I bought this at Target and decided to give it a try. I have short, thin, and fine hair, so alot of styling products weigh my hair down and make it look greasy. This product smells wonderful!! It gives me a piecey, smooth look w/out stickiness or hardening.

Tinted Moisturizer -Aveda - Aveda Inner-Light Mineral Tinted Moisture SPF15

I just repurchased this product. I love this stuff! Laura Mercier's did nothing for me, but this one is light and natural looking. The color stays on and doesn't oxidize and turn orange. In the winter months I us Josie Maran's TM because the argan oil is more moisturizing during the winter months. This product is a hit-or-miss-----you'll either love it or hate it.

Toners -Aveda - Toning Mist

I'm beginning my 2nd bottle of this stuff. Quick and easy to use w/ it being a spray mist. I usually skip toners because of the cumbersome use of a cotton ball which is one less step. I mist this getting out of the shower or when I want to refresh my skin or my makeup. You have to be careful---it's a glass bottle!

I'm beginning my 4th bottle of this product. It's expensive $40.00 USD but it works well on my skin especially under makeup. I'm not exclusive to Aveda's slincare line, but besides their Inner Light TM. this is one of my favorite!

Blush -Josie Maran Cosmetics - Blush in Sunset

I received this blush as part of JM's Earth Day Essentials kit. I already use her Sunrise blush but it's a cool toned pink and I prefer the warm toned peachy pink of Sunset. Lasts all day for me and the color is subtle, so if you are looking for a dramatic blush, this wouldn't work.

Bronzers -Josie Maran Cosmetics - Cream Bronzer

This cream bronzer only comes in one shade so it doesn't work for the majority of skin tones. I have fair to med. skin tone so this is enough color for me on my cheeks and eyelids. It lasts all day without oxidizing into that orange look. The rose-gold recyclable compact is small and fits into a small cosmetic case easily. The biggest drawback to this product is the lack of shades to encompass more skin tones.

This is the 1st mascara that hasn't caused my eyes to itch and feel irritated--like something was in my eye. This mascara is very wet going on and it will leave it's mark on your skin if you use too much. I use the blow dryer on a cool setting after putting this on to dry it. It's easy to apply too much of this product. My lashes are straight and long, but if I curl them and apply this mascara I have a wide eyed look that lasts throughout the day without my lashes flattening out and drooping. I use it just on the last 1/3 rd of my lashes to avoid that clumpy, spidery look. It has argan oil in it so my lashes aren't dried out and feel conditioned. I have repurchased this product 3x already, it's not waterproof though, so I use another brand for the waterproof stuff.

This palette contains 5 e/s in the neutral colors of peach, pearl, golden and taupe. It's a pricy compact @ $61 but considering it's $12/eyeshadow of organic makeup, it's reasonable. This palette is very light so if you're looking for drama, this wouldn't work for you. I use these primarily as a color wash and I layer it over the Nvey creme foundation as an eyelid base. They have a slight glimmer, nothing OTT. I don't have any problems w/ irritation from these e/s. I would repurchase these in another color palette since these seem like they would last a long time.

Lip Liners -Josie Maran Cosmetics - peach

I have JM's lip liner in natural and now I've tried it in the color peach. Her pencils are $18 but mine have really lasted long and I use them everyday, w/ minimal sharpening. The peach liner is actually a peachy brown and looks darker on than a regular nude shade. I apply her Daring lip gloss over the top and it gives me a nice daytime look. Contains no parabens, made from sustainable wood sources. Is emollient w/out feeling waxy. Great pencil!

Overall, I am a big fan of JM cosmetics. I really like this lip gloss. It has a soft vanilla scent and a slight sweet taste when you lick your lips. I usually apply this over JM's natural and peach lip liners and it gives me just enough oomph first thing in the morning. It's not sticky or tacky and lasts longer than most lip glosses. There are 6 shades to choose from. I would definately repurchase.

Crème -Unlisted Brand - Nvey Eco - Organic Creme Deluxe Foundation

This foundation provides a light coverage but it is buildable. This doesn't work for me as a foundation, but I love it as an undereye concealer and as an eyeshadow base. You have to use your fingers to obtain and apply this product since it's too firm for a brush. Small size compact and $$$. There is no scent and it's very gentle so if your skin and eyes are sensitive to products, this may work for you.

I love this creme e/s!! I apply it w/ BB's creme e/s brush and then blend w/ my fingers, but you can apply w/out the brush also. I have oily eyelids and this stays on forever w/out moving, fading or creasing. For me, this e/s will be a HG in the summer humid months. Sometimes I apply BB's metallic e/s over the top if I want more oomph. It's worth a try if you need am e/s to stay on all day. A ton of colors to choose from. I have the Stone and the Bronze.

I've been using this product for about 3 weeks now and have seen a definite improvement in my skin texture, plumper, firmer, hydrated and smaller pore size. This is a gentle anti-aging exfoliating toner. I follow up w/ the phyto black anti wrinkle emulsion, anti wrinkle cream and phyto black eyecream. Expensive products but if you can afford it and need anti aging properties, this one is worth a try. Toner comes in glass bottle which worries me w/ my clumsy self.

Highlighters -Bobbi Brown - Shimmer Brick Compact Copper Diamond

I bought this LE shimmer brick to wear during the holiday season. I love using the gold shade just as a shadow wash w/ some of the bronze as a crease color. It's a subtle look for day, but unexpected, since gold is not the most popular e/s for day. The compact is metallic gold and gorgeous. I would not repurchase just because I never see me finishing this LE compact.

I purchased this product a few months back, wanting a highlighter that wasn't too shimmery, glittery or white. This is a beautiful taupey color that actually lands a glow to your skin, rather than shimmer. Looks great in the evening, reflects like soft candlelight on your face. I use this everyday as a cheekbone highlighter over my blush. As usual, another high quality product from KA. Beautiful compact, slim and has a decent brush for touch ups.
