I am seriously impressed with this! It took me a while to eventually purcahase it but a month ago I had some extra cash and made the plunge. I now use it everyday without fail. Also great for night time! I find this is best for those with cooler/fair skin tones than the original. The original contains shades that are a lot darker and the fact that you still get a couple of the same shadows that are in the original palette you really don't feel like you are missing anything. My grips with this are that I would love an extra matte shadow or two that are on a lighter shade scale on top of the others because sometimes you may not feel like a shimmery eye shadow and bar foxy i feel you dont have the option with a lightish pure matte eye shadow. No matter though because this is just fantastic and a real investment IMO. You can always pick up the likes of revlon vintage lace or something similar (or even slightly darker or or on a slightly different shade scale than neutral) for pretty cheap and pair it with the shadows from this. Simple remedy really. You will definitely get the use out of this and therefore definitely get your moneys worth. On a side not: I dont like the double ended shadow and blender brush that accompanies this though. The shadow brush i find a bit useless and the blender brush is too scratchy for my liking. They do an alright job though. If you are wondering whether or not to this or are wondering about which one to buy, i say definitely buy it, and especially this one if you have fair skin

This is my go to every day body moisturiser.I dont have dry skin but i adore it. I use it every day when i get out of the shower. It really moisturises and tones the skin. It spreads quite easily despite its thickness, It has the faintest scent of the original but honestly its so minimal and disappears after a minute or two. I hate he original scent because its so strong and artificial and like another reviewer below me has already pointed out, surely it must interfere with your pefume? not to mention leave that srtong, artificial scent on your clothes?. This does everything the original does bar mask you in a very strong artificial scent. Its also incredibly cheap. I just hate that whether its the pump or flip top packaging it is very difficult to get out because its quite thick. I prefer the flip top so i can just leave it standing upside down and allows the product to come out with minimal effort.compared to leaving it right side up or the pump version. It is the packaging that made me give it 4 instead of a 5 lippie. It does take a minute or two to absorb fully but i just brush my teeth during this time and then get dressed. Highly recommend.

This is one of my favourite body lotions. However because of the price I tend to only use this on warm summer days or when going out at night as its easy to blend in rimmels light tan with it for a glowy sunkissed look. Its great because although it is very light weight and absorbs very quickly- it not messy or sticky at all- it really is a great body moisuriser and leaves skin incredibly soft. The only reason I docked a lipped frm the over all rating was that its 30 euro and that price tag is a bit much for a body lotion. I will repurchase when mine eventually runs out though because its worth having. Bar the price tag it is one of the most perfect body lotions I have ever tried. Highly recommend!

Crème -Laura Mercier - Silk Creme Foundation

This is without a doubt my favourite foundation EVER! It is so pigmented that it really only takes the tiniest amount so there is no waste with this product, you can opt to cut the tube at the very end, so it justifies the price IMO. , It is oil free and has never caused me to brakout or become oily, It blends very easily, it provides medium buildable coverage, it looks so incredibly natural considering its not a light weight foundation (Honestly, I have never recieved so many compliments as i have with this foundation, a mac girl even asked what foundation i was wearing lol), It lasts a good while, - 8 hours on me before it starts to fade a bit, I am the shade "soft ivory" which is the lightest shade they do and it is absolutely hands down my perfect shade!!! I cant believe I used to put up with mismatching foundations! (Im looking at you mac, lancome and estee lauder!) I will never buy another one again unless they can match the shade and look of this foundation.

This is without a shadow of a doubt the best powder i have ever used! I bought this on a whim and it is the best thing I have ever done! I use this to set my foundation. It is light coverage which is really all you should be using when its just to set a foundation in my opinion. This actually makes my skin look totally airbrushed and perfect! The colour is the first colour (apart from translucent ones) that is actually perfect on my skin. Others, despite being fair on the packaging (and looking fairer than this) just made a noticeable difference in shading that shouldnt have been there. My gripes are that it should be a tad more matt but its not making me oily so its really jut a preference that i have. Secons is the fact that if you have any dry patches and apply a little too heavily it will accentuate those patches. Really this just means make sure you take care with the change of weather and heating etc because I know thats why i had a small amount on my nose now its coming into winter here. The third being that I dont like the packing. Its a bit cheap looking, even in the feel of it and it should include a mirror for touch ups while out and about. Neither are deal breakers though. Its fantastic. Highly Recommend.

I have the colour "Kiss me" in thisrange and holy moley! it is the most beautiful coraly redI have ever had!! It completely brightens my pale complexion and it lasts really well too. Its just the most perfect coral red there is! I mean mac do one too but its not nearly as beautiful and subtle as this one. With this you can wear it night and day and look fantastic. The finish is matte but i dont find it drying. BUY IT!

