I discovered JI Liquid mineral makeup on MUA, and its the best foundation I have ever used. For my mature skin which has become hypersensitive now that I regularly use Retin A, it is incredibly gentle and covers all my imperfections, acne scars and redness. The application is tricky and it can change from season to season, but it always comes out looking like my skin but better. My one caveat about this foundation, is that I can't seem to get a consistent color match on it. Started with Bisque which was perfect, but when I reordered, the next bottle was two shades lighter than the one I had started with. Contacted JI and they informed me they had changed their formula and to go try some at a salon that sold the product. I did and chose Amber which was close to the original Bisque color I had tired. Used that for three months and when I reordered, the new bottle that arrived was several shades darker than the bottle of Amber I purchased over the summer. I am gonna give this one more try and if the color is totally off again, I'm thinking of trying Estee Lauder DW Light. Has anyone else had this problem?
