It immediately leaves my skin very smooth. But keep splashing water on my face 5-6 times can be pretty drying. As the water may wash off the skin's natural essential oils. Nevertheless, rice water comes free whenever I eat rice. So I will use it as long as rice is cooked at home.

Polishes -Sally Hansen - Diamond Strength No Chip Nail Color

I really love this nail polish, as it is what it says, no chip. And the colour I get is the colour in the bottle too. It is so thin and so easy to spread, and also dries very easily. Definitely will buy again. I got my first from Sally Hansen in Precious Peach.

It feels so nice on my skin. With a layer of Golden Palm Oil, my face is smooth and soft. It is alcohol-free. And uses 100% Bamboo extract in place of water. No problems for my sensitive skin. =)

I like the way it is so light, and becomes watery after a few strokes, dissolving into my skin so easily. This leaves my skin smooth, soft, supple and more radiant the next morning, even my SO commented on it. It is suitable for my sensitive skin. And it comes in a beautiful pump bottle that has a cap to keep the nozzle from dust. One pump gives just enough for my face and neck. No more double presses or a hard time controlling the pump!

I love this gel! It makes my pimple go within 1 day, but is not toxic at all. It heals the skin back, and not burn your pimple till it dries and flake off, unlike conventional creams that contain lots of benzoyl peroxide. There is a very mild pleasant smell that may go undetected. I think it is very cheap for an effective acne cream. No wonder this brand is the No. 1 selling in Japan!

Cleansers -Kiehls - Centella Skin-Calming Facial Cleanser

I don't like this cleanser as I find it too oily for my sensitive skin. It made little oil spots and acne appear, which is very disappointing, as I was told by the SA that the Centella range is for sensitive skin. I also do not like the form that it comes in, as it does not really spread, and feels too watery for my liking. This is at best a very normal cleanser at a steep price.

Toners -Kiehls - Yerba Maté Tea Toner

This is a great disappointment for me, after all the raves I've read about Kiehl's line of products. I was recommended Yerba Mate as I have hypersensitive skin. True enough, this toner does not gives me rashes. But other than being a toner, I don't feel any effect. It does not tighten my skin not make it feel supple. I like my products with a little pleasant smell, but this does not have any smell at all. For the price, I don't think it's worth it.

I love the colour of this perfume, and of course TBS's packaging (which is always so attractive). The smell is perfect for ladies who prefer light, unoffensive fragrances, like me. I bought this upon a friend's recommendation that it stays, as I hate to bring perfume bottles out. It stays quite well, but not as long as I'd like it to. For the price, it has really good quality, making my every cent so worthwhile.

This is my favourite fragrance. I just had to buy the full-size bottle after finishing the sample that I got. It is very lasting, and holds a gentle, more neutral sweet scent, that is good for work where I don't want to come across as too strong and risk being repulsive. I love the bottle design so much.

I really love the cool effect after application. It comes in the milk-water mixture form, so it is very light on the skin, easily spread, and only require 3-4 drops per use on the face. However, it can be used on the body for swimming as well, as it is water-resistant. However, it does not say UVA/UVB resistant, so I cannot pass this as a good sunscreen.

Mascara -Fasio - Volume Extension Waterproof in blue

It does not volumize my lashes. But I really love the colour! I never believed that coloured mascara shows until I tried Fasio. And it's indeed waterproof. I washed my face with water a few times, and it's still there, lasting through the day. It is very light and clump free, plus I like the comb instead of brush form. Very good for a basic mascara that gives colour, but no volumizing or extension effects.

Eye Makeup Remover -Fasio - Point Makeup Remover

The whitish substance flows very easily when I poured it onto the cotton pad. I find it wasteful, as this only works if you pour enough, and really saturate the cotton pad (as the instruction says). For eye, it says to press cotton pad on the eye for 15 seconds, and do not rub or pull when removing. But I find that this does not works at all. I always have to rub the eyeliner off, and quite hard, till my eyelids hurt. For its cheap price, I find the bottle very hard, which I like. But I don't like that it's not transparent, and the bottle colour is not that attractive.

Lip Treatments -Make Up Store - Aroma Balm

True to its name, this balm is fragrant. It really healed my chapped lips after consistent application for 1 day, leaving my lips really soft and smooth. It also heals dry skin at other parts of the body, like elbow, knees, heels and ankle. Not to be put on open wound, but rather, it's good for smoothing hard dead skin that resulted from killer shoes. But it is slightly expensive for a healing lip balm, although it has already lasted me 3 years.

Mascara -Maybelline - INTENSE XXL mascara

I love this so much. This has to be the best mascara. It does what it promises so well. The lengthening is perfect. The only one that allows my eyelashes to be seen after all the makeup. I have gone around testing mascaras in shops, and I find every other one so thin as does nothing for my lashes. Only the volumizing does not works, but I put more priority on lengthening. Intense XXL is just right for me.

I fail this as it smudges, crumbles and fall off, always making my eyes look like panda in the middle of the day, which is contrary to the 100% smudgeproof claim.
