OMG! I love this product. I have the most fickle of skin-- it's at once sensitive, acne prone, oily, dehydrated and oily. I wish I could just wash and go, but like my high maintenance curly hair, so is my skin. And this product, it's amazing. It keeps my face bright, clear and glowing without the harsh chemicals, burning and redness I get from glycolic peels. I love this. My only wish is it wasn't so expensive (~$26 for 1 oz), but, as my mom says, you only have one face so you should take care of it. I will definitely buy again.
Eye Primer -Urban Decay - Eyeshadow Primer Potion - Sin

I was really excited when I found this product. I love the original colorless potion, so when I saw it now came in a shimmery gold, I was psyched to get primer and color in one. It definitely does not have the staying power of the original and creases within 20 min of application. I find myself applying the other primer first and then this one. I do applaud Urban Decay with improving the applicator. The tip is angled so product can be scraped off the sides of the container. This is a change from the original, which has a straight tip and I wound up wasting a ton of product because it was impossible to get to it. Overall I would probably buy this product again. If you already have a favorite eyeshadow, you can probably skip this.
I'm a mascara girl. I like my lashes to be the blackest black, the longest long with the most volume. And for the first week I thought I found my HG with this product. Now at week three, I'm not very impressed. What once went on smooth now applies in clumps like mad. I think it has something to do with the packaging. I understand that Revlon is trying to convey volume through a thick body. The problem is (aside from the fact that the container takes up half my make-up bag) is that the brush doesn't quite fit properly and I have to force it in and out of the base. I'm wish I had kept the packaging so I could take it back to CVS. Speaking of packaging, Revlon could be a lot more environmentally conscious. I don't understand why the brush needs to be packaged separate from the base. Tons of wasted plastic. It could instead just show a photo on the box.

HG product. Great color- I love the gold sparkle flecks and it brings out the green in my hazel eyes. Long lasting (even on my oil-slick eyes). I used their original version of this product when I was in high school (back then it was called khaki) and recently rediscovered it about 2 yrs ago. Kind of crazy I discovered my HG product at 16! My only suggestion for improvement would be the cap. It always seems to come off in my bag.
I don't understand why this product is so popular. I'm convinced Maybelline pays beauty professionals to promote it. Every 5 yrs or so, I fall prey to the hype and purchase it, hoping for a miracle. And every time I have the same reaction: - why do my eyelashes look stumpy and sparse? (b/c my lashes would stick together upon application) - why does it look like I have two black eyes? (B/c the product flaked off during the day)
I really liked this product. Very innovative and high tech. I like my eyelashes to be super long, and this product delivered as promised. And a tube lasts forever. I also like my eyelashes super black and I felt Fiberwig didn't make them dark enough, so I usually used a 2nd product on top of this. I have about 10 min to apply my make-up and having to use another product became a nuisance. Product costs $22 a tube. WAY too expensive for mascara. Will not buy again for this reason. Otherwise, I'd pick up another one in a second.
Moisturizers -Olay - Total Effects Moisturizing UV Formula

Product did not work for me. Within 2 days of use, I broke out in a rash. Will never use again.
I really like this product. It's makes my eyelashes black, black, black, goes on smooth and doesn't flake or clump and makes my eyelashes super long. The exact things I look for in mascara. I bought a trial sized product, but I think the full-sized product is a bit expensive for Avon at $6 or $7, but still cheaper than most mass brands. The packaging, at least the trial sized, needs improvement. Mascara clumped around the outer edges of the tube, so I always get mascara on my hands when I open it and it rubs off on all the other products in my make-up bag. All in all, would definitely buy again.
Moisturizers -Avon - Avon Solutions Hydra Radiance Moisturizing Day Lotion SPF15

This product is ok, not great, but not bad. Very average. I haven't used Avon for years, but given the economy, I thought it was worth trying the brand again to save money. I have sensitive, combo, acne-prone skin. It moisturized okay, but made my face really shiny and it had a strong chemical smell (from the sunscreen, I think). I'll finish the bottle, but probably won't buy again.
Eye Primer -Urban Decay - Eyeshadow Primer Potion - Original (UDPP)

I love this product. I have super oily eyelids...an hour or so after makeup application, any eye shadow tends to be creased and eyeliner has either completely faded, or worse, caused raccoon eyes. Not anymore since I found this product. I've been using it almost everyday for over a year. Except for those extremely hot and humid days, I can now go an entire day without reapplying liner. My only complaint is that sometimes it can cake up in my eye creases, but I think that has more to do with me applying too much and not giving time to dry. I think the price is fair, particularly since a tube lasts about 4 months. The packaging is sturdy, but I wish they would make the bulky tube a little sleeker. This is a def HG product. I've tried other primers, but none worked quite like this.
I can't believe I paid $50 for this! I bought it for my vacation as I sunburn easily and I was excited by the advanced suncare ingredients. This stuff is gross. Like most other reviewers, it made my face extremely greasy. I expected that going in and was willing to put up with it for the week I was using it. I wasn't expecting to severely breakout w/in 2 days of using it. I had to spend the rest of my vacation completely self-conscious. I would NOT buy this again. What a waste of money.
I used to buy this product religiously for a few years after it first came out. I recently bought a tube after a long hiatus. Did Maybelline change the formula? This is not the product I remember.. It flaked, gave me racoon eyes and didn't build volume like it used to.

This product is horrible. Maybe my skin is too sensitive. I have a high tolerance for pain, but this was unbearable. It burned. I only used it twice and both times I broke out. Wish I could get my money back.
Great product, especially for winter. Really reduces the red, blotchiness my skin has seemed to develop each winter over the last couple of years. It's really good to use after skin treatments like masks and scrubs. It's not a moisturizer though. I like to mix it with Avene's Clean-AC moisturizer.
I've been using this product all winter and have been very happy with it. I sometimes mix it with Avene's soothing serum to reduce redness and sensitivity. I love that it doesn't clog my pores. I'm not sure how effective it'll be in the summer though.
