I wanted to love this, because I generally LOVE Sofina skin care. But this is a fail for me, because despite my skin not being oily (I have dehydrated combination skin, leaning towards the dry side), this smears on me around midday and will just keep on smearing if I don't touch up with powder. I had to blot a few times throughout the day when I noticed the meltdown. The texture is light and blends very easily, but too bad this has very little staying power. I think if you have dry skin (true dry skin type, which lacks oil and moisture) this will work for you. It doesn't oxidize by the way so at least it won't change color, but I was sorely disappointed that this smears so much. Edited to add: I use a primer with this one too - Tarte Clean Slate Poreless 12-Hr Perfecting Primer, but nothing can stop the smearing! I did not detect any glitter by the way - not even the slightest shimmer.

3 words: MADE IN CHINA - that should scare you straight enough not to purchase! I bought this thinking it looks cute and would save me precious suitcase space for my trip. Opened it, smelled a strong chemical smell, and of course, to my shock, it was made in China (as in ALL Too Faced palettes). Given the country's poor safety records (the latest being tainted baby formula!!!), I wouldn't dare to put anything coming there on my face, eyes or lips!! I am disgusted that any cosmetics companies would manufacture makeup in China. Brushes and stuff are ok, but makeup?!! Very disappointed and will not buy any Too Faced products again. (My palette went straight to garbage - didn't even bother returning it for refund)

This is my very first Avon purchase - I just wanted to get rid of some minor acne scars that nothing else seems to be able to get rid of. I bought this at full price, but it was the best CDN$35 I had ever spent! This is a glycolic acid product so expect some light tingle, which my sensitive skin got used to very quickly (after maybe 4 uses). It kept my skin clear and got rid of all the acne scars. My skin is so flawless and I swear it only took maybe 2 weeks of using every other day! I was so impressed by this I bought the Avon Anew Triple Lifting night cream and both of these worked like magic for me!! I am 32, with fair, dehydrated combo skin by the way and I am slightly towards the sensitive side. I am waiting for this to go on sale but if it doesn't, I will gladly pay full price!

I have always thought of Avon as cheap and useless, until I tried this product!!! I bought it on sale for only Cdn $11, which is a real steal. Didn't expect anything at all. I have combination skin that is dehydrated, with a few minor past acne scars from my twenties. Anyway, I had been using Lancome's Blanc Expert for almost 5 months with absolutely NO results, I have fair skin with only very minor acne scarring and the whole line was just useless, so I gave this Avon one a try. I was so shocked because I only used it for 3 weeks and my skin is now flawless, no lines, no scars, bright and clear!!! My skin is slightly sensitive and yet this cream did not even irritate my skin! I am definitely a fan now and will continue to use it!!

I have sensitive, dehydrated combo skin, and lately, I have been having some irritations and after a facial, my esthetician told me that I have broken capillaries and therefore, red skin which I do almost all the time, especially on my cheeks. I was told to buy GM Collin Vascu-tone serum to treat the redness and another serum to treat dehydration; which would have cost more than $130 Cdn. Based on all the good reviews here on this forum and various other places, I decided to buy EL's star product. I used it only a few nights, and after just one use, my skin is dramatically much better, no more redness, no dryness, pores seem smaller and my skin is overall glowing, moist and just simply flawless! I don't need any foundation or powder anymore! My only regret is that I only bought the 30ml bottle, I would have bought the large size had I known this is going to be my HG product!!!! Also, I want to share my experience chatting live with an EL rep on their official website. Great customer service, super friendly, even though I am in Canada and they don't ship to Canada they still took a long time to answer all my questions. I cannot say enough good things about EL!! Now, I may consider switching everything over to EL! ANR will definitely be my staple product, will definitely repurchase over and over again until I die (or if I go broke!)!

I have dehydrated, sensitive and dry skin. I had a huge hormonal zit that flared up during my period and I was desperate. So I gave this a try; yes, it kind of hurt at first and caused massive peeling, but this thing actually works!!!! Be careful though, if you have dry, dehydrated skin, this product is severely drying, so you need other moisturizers if you don't want to look like a lobster. For me, I didn't turn red, but my skin got very dry (to a point it is cracking!), so you will need some heavy duty moisturizers afterwards.

Great product! Kinda like a diamond in the rough. The quality is awesome for the money. I had the Deco Cheek Gradation 02 and it's so cute. Staying power is good too.

I had been looking for a foundation that matches my skintone. Have tried Shiseido The Makeup in Natural Light Ochre (O20)--coverage was bad (no coverage at all) and it didn't stay on, even though I don't have oily skin. Tried Zhen foundation stick--even Cream was too dark for me (and too yellow). Then I tried Pola's 1/f sunscreen face--heard it's tinted so I was a bit hesitant, but was I glad I gave it a try!!! It is a non-greasy and easy to spread cream, has a neutral tint that disappears into my skin but still evens out my skintone, and best of all, it made my pores look smaller and stays on all day! No greasy feel either! No wonder the Pola lady told me some customers bought this by the dozens!!! This has become my HG, and I never had any HG in tinted moisturizers before!

I have visible pores on each side of my nose where the pore strips attached (not on my nose but on my face). I am 28 and since pores won't get any better with age, I have been looking for a pore refiner. I tried Clinique's but it was more of an optical thing than a real solution. I tried Biotherm since I really like their products. I was told this product can be used as a treatment for 14 days, I have used it for over a month, twice a day and saw no difference. Sure, it tingles and what not when you apply it, but it didn't make a difference after 4 weeks. Considering I paid Cdn $29 (plus taxes) for 29ml, it is expensive for something that didn't work. I find the Biopur mattifying toner minimizes my pores better.

I got a sample in the mail and I was quite surprised by its non-greasy (most anti-aging creams are greasy to me) texture. I used it for a few days and it really does work for me! Not sure about the pore size yet since I only used it for 3 nights, but my skin seemed to really like it, without greasy feel or breakouts. I wake up the next day looking much better- skin looks supple, not oily, and I felt that it clarified my skin (I have no zits but my skin tends to be on the dry side). I will most likely buy the full-size version and if I notice any dramatic results, I will add to this review in the near future!

By far, THE best foundation I have ever put on my face! It literally melts into my skin and provides superior coverage and yet felt light. It's too expensive for me but if I had the money, I would definitely buy it again.

Beautiful, cute packaging, and the quality was amazing for the price! Love the whole range. Everything looks neat and smells good. This has become my new favourite makeup line! Will definitely buy again!

Primer/ Corrector -Laneige - Clear Fitting Base

It really does neutralize redness, and is very light textured so it doesn't get oily on your skin, but you end up looking quite 'white' or slightly 'green' if you aren't careful. I like it overall, but I think Etude's is better!
