This is a wonderful eyeshadow trio. The poster below described the colors pefectly. I, too, have green eyes and they DO make my eyes look lovely. I add brown eyeliner and I'm set. These give me the look I was going for with Stila but wasn't quite getting...I'm not kidding, these are the perfect colors for everyday and on into evening. GORGEOUS
I like this shade, but don't love it. I ordered it online after seeing it in a Chanel magazine ad, and it is a bit brighter in person than it appeared in the ad. It has more pinky coraly aspects to it, and I was looking for a more subdued mauve/nude as it appears in the ad. However, it is a pretty good color that I can wear on days I want my lips to be a bit more noticeable. The formula is very creamy and moisturizing with that high end Chanel pigment.
This is awesome. I love it for when I accentuate my eyes, this is the perfect nude lipgloss. It's great because it's not orangey, and it's not too pink, it's the perfect nude that doesn't wash me out or look orange.
I really like this. It's a nice cool brown that's not too dark. I have to wear it with an eye shadow base, I use BE bisque. If I don't use a base, then it doesn't show up enough. It's a great shadow for green eyes that's just right, never too much.
Lip Gloss -Clinique - Full Potential Lips in Luscious Lilac
Jennifer27 9/29/2006 11:19:00 AM
I got this in MIMOSA BLOSSOM, not the luscious lilac as stated above. I like this color a lot. Not too pink, not too tawny. It has enough color, as I was worried it would be too sheer. It does seem to make my lips look plumper (although I have full lips)and the shimmer is definitely there but not overpowering. I definitely feel a tingling sensation with this and it has great staying power. I would buy this for the staying power and color alone; however I am not a big fan of the tingling sensation but I can get over that and it fades.
This is an amazing product. For me, it is the perfect bronzer and blush. But it doesn't scream "I'm wearing bronzer" it just screams "I look radiant and great." I have a small container, but I'd like it to come in a bigger container so there's more room for 'swirling' in the lid.
This is my favorite Juicy Tube, in fact one of my favorite lip glosses in general. It's the perfect shiny nude/mauve/pink. It's not as sheer as many of the other Juicy Tubes.
Eye Shadow -Maybelline - Shadow Stylist in Urban Gray

This is a great gray shadow with some shimmer that really adds dimension to my lids. I love the unique application - I do find that I have to blend with my finger or a brush after applying, but that is not a big deal. It also lasts. This is a great product, and I am usually a high end shadow snob!
Powder -Neutrogena - neutrogena mineral sheers medium to tan
Jennifer27 8/31/2006 9:21:00 AM
I am one of the few who likes this product. When I put it on, it appears that nothing's going on, but later when I look in the mirror, my skin has a finished, yet natural, look, just what I want in a foundation. The best way I found to apply is by facing my face up toward the ceiling and brushing that way, so that the foundation powder is flowing down into the brush. This is a great everyday go to work foundation...I have other high-end favorites, but when it's just a regular workday, this works great!
There is something about Pre de Provence soaps that they all feel very luxurious when you use them. The lather is so rich and fragrant, yet natural (not synthetic at all.) This one is a light citrus, perfect for summer, although I'd use it anytime. I prefer to use these soaps over shower gels now. All the fragrances are great, I also love the Honey Almond, it has tiny ground up pieces of almond which exfoliate and it makes the bathroom smell heavenly.
Brows -Models Prefer - Automatic Eyebrow Pencil [DISCONTINUED]
Jennifer27 7/14/2006 9:57:00 PM
I give this only an average rating because no matter how much I try, I can't get the inner eyebrow to look natural because the pencil is so thin...it totally looks like you penciled it in there, and I tried and tried to perfect it but I couldn't. I even watched it applied on the qvc show and it looked like that on the model, too, in the inner eyebrow. I wanted to like this, the rest of my eyebrow looked great, it's just the fake inner edge of the eyebrow nearest the nose...
Lip Gloss -Estee Lauder - High Gloss - Blush [DISCONTINUED]
Jennifer27 7/8/2006 2:57:00 PM
My new favorite lip gloss! You think with the name it's going to be super high shine...yes, it's got shine, but not overkill shine, and it doesn't have that sticky, tacky feel that lots of shiny glosses have. The high gloss has a decent amount of pigment, lasts a pretty reasonable amount of time, and I just love the texture. About the shade blush - it's a nude pink 'can't go wrong' shade that can take you from work at the office to a night out on the town. I love this gloss. Formerly, Praline was my favorite EL gloss, but I was finding it to have too much shimmer. Blush is nice because it has the color and the shine without the shimmer. Seriously, if I could pick one 'stranded on a desert island'lipgloss, this would be it.
This is my new favorite self tanner. I was skeptical at first because it goes on this muddy, ugly brown...however, it looks great after you rub it in and it does its thing. Very natural looking, use standard self-tanning rules of exfoliation and apply less on knees, elbows. Love this stuff.
Styling Products -Aveda - Pure Abundance Hair Potion
Jennifer27 6/2/2006 6:50:00 PM
I would describe this as a small tube of powder which you pour on the roots of your hair (when dry) to add volume and texture. My stylist used it and instantly my fine hair was given volume and 'life.' After she used it, I asked if I could purchase it. When I went to pay for my cut and the potion, I was shocked at the price of $22 for this tiny bottle, thus the reason for the subtraction of a lippie on my rating. Somehow I think I am getting outrageously ripped off, but I love this stuff. When I use it, I can make a shampoo last for 3 days. This makes a bad, flat hair day into a 'wow' hair day. I'm not kidding. I will add that I just saw on TV that baby powder can be used for the same purpose - refreshing and adding life to hair...so I'll pay 2 bucks for Johnson's next time and see if that works as well as the $22 Aveda.
This is a very nice color - a medium rose/pink/mauve with no shimmer. I guess I'd call it a your lips but better color. It's perfect for everyday wear, you could wear it with anything as it is not too cool and not too warm. It's not a terribly innovative color or anything...it's that 'just right' everyday wear it to work color. What I love best about this lipstick is the moisturizing properties. It feels great on the lips. I might try it in other colors. The only reason I wouldn't repurchase is that it is not really original and I like to experiment with different brands and colors.