Lipstick -Rimmel - Lasting Finish - Pink Blush

This the most wearable pink for going about during the day that i have come across.. it's pink with a sight purple undertone. I find because i have very pale skin that alot of pinks can wash me out, but this doesnt at all, its just a beautiful pink. I think its one of those pinks that will compliment most skin tones. Doesnt dry out lips either. The only gribes I have are that I have to reapply throughout the day but you know, for considering it costs a fiver and with most lipsticks you do eventually need to reapply during te day anyway its not such an issue. Mind you given it is meant to have more staying power than it does it is still a gripe. The second gripe goes for the entire lasting collection of lip sticks rimmel do, I HATE the packaging, It should be a lot prettier, women love pretty packaging but again, its a fiver so i guess you cant expect total miricles at that dirt cheap price lol. HG pink lipstick!

Toners -Liz Earle - Liz Earle Instant Boost skin tonic

This is the nicest toner I have used to date. It is the perfect combination to the cleanse and polish. really notice a difference when I dont use it. When i ran out of C&P I found this wasnt giving the same results and vice vera. They are great in conjunction with each other. It provides a light layer of moisure to the skin, Tones it and probably because of the vitamin e content, that it gives skin a fresher/clearer/glowy look.It also very gently removes residue (I only know this because of when i used it with a less effective cleanser during the last 2 weeks but with C&P it really removes everything!) it's a fantastic moisturiser prep too because of the glycerine ratio.This helps your moisuriser penetrate deeper into the skin. Once it dries in after a minute it leaves skin super soft. I docked a lippie because I dont like the fact that the rose content isnt higher on the list, but thats just me. Personally if you find a good rose water you should just get that. It just so happens alot of them contain alcohol and the organic pure one i love is half the price of this but also for half the amount and because of its bottle it only lasts two weeks. Liz is runner up to rose water. All be told, this is not an absolute necessity, despite what liz says. I just personally find it improves my skin in general and i like to use a toner. This gentle and effective so if you are considering it , I recomend it if you are in the market for a first or new toner.

Next to pointless adding another glowing review here but i just have to! This is the absolutely embodies what a classic red lipstick should be! its honestly the epitemy of class! It is blue toned and so it wont make your teeth look odd or highlight the imperfections they may have. I am lucky to have pretty nice teeth but sometimes reds can be unflattering to them. This actually sort of brightens them (optical illusion of course but still, if it works right?) If you are looking at swatches on the net just be aware that if this colour seems to be bright red it is because of the flash photography, In the photos where it looks darker and more demeour, that is its actual colour. Swatch it on your hand while at the mac counter and you will see the difference between what it can look lik in reality as opposed to certain photos. People are saying its drying on the lips but if after you brush your teeth you use a towel to get rid of the excess water from the bursh, use the brush t exfoliae thelips, just move it across the lips, then apply your favourite balm, wait a couple of minutes, blot the lips, then apply the lipstick. Then maybe if you want apply a little balm on top. I would suggest you use a clear balm for this. I use vichy's aquila lip balm. You wont have ny problems if you do that. If you really want a red lip you will positively not regret buying this!

This is a really lovely light and refreshing eye cream. I am almost finished my first pump bottle and I will be repurchasing. It really moisurises the eye area, conatins antioxidants which help with the antiaging process, It sinks in quickly. No mess, no fuss. I do think personally though that now its coming into winter here that I will invest in a richer night cream for night time, was getting sick of my previous eye cream (clinique all about eyes rich) and maybe going to purchase Kiehls creamy avocado eye cream. Although in the warmer months this is pefect for day and night time usage. Would recommend. especially for 20 somethings.Also has a very good price point compared to most others and it really does a goo job. definitely worth trying

This is a beautiful cream! My skin just loves nuxe products, Nuxe moisurisers are really incredibly impressive for the mid price range. They could charge higher and i would still find a way to justify it, they are that good. 1) This cream smells incredible!, 2) It has a fantastic amount of slip which means you really dont need to use copious amount of product, 3) It does not clog pores (and believe me, if it did it would most definitely clog mine lol), 4) It does not feel in any way greasy or oily on the skin 5) I swear, your skin will be like a babies bottom after applying this i literally have to use all my will power not to keep touching my face lol, 6) Just like it claims to do, it really relaxes the skin, you can feel the difference and its really odd because ordinarily you wouldnt usually notice that your facial mucles do actually tense up what with expressions etc... This helps rest the skin which is great! 7) When i wake up in the morning my skin looks just so fresh and almost glowy looking. CON: 1) I would love to be able to use this as a day and night time moisturiser but I find personally it is best for night time. While it honestly is not one bit greasy or oily, I find it can sort leave a sheen on the skin that i dont like, also maybe, with my skin anyway, even though its not very heavy or anything, it is quite rich in its contents so this with sunblock and makeup would be too much for my skin as im blemish prone. I just use their fab creme fraiche light one for day time. That does no in any way take away from the fact that i adore this cream and I will repurchase this for a long time yet! just not suitable for e on a day time basis. A fantastic night cream though! 2) Not an issue for me really bu some might dislike its jar packaging. Just wash your hands before dipping into the jar. simple as. HIGHLY RECOMMEND! Great for 20 somethings who want to ease into anti aging.

