I gave up on Victoria's Secret years ago, but I recently decided to give them another chance. I have bought several of their bras since, and I have to say that the Very Sexy push-up bra was my least favorite. It must just be an individual thing. Didn't work well for my figure.

Foundations -Maybelline - Dream Nude Airfoam Foundation

I bought this product while on a trip. My usual foundation was absurdly heavy, so I left the bottle at home. When I got to my destination, I went to the drugstore and looked for a product that was light enough for travel. I picked up the little canister and decided to try it. Turned out, this strange spray foam foundation was better than what I had been using before. It makes me skin look great, although sometimes the coverage can get a little splotchy. (That may be a problem with me not applying it evenly enough.) Anyhow, I have been using this foundation for well over a month, and I still like it a lot. It does seem to sting quite a bit if you get it in your eyes though. More so that other foundations. Edit--I have been using this for several months now, and I still love it. I went up a shade, and now that the match is a little better, my skin really looks fantastic. The negative reviews here really surprise me. My skin looks great!

I bought this after reading the reviews, and I have to say it lived up to my expectations. Works perfectly on my hair. So glad I found this product. Love it!

Eyes -E.L.F. - Eyeliner & Shadow Stick

I bought this in purple/plum and really don't like it. The eyeliner is waxy and the eyeshadow part is too creamy. Neither stays on. I buy a lot of E.L.F. products, but I would not buy this one again.

Fragrances -Oscar de la Renta - Oscar Red Satin LE

I bought this online without trying it first. Fortunately, I didn't pay full price. It made me sneeze from the start. I wore it one day and my nose was irritated the whole time from wearing a spritz on my chest and my wrists. My mother commented on how "not good" it was. The scent is actually very similar to Oscar Gold, but not as nice. I like Oscar Gold, although that fragrance only lasts about 20 minutes, and I love Oscar Bamboo. Oscar Red, however, has been a disaster for me. I threw the bottle away and felt relieved to have it out of my apartment.

Fragrances -Coty - Sand & Sable

I never paid any attention to this fragrance when it first came out although I do remember the print ads in women's magazines. I bought a small bottle of this last year and thought it was a nice. I had a much more expensive gardenia perfume that I was wearing at the time, so I kept this around as a cheap back-up fragrance. So, it sat around all year, but now suddenly I am wearing it everyday. I think it just smells better in fall/winter. I had no attraction to this fragrance in the warmer months.

Moisturizers -L'Oreal - Advanced Revitalift Complete cream spf 18

This review is for both the jar of cream and lotion w/ pump. I've used Revitalift for a while. I like it because it works nicely under makeup and it has never made my skin break out. It is a good product, but I don't really believe it is doing anything to make me look younger. Just makes your skin soft and all that. What I don't like is the lotion pump bottle. What a piece of crap! Is it just mine that doesn't work, or all they all like that? I've only bought the pump bottle once, so I don't know. Would not buy it again since it doesn't seem to work right.

Fragrances -Parfums de Coeur - Coconut Breeze Body Spray

Coconut Breeze is a nice summery coconut scent that lasts. I like the fragrance, but it is strong and you have to be careful not to put on too much at once. (If so, it can be a little overwhelming.) I keep this in my purse during the day. When I need it, I spritz a little into my hands and then pat it on my clothes or hair.

I bought this online without trying it first. I wasn't disappointed, but the initial cloud of fragrance that you get when you first apply it, doesn't last long. My first impression of it was that the fragrance just doesn't last more than an hour. So then, the bottle sat around on my dresser table for three months because it was too cold to wear a summery fragrance. Now it appears that, having sat around for a while, this perfume works better. If I spray it in the morning, I can still smell it on my clothes in the evening. Not strong--but it is still there. I really like the scent, but I don't think I would buy this one again.

I bought this one as part of a Sexiest Fantasies trial size set. I only ended up keeping two of the five sprays, and of those two that I kept, this is the one that I get compliments on. Some of the Sexiest Fantasies sprays smell great at first and then seem kind of repulsive--Strawberries and Cream for example. Va Va Voom has been consistently likeable. I keep a small spray bottle of this one in my purse all the time now.

Powder -Revlon - PhotoReady Translucent Finisher

I bought the translucent powder because it came with a free blush. I didn't like the powder because it made my skin look chalky-white. So, I bought it again in Fair/Light. That wasn't any better. It just isn't a good powder. Having spent too much money on this product already, I would not consider buying it again. I agree, also, that the brush is terrible. If you do try to use it, the bristles of the brush fall off and stick to your face. The compact is much too large, as well.

I bought a bottle of this without being able to smell it first. Fortunately, I was happy with it. I think Parfums de Coer musks can be a little overwhelming (even sickening), but this one is a nice blend of rose and musk. I admit I use it as room spray, too.
