing the damage using a very mild cleanser, deep moisturiser and rose hip oil. I have now switched to Lush's ultrabland cleanser which is much better for drier/sensitive skin and only use the fresh farmacy a few days a week and restricted to the oiler sections of my face. I am finding this is working well and the fresh farmacy has really cleared the spots, while the ultrabland has put moisture where it needs it.
