I love this brush on applicator! And the mulled cider is such a pretty mauve color on me. I love the consistancy too-- not too sticky but it's not gone in two seconds either. I found this on buymebeauty.com and it was a bargain that I'm happy I snapped up. If you can't find mulled cider since it's been d/c'd I would recommend that you try ELF mauve luxe sooting lip gloss. The formula isn't nearly as nice, but the color is very similar on me.
I'd say if you're looking for d/s brushes, ELFs would be hard to beat. Not nearly as coarse as Max Factor and Maybeline brushes I've tried. It's not as nice as the Beauticontrol set I usually use, but it's a good back up. UPDATE: This brush sheds like crazy. I wouldn't recommend it. But the foundation brush is great!
I love this brush. At only a $1, it definately is great quality. Soft bristles (not coarse) yet stiff enough to apply foundation well. Doesn't shed.
Got this in Mauve luxe-- great color, very similar on me to Revlon Mulled Cider. I'm not too keen on the peppermint flavor though. But it's worth a $1.
Tried this in Bark. Color was a great shear red on me. Nice consistancy, but the brush applicator was awful-- it shed, yuck! Unless you regularly use a seperate lip brush I'd skip this one-- although at only $1 it may be worth it just to play with.
I don't think this is worth all the hype. Packaging is ok, and the texture is nice. But the color is just ho-hum, and it actually made my face ruddy looking.
Thankfully I didn't buy this, but just tested it today. It was awful-- I swear it smelled just like the Debbie Gibson Electric Youth perfume from the late 80's. It gave me such a headache and I couldn't wait to get home to wash it off. Yech!