Skincare - Face -Liz Earle - Liz Earle Cleanse and Polish

So far, this is the best cleanser i have come across. I see why people love it. Im almost finished my second pump bottle and will next purchase the 200 ml tube. It COMPLETELY removes all makeup, including eye makeup (although i dont wearwater proof if you find you need to use a seperate eye makeup remover first its no biggie!, plenty of cheap and effective ones out there like johnsons, boots botanics and l'oreal).... I am very clog prone but have never found this to break me out or clog my pores. I think maybe people arent cleaning their face correctly with this and thats why they are breaking out. I find the eve lom way is much better than the liz earle recomendation funnily enough, .......... Just get your muslin cloth or face cloth, run it under water that is quite warm (but never boiling or uncomfortable to touch with your hands) and apply the cloth, holding it on your face for a few seconds ,(this basically melts the cream alot so you know you will easily remove the cleanser afterwards and opens pores to allow for really effective cleansing later), then go back and wet the cloth again and gently use the cloth to remove all the cleanser from your face then. splash with some cold water and pat dry with a clean towel. some say this may cause broken capilaries, following with cold water but as long as you werent foolish enough to originally cleanse with boiling water or close to it, this will not happen. the water should be quite warm but never uncomfortable. . I think the cream texture maybe suits normal, combination and maybe oily skin better and oily/balm type ceansers suits drier skins better. Although if you have dry skin you might still get on really well with this and the same applies to those with oily skin. its a cream, so it is kind of the perfect medium between very oily cleasners which can suit dry skin and gel cleansers that suit oily skin. IT IS WORTH A TRY FOR ANY SKIN TYPE in my opinion. so: PROS: Completely removes all makeup, sunblock etc Leaves skin feeling completely clean but never stripped, just really smooth and soft smells devine (what more could you ask for from a cleaner really?!) CONS: (Although not really a con more of a pet peeve lol) Regarding liz earle in general, it should be more widely availabl in the real world because buying it online is a pain. I like to buy things the old fashioned way.

Nuxe is just fantastic!. Ive been using this and other products of theirs for the past 3 months. This is a brown/tan looking clear gel that contains a pretty dense concentration of rounded brown exfoliating beeds in it. To me this is the perfect scrub. It contains loads of round scrubbing beeds that are not "scratchy" but rather they are rounded so that they " slough" off the dead skin without scratcing the skin or irritating it. Its extremey effective and leaves my skin so soft and supple after using it and not in any way irritated. Its on the expensive side for exfoliators being 17 euro but i will most definitely purchase this again. its just the perfect facial exfoliator in my opinion. plus it smells devine lol

Absolute HG!!!!! I have skin that is both sensitive and combination. It is normal to comfortable in the cheeks, not very oily on the tzone but that is where i am prone to break outs and clog pores if i use the wrong product or my hormones act up. To me nuxe represent high quality skin care at a mid/low price range depending on the products in the range. This is the most amazing moisturiser i have ever used! I DO NOT SAY THAT LIGHTLY. I have tried soooo many moisturisers in the past and NONE were completely right for me . This so perfect. It is light enough that it does not cause me to breakout but feels like a luxurious semi thick lotion/cream, it does not look oily or greasy on the face at all, however i need to emphasise that although this mattifys the skin it does it in the most incredible way!, it matts it but it never leaves feeling uncomfortable like all similar moisturisers have done in my experience. It leaves skin completely and uttely hydrated,comfortale, soft as satin but also matt! Most moisturisers with similar claims either matt too much that the cheeks are left uncomofrtable/dehydrated or vise vera in that the cheeks are taken care of but the t zone becomes a bit more oily/clogged. NOT WITH THIS, IT IS PERFECTION IN A TUBE LADIES, I honestly dont know how they managed it because believe me i have honestly never come across a moisturiser like it in how it is EXACTLY as it is described. It tones tightens pores, purifys the skin and HYDRATES. It has not caused one single breakout no matter how much i use. its really amazing considering everything clogs me up either straight away or eventually after a week or so. It also gives a lovely healthy fresh glow to the skin. My skin is now so clear and so soft i cant belive how good its condition is.Mind you i never had seriously bad skin to begin with but this is just enhansing my skin with every use. If you want to try it, DO, I can almost guarentee you will absolutely not regret it. (If you dont want to spend the amount of money for this i can also highly recommend Olay's beauty fluid, it has very similar feeling and results although i dont find it as good as this necessarily but also definitely worth a try considering its so dirt cheap) If you are unhappy about its price (27 euro in ireland) I would say that your skin is an investment, if you can spend that on a top, dress, or makeup you really ought to spend it on your skin too. That new dress will be gone and youll forget about it but you have to see your face every day.

my mum has this perfume because she recieved it as a gift from her friend. I am 24 and i adore it! its very strong and so i dont feel its something i would wear right now at my age but most definitely when im older i will bathe in this stuff lol... mind you if its over sprayed it can be too much but rightly its amazing!
