Treatments (Eye) -Lumene - Excellent Future Deep Repairing Eye Cream
Jezzrbelle88 1/7/2012 10:18:00 AM
I've used this for 6 months, and this stuff works for me - it doesn't go on greasy for me, and it keeps my undereye area looking hydrated so the fine lines aren't as bad. I'm a mommy so the undereye area is usually full of puffiness and dark circles from sleepless nights, but my circles are not nearly as bad when I use this cream. (Doesn't do a thing for puffy eyes imo). The tube is easy to use, it definitely lasts for months, and the product has no scent. I find that it glides on easy, and absorbs quickly, but I don't put it on my eyelids at all. I'm not totally sure if my eyes just aren't that bad yet and don't really need anything other than moisturization that this provides, or if it really works that amazingly, but I'm ok with not knowing lol I will keep buying this and using it unless I find something better, but for the price I say give it a try if you're undecided.

Liquid -L'Oreal - Visible Lift Serum Absolute Advanced Age-Reversing Makeup
Jezzrbelle88 10/9/2011 4:50:00 PM
If you have a wedding to go to, or a one day event, go for it and give this a try! It stays true to color even on my combination skin, never turned orange, and looked amazing and glowy. Let me emphasize this, MY SKIN LOOKED AMAZING. I have never seen a better foundation than this, and I have tried them all. So why did I rate it so low? Because the next day after using it I had a million small white pimples on my face that turned into big angry red dots over the course of a week. I never break out, but the silicones in this were too much for my skin. I do not recommend this for every day wear, but if you have an event to go to and don't mind looking like pizzaface for a week afterwards its perfect. Great coverage and gives you a dewy complexion that even seems luminous! The pimples keep it from getting a 5 from me :(

Powder -L'Oreal - Bare Naturale Powdered Mineral Foundation
Jezzrbelle88 6/10/2011 12:07:00 PM
Love this. Its the only mineral makeup that doesn't look cakey or make me look old lol. The color stays true, and its comfortable to wear in the 90+ degree heat and humidity of the south. The only issue I have is the brush - it smells weird and it hurts on my face. I use another brush to apply it and no issues at all :) This is great if you're on a budget

Lip Treatments -eos - Lip Balm Sphere - Summer Fruit
Jezzrbelle88 4/10/2011 10:15:00 AM
This dried out my lips. It applies very thinly, and I found myself slathering on layers and layers of this just so my lips didn't feel like sandpaper when I was wearing it. The round container with one flat edge is also not as convenient as you would think.. if someone jostles the table the egg is sitting on, or walks by, it topples and you and your dry lips have to get down on the floor and look for it because this thing can roll. Meh.

Conditioner -Unlisted Brand - Bioluxe hydrating conditioner
Jezzrbelle88 4/9/2011 5:30:00 PM
Ughhh. Sure it smells great and made my hair supersoft... but it also made it super frazzled and super puffy. It was almost like someone put thickening or volumizing conditioner in this bottle by accident. I have thick wavy hair that tends to be coarse, I dont need more volume! It also seems to have dried my hair out a bit after several uses.

Treatments -Rusk - Deep Shine Oil Protective Oil Treatment
Jezzrbelle88 2/3/2011 1:43:00 PM
I swear this is making my hair staticky. I can wear 0 product right now in the middle of winter indoors and my hair is fine, and no other hair product makes my hair do this, but 3 seconds after I use this on my hair if I even breathe on it I get static cling flyaways like crazy. Its an oil! Why is it doing this! lol The only reason I give it 2 stars is because the smell is absolutely awesome, but this was NOT worth $34. Also, the bottle is prone to leaving greasy oily product all over the outside of the spout. There is no way to dispense this in "drops" like they recommend. I would rather use a drop of olive oil or some other haircare product. If you do use this, try layering it with a nonscented product that works.

