Hair Color -Revlon - Frost & Glow Highlighting Kit

I used this product to create an ombre look because I was bored with my basic dark brown color. I have dark brown hair so every highlighting kit that I have tried ended up disappointing, turning my hair orange. Frost and Glow was completely different. My hair came out the perfect color...the highlights are more red than honey-coloured (I expected this though). The red highlight was soft and I did not have to tone it down or dye over it. I will definitely use this product again! *I did use a baliage technique instead of the cap and hook that the company provides. Since I went with an ombre style, i baliaged tiny highlights throughout but really lightened up the lower half with the bleach...the results were perfect! Perfect graduated colour that turned out great! The only downside was that the bleach REALLY dried out my ends. I will have to really deep condition to get my hair back to normal. My hair was in really good shape before dying so I would pay extra care to anyone who has dry, fragile, or overprocessed hair.
I tried this product a few months ago. I liked the color that I chose and the way it felt on. I just felt that it did not provide a lot of coverage. I ended up using this on top of regular foundation and it kind of evened out any blotches and imperfections. I would probably buy this again if it was on sale or something but not to use alone-which kind of defeats the purpose...
I really liked the concept behind this type of foundation. The only real issue that I had was that it made my face break out something terrible! I usually will not buy anything that gives me skin trouble so I would resist trying/buying this foundation again.
I bought this mascara for the first time today. I bought it in blackest black. I was pleased with the product because it was REALLY cheap (less than $5). I always see that the Maybelline Great Lash brand makes a lot of 'best' lists in magazines so I figured I would try it out. I will have to get used to the wand but that's no big deal. I think the bottom line is this is a good product for the price. My first choice is Dior Show mascara but since I am trying to save money, I am okay with using this! ***I had to add to my review of this product. Since wearing this, I notice that the product runs a lot and it looks like I have black eyes sometimes. I also find that my eyes are itchy, burn, and are watery since I started using this product. I bought the waterproof version so I am a little disappointed that the product runs off so easily. I don't think I will buy this product again.
Liquid -Maybelline - SuperStay Makeup - New Version

I just bought this product at Walgreens. I was debating whether to try Maybelline's dream foundations but was skeptical after reading that people had breakouts after using them. Overall, I like the feel of this foundation. It actually spreads on my face. Usually, the color-stay foundations that I have tried in the past usually stick like glue and feel gross. This foundation felt soft and went on nicely. My only complaint is the color. I chose nude because I thought this would be not too light, not too dark. It seemed a bit orange-y to be honest. I tend to have yellow/beige-y undertones so a lot of the times foundations are too pink or turn a weird orange. The best foundation for my skin was Neutrogena's healthy foundation in golden bisque. They have since redesigned their product and I can't seem to find that shade anymore! Back to Superstay foundation-I may just need to try a different shade. I am not sure if this will be my first choice when it is time to buy foundation again but I would at least consider buying it again sometime in the future.
