Lip Gloss -Aveda - Lip Glaze in Mango Juice

I'm in agreement with lovers of Mango Juice that it is such a great color - I wish it came in their regular lipstick. The taste is subtle and I like the shine. With that said, I'm not a gloss/glaze type of person as I need to reapply so often. For me, it's more for special events, etc.

OK, I've had a bottle of this for a few years now and I just can't get past the fragrance so it doesn't get used as much as it could. With that said, it works well on my short, fine, thick wavy hair to hold particularly in the summer months. I typically mix it with a foam/mousse to provide some additional volume on an "as needed" basis. I am going to try their Flax Aloe gel next and see how that compares. Wait - after I said that I checked MUA reviews and that didn't get great reviews. So I'll need to reconsider prior to repurchasing the Confixor.

I've used this foam on and off for years now (I switch products alot), and typically mix it with one of their gels (Confixor) to give it more hold. I have medium thick, wavy short hair and by itself it doesn't really do much to hold all of that hair. Today my stylist used it by itself and then followed it with the texturizing cream - that gave a soft effect. In the summer, this wouldn't work for me due to the humidity. I do like the fact that it is not sticky or weights my hair down and that you buy refills versus an entire new container.

I've used this product on and off for years, and always come back to it. I have short, thick, naturally wavy/curly hair and like most of us with that type of hair have tried lots of products. In the summer and spring when it's more humid I also use the serum. I gave this 4 lippies because I would like it if John Frieda would make a gel that is a little more liquid - this is the only "gel" in his line.
