I am a NC 44 in MAC. I have tried numerous and I mean numerous different types of foundation. They never stay on because of my oily skin and it was always a hassle all around. Now that I have found the Mary Kay Time Wise foundation im never going back. I tried to use other expensive brands when i ran out of the Time Wise but nothing gives the beautiful HD finish that this foundation gives me. It gives me full coverage and it looks absolutely flawless. I actually have to mix two colors (which is nothing new with my complexion since all the foundations on the market are either too dark or too light) So i mix bronze 1 and beige 8 for a perfect color (sometimes I use the beige 8 for highlight as well). I will forever keep buying this foundation. Here's a tip: on Ebay you can actually find this foundation way cheaper.

Loose Powders -Cover Girl - TruBlend Minerals

Everyone is giving this powder a bad review but i guess it just depends what shade you are. I have it in translucent honey and it gives my skin a healthy beautiful glow (you know the glow Halle Berry has...yea that glow). Yes it has shimmer but its not too glittery like some other people have commented here. I use it to set my foundation and it last forever. My skin is very oily, by the way, so the fact it doesn't make it greasy or orangy is a definitely a plus. I have used many different powders (high end, drugstore etc) but this works beautifully. I'm going to suggest to use a fluffy powder brush instead of the puff. The puff might be the problem since it looks like it packs on too much of the product. A powder brush will give you a light dust of the powder leaving your skin flawless.

I absolutely love this foundation. I believe that the shimmers that everyone complains about might be more prominent in some shades than others. I use the shade caramel (MAC NC 45) and the golden shimmers makes my face have a healthy glow. I took one lippy because it didn't control my oily skin as much as I would have liked..It didn't look super oily but not completely matte. The packaging is absolutely great and saves you a lot of product. Definitely would buy again. First timers : I would recommend to purchase in stores like Walmart (maybe Target?) that have hardly restrictions when it comes to returns just in case the shimmers in your shade are too unflattering.

I absolutely looooove these! I purchased pink lollipop and fruit punch and I love them. It gives you a nice tint to your lips (and my lips are very very pale) At first it goes on clear but after a few it give you pretty pink lips. It's not a lipstick so don't expect to be a as pigmented as a lipstick but it does the job of giving you a nice hint of color. I would post a picture later for it. Overall I will be purchasing a few of these for sure since they are limited edition. I'm also considering to write to maybelline and telling them to keep them around and/or come up with more colors....I love them that much lol.

Hair -Unlisted Brand - MACADAMIA NATURAL OIL Deep Repair Mask

After all the wonderful reviews on this product i decided i wanted to give it a try but i wasn't ready to spend too much money on it so i bought the small packets to try it out. First i washed my hair with an all natural shampoo and as soon as i applied this treatment mask my hair was like silk. It was so easy to comb through (which can be a challenge at time since i have mixed hair and can be very curly and tangled) and not one strand of hair came out. I then put on a plastic shower cap and left it for an hour. Once I rinsed it out it was still soft. I went on to my normal routine (heat protecting spray, blow dry then flat iron). Once i flat ironed my hair i applied one drop of the healing oil from this product line and my hair was gorgeous! So shiny (which is rare for me since i have really dry hair) so bouncy and soft. I couldn't believe it...and the smell of the oil is soooo amazing (and it lingers for a couple of days). My boyfriend even noticed and said my hair smelled great. I truly recommend this and this is coming from someone who have used everything from Wen to CHI to Keratin treatments to just plain coconut oil. Nothing and i mean NOTHING have left my hair so beautiful and manageable. ------------ Update: I'm currently using the whole product line and my hair is so healthy I cant even believe it ( I feel as if it has healed my hair). It super soft and super shiny (which i still cant believe because my hair was like hay) Pricey but sooo worth it!

OMG THIS IS THE WORST EVER! I have used Wen before and my hair was great but when i switch to hair one (because of the price) my hair started falling off. A friend of mines (she never tried Wen) tried it too and her hair was falling off too. This cannot compare to Wen or even regular shampoo. BUYERS BEWARE!! You might think it has the same ingredients as Wen but there has to be something in HAIR ONE product that makes hair fall off.