Gels/Soaps -Philosophy - Classic Fudge Cake
Jezzrbelle88 11/1/2010 2:30:00 PM
This smells amazing - just like chocolate fudge cake (go figure :p). The smell lasts right up until you start lathering it up, then it quickly fades to a weird plastic chocolate smell, then there is no smell at all anymore just as quickly. My husband stood in the shower and couldn't tell I was using anything scented either. But I can live with this, because of how soft it makes my skin (like all of philosophy's gels). I would buy this again,

Hair Styling Tools -Unlisted Brand - Maxius - Flat Iron with Ceramic Plates
Jezzrbelle88 2/12/2008 12:17:00 PM
I've had my MaxiGlide (bought at BedBath and Beyond) for about 4 years now, and I love it to pieces. It gets my hair super straight and not frizzy *every time*, and imo works better than the Chi (for half the price too). The only problem is now it seems to be on the way out.. the blue light that blinks to tell you its heated up never stops blinking, and the iron never finishes getting hot, so its time for a new one. I kinda wish this lasted a bit longer, but I guess I can't complain about having a great styling tool that worked fabulously for 4 years. Nothing lasts forever :)

Light ash brown COOL made my light ash brown hair orange. There are no words to describe. I have orange hair where it should not have been possible. At least it feels soft though.

Shampoo -Sunsilk - Anti-Poof Shampoo
Jezzrbelle88 4/20/2007 10:09:00 AM
I have to duplicate my other review for this product here, because everyone should know IT LIES. This is not Anti-Poof shampoo, it is POOF shampoo. Here is my review : This makes my hair even POOFIER then it has ever been, consistently, every time I use it... I can't believe they can blatantly market a product as an 'anti-poof' when it LITERALLY does the EXACT OPPOSITE!!!! I have to use it all up because I hate being wasteful, but my wavy coarse normal undyed hair has never been bigger then this- not even in the 80s when I teased it! STay far away, unless you want to make your hair poofy!!! Note: My boyfriend has also noticed that this shampoo makes his hair poofy, every time he uses it!

Treatments -Palmers - Scar Serum
Jezzrbelle88 3/12/2007 12:39:00 PM
Horrible stuff, smells like cod liver oil and is VERY sticky. I used this for about 3 weeks following breast reduction surgery, and I regret it. This sticky messy goo is almost impossible to spread with your fingers, and it ruined the fabric on the inside of my bras. To top that off, I believe it actually made my scars redder. Didnt do anything noticeable for the size of the scars at all either. I switched to mederma and its a much better product.

Moisturizers -Korres - Alpine Herbs Anti-Stress Energizer
Jezzrbelle88 11/27/2006 6:57:00 PM
I'm torn on this one. It has a nice light smell, goes on smooth and easy, is never greasy feeling, sinks in quickly, and has never broken me out in the 2+ months I have used it.. but I feel this is not the Holy Grail of all moisturizers. It works adequately on my combination dry/tzone skin, but Korres Yogurt Cream just works better. This is not junk by any means, I just feel its not up to par with Yogurt cream. I may revisit this one in the summertime, because it matches my summer perfume better.

Lips -Unlisted Brand - Liptini
Jezzrbelle88 10/7/2006 12:06:00 PM
I bought this in Chambourd- a true purpley magenta color. I love the applicator and how easy it glides across my lips, but be warned once this formula sets it is not only very drying on the lips like other reviewers have noted, but it also became quite sticky and cakey depending on what I used over it. Plain clear gloss, flavored gloss, expensive lip treatments, balms, all of this made my lips sticky and I noticed some caking of the color after only 30 minutes. The stickiness transferred to my boyfriends lips when he kissed me. Thankfully the color did not transfer too, because Chambourd is definitly not his color ! ;D The best results I have with this happen when I overapply and let it dry, then wipe all of it off and apply plain chapstick. The 'wiping off' leaves a beautiful blotted berry colored stain that adheres to my lips and lasts for hours, and the chapstick seems to seal the color in without making my lips sticky.

Scrubs -Got 2 Be - In Your Face Pore Me Deep Scrub
Jezzrbelle88 10/4/2006 11:21:00 AM
I find im picking grains off my face hours later after using this, but using a washcloth to wipe this off helps alot. The product itself can be slightly lotiony feeling on my hands, and can be difficult to wash off without scrubbing. Otherwise great scent, makes my skin glow, never breaks me out, and is really cheap. I still prefer Queen Helenes scrubs to this one but if I find it on sale for even cheaper then it usually is I would definitly buy it again.
