Conditioner -Dove - Heat Defense Therapy

Words can't express how much I love this conditioner!! I have lots and lots of relatively fine, long hair that's naturally wavy-to-curly. I use this conditioner when I flatiron my hair and it makes it really soft and smooth and I think it does a great job of keeping a barrier between my hair and the heat. I also only straighten it 2x a week max, which I'm sure helps. It is currently on sale for £1, which is ridiculously cheap, so I bought three bottles! I'd highly recommend it. After trying out a billion different conditioners, this one isn't too heavy/waxy/greasy/etc, so I'll use it till I run out.

Moisturizers -Aveeno - Positively Radiant Daily Moisturizer spf15

I can't recommend this stuff enough!! It's not too greasy and not too... not-greasy. I think it gives a great level of moisture. I don't even notice the sparkles and, in fact, didn't know they were in there until reading these reviews. I have dry cheeks and an oily t-zone, but this balances my skin out really, really well and I never break out, even with re-application between washing. Don't know what else to say but that I love it! Will re-purchase indefinitely!

Lip Gloss -MAC - Goldensoft Lipgelee

This is a beautiful lip gelee. As someone already said, it looks a bit gaudy in the tube, but is really lovely and sheer when you put in on. The texture is great, too. I'd definitely repurchase!

Shampoo -Garnier - Long and Strong Shampoo

I really love this shampoo. I have thick, color treated, wavy/curly hair that goes halfway down my back. I'd been using Dove, but that gave me TONS of broken hairs (right on top of my head, where it makes me look stupid), so I switched to this. I can't think of one thing I don't like about it- you don't have to use a ton, which is great for me, since I'm used to pouring half a cup into my hands, it definitely helped smooth down my broken hair, it doesn't make my roots all greasy after 24 hours, and it smells really great. I've already repurchased and will do so again!

Pressed Powders -MAC - Select Sheer Pressed Powder

Really nice powder. I put it on with a kabuki brush or with the applicator they give you in the compact. Makes my skin feel very good and provides nice, light coverage. Love it, will definitely buy again!

Gels/Soaps -Burt's Bees - Peppermint Shower Soap

I think this soap is great! I love the color of it and the smell. The little exfoliating granules do SUCH a good job. It's probably too drying to use on any parts of the body that are more delicate, but this works really well on arms and legs. I have those irritating dry-skin bumps on my upper arms, and this soap makes it feel really nice before putting lotion on, even! Will repurchase.

Shampoo -Burt's Bees - Rosemary Mint Shampoo Bar

Yikes. I thought this was going to be so fun and great. How novel! Shampoo in a bar! Let me tell you, this stuff leaves your hair in the most disgusting state it's even been in. After I "washed" my hair with this, I brushed it as usual and let it dry to a sticky, gooey mess. I went and looked at my brush, and the hair was literally matted with white residue from this shampoo. I generally love Burt's Bees stuff, but this is a definite no-go. Don't waste your time and money!

Polishes -Maybelline - Forever Strong in Timless Pink

This is the best nail polish ever, IMHO! The color is a really nice, light, phimmery pink, and there's not too much pigment, so the nails look nicely colored. Just a great nail polish that you can wear whenever!

Mmmmmm, I LOVE this stuff. I wish it had a bit more staying power, maybe like an EDT or something. This smells SO wonderful, I recommend it to anyone that likes light, fresh fragrances.

Lip Treatments -Burt's Bees - Beeswax Lip Balm

I have this in the tin since it's more product for the same price. I really love this stuff, the minty feel and smell are quite nice and, for some reason, this balm makes my lips look really, really good. I don't know what it is about it, but ever since I've started using it, my lips have looked awesome! Will buy again!

Polishes -Revlon - Colorstay Nail color

I must be in the minority here, but SURELY others have had the same problems I've had? The coats take FOREVER to dry, and if they're not bone dry before you put the next coat on, you get smudges out the wazoo and, my personal favorite, sheet marks! I want SO much to love this stuff, and, if you get past the application phase, it does exactly what it says it will. But the polish is incredibly thick and it sets quickly on the nail, so it's hard to touch up (yet still takes forever to dry, I don't get it). If they made this thinner, it would be the best stuff ever, but with the time it takes for me to sit around and wait for three coats of polish to fully dry, I could have just slapped on a coat of something else. Love the color, love the staying power, hate the application, won't repurchase.

I love this scent so much. I keep hoping that my bf will one day become a cologne guy, so i can make him wear this and aqua de gio. no such luck. I think I would seriously make hot sweet love to this fragrance if I could :-D It smells SOOO GOOD!!

Fragrances -The Body Shop - White Musk Line

I absolutely LOVE this scent. I could really smell it forever. I don't mind that it's popular, because that means more nice-smelling people to be around! This is much better than the harsh trendy perfumes. It's pretty timeless and ageless. I love it, and TBS line is really very inexpensive.

This stuff is very nice. The scent is great and it's very moisturizing. BUT, it is just so incredibly greasy that I can only put it on at night and let it seep in under my PJs. I'd love to give this 5 lippies because it's so nice and it smells so good, but I literally have to wash my hands with dish detergent after I use it so it doesn't get everywhere. Sigh, just too greasy.

Lotions/ Creams -Shi Kai - Body Lotion

The ONLY thing that would make this the greatest lotion ever invented would be a bit more moisture. Now the fact that this sinks RIGHT in to the skin (fabulous!) makes up for the fact that it's not *as* moisturizing because I can use it at least twice a day without being all greasy and sticky and get roughly the same amount of moisture as with more intense lotions. I've got this in the Apricot/Rose and Sandalwood something else. The scents are great, PLUS I got them for really cheap, since they redesigned the packaging and the online store is selling the old package for dirt cheap! Highly recommended!