I love Wen it really gives my hair a lot of shine which is rare since my hair is really really dry. The only thing i disliked was the price but its worth it. I tried using Hair One from sallys because its cheaper and not only is the smell annoying but my hair was falling off and a friend of mine who tried it told me her hair was falling off too. Definitely NOT the same as Wen like some people claim. I went back to Wen in a hurry!

I love love love this foundation....definitely the best ive tried and i have tried too many. It leaves my face flawless and it gives me very good coverage. The only con would be that i still need to set it with powder because my skin still feels oily after a couple of hours. Also the color range is poor. I use deep and i'm Iike hally berry's complexion so anyone darker wont be able to use it.

Okay i made the mistake many of us did which is using it thinking its a regular mascara....never again! My lashes clumped up big time and they had no curl (which is rare since i have naturally curly lashes) Now that im more aware of its usage i do think is great for going to the beach or the pool but not for everyday usage.

After reading all the reviews here at MUA i decided to purchase this item and boy am i glad i did. At first when i looked at the brush i thought it was too soft to do anything but when i washed my face with it my face has never felt cleaner...i couldnt believe it. I had really bad break outs around my jawline and after using this for 2 days the break outs were gone. I also love how the brush feels while rotating...... it definitely feels like a spa treatment. Highly recommend it and i really dont see the need for a clarisonic if you got this. ****** Update Ive been using it now for a couple of months and i still love it. I used it with neutrogena grapefruit face wash and its been my skin holy grail. I stopped using it for a week (i was really busy that whole week) and my skin started to break out. Once i used it again the breakouts were gone. I try to wash my face by sections...forehead, cheeks, chin and nose. I try spending about 30 sec in each section and when im done my skin is perfection!

Liquid -Maybelline - Fit Me Foundation

UGhh i wanted to love this foundation but unfortunately Fit Me Does NOT fit me! I really love the finish of the foundation its the best ive tried (and ive tried many foundations) BUT i was shocked at how limited their colors are. My complexion is like Halle Berry's and i tried 315 but it was too light and it has an unflattering pink tone. Then i tried 320 and i ended up looking like Snooky...Yikes....so i returned it right away. So i do hope they expand their colors and maybe then ill buy it again. If you do find you shade then i do recommend it cause the finish is quite beautiful.

Well ive tried it for a couple of months with the purpose of improving my skin tone and fade scars but it did not work at all. Now im not taking about like surgery scars or anything like that im talking about like blemish scars or mosquito bite scars on my leg. I found other creams to work much much better. And the smell is horrible!! Not appealing at all.The one thing i did like is that its really moisturing perfect for the harsh winters. Other than that its sitting in my bathroom cabinet. Now ive read someone say it makes their lashes grow and lips rosy maybe ill try that but like i said before im hesitant because of the smell.

I absolutely loveee this product. Like one reviewer said you need to learn how to work with the product. At first, i agree it was very sticky but once i applied heat to it they were very easy to blend. You cant...I repeat...CANNOT....apply the correctors without applying the color concealer over it. The correctors are not concealers they correct the color issue (darkness and redness) but they are not meant to be worn alone. I apply the apricot color under my eyes and apply the second concealer shade...and VOILA! perfection! I have been doing makeup for a while and i use it all the time on my clients and they love it. Will buy again.

I absolutely love love this foundation. I use golden honey and its my exact shade. In order to avoid that powdery look mineral makeup has i make sure i moisturize before applying it. The concealer is my exact color and offers excellent coverage. The foundation has good coverage as well and it matches so well it looks as if i just have good skin. The blush is absolutely gorgeous and it flatters my complexion. The only downside is that you have to be careful or it could get messy but that goes for any mineral makeup. Another thing, it sucks that their colors are not very broad. Im using the darkest shade and im my complexion is tanned so anyone darker than me wont be able to use it. Other than that, best foundation ive used...i was getting tired of the caked look from liquid foundations so this is a nice upgrade. Im usually prone to break out but i havent had any issues using this.
