Treatments (Eye) -Peter Thomas Roth - Power K Eye Source

The WORST! Not only is it ridiculously expensive but the product burns and create terrible dryness. My skin is still recovering... Absolutely no visible improvement for undereye circles and actually appeared to exacerbate existing lines!
Styling Products -John Frieda - Frizz-Ease Extra Strength Hair Serum

I LOVE the updated packaging: no more messy droppers and dangerous glass bottles! The new packaging houses this wonder product in a large plastic pump bottle that can swivel "off" for easy no-mess packing! The Frizz Ease Extra Strength Hair Serum works amazingly well when used as instructed. I have frizzy, coarse, slightly wavy Asian hair and after I apply a quarter-sized drop to my squeeze-dried hair (*NOT* towel-dried), it blow dries, flat irons, or curls/waves like a dream! While fine alone, I find that I have even better results when I mix it with a small amount of medium-hold gel; it helps my blowouts last so much longer. My hair is smooth, shiny, frizz-free, and definitely not greasy or crispy! Finish with some JF Frizz Ease Secret Weapon and you're good to go!
Treatments -John Frieda - Daily Nourishment leave-in fortifying spray

The Daily Nourishment is a nice leave-in conditioner that doesn't leave hair with residue or stiffness. Fresh light scent that isn't too overpowering. It detangles well enough but for thick/coarse hair, I wouldn't recommend using it as your *only* conditioner.
Desperately searching for a good creamy concealer, I found a saviour in Studio Finish NW20. The consistency is creamy smooth and it blends easily. No need to be heavy handed with this concealer; it covers well with a small amount! I was hesistant to try such shade with so much pink in it because I have so much yellow in my skin but the effect was very natural and just what I needed for undereye and blemish coverage. A great product for a great price!

HORRIBLE! This doesn't do anything except "mask" undereye circles and even then, it does a terrible job. Loaded with shimmer to act as an optical illusion, this product also caused my concealer to cake upon application.
Lip Gloss -Tony & Tina - Aromatherapy Lipgloss in Nixie

A very beautiful natural pink shimmer - described as "peaceful and charming water goddess" on the Tony & Tina website. Interesting...nice consistency and easy to wear.
Eye Shadow -Tony & Tina - Universal Truth eye & face palette

A beautiful multi-purpose eye shadow palette packaged in a sleek silver case. There are three colors (white, vivid warm green, and black) and a 'theraputic' eye base. The shadows have a beautiful pearl luster and stay throughout the night. The textures blend well and this case will suit most skin tones.
The best product for the brow-obsessed. This kit produces natural and long-lasting results! There is a kit for light hair and dark hair; I used the dark hair. The dark kit comes with two shadows: a soft grey and a medium neutral brown. You can blend both until you find a color that suits your brows! It also includes some miniature tweezers to emergency touch-ups and a small brush for blending. The kit has lasted me for YEARS and I use it daily! As I said earlier, the results are natural and they seldom smear or smudge!
I thought the color was too dark for my taste but once I tried it on, those thoughts went out the door! Obviously not a good match with summery outfits but this deep creamy plum looks fantastic during the winter months. If you are hesitant, you can brighten up the color with a rosy-plum lip liner.
Ridiculously sexy on! I love this warm summery golden nude Lipglass like nothing else. It gives a nice shimmery sheen without looking too mallrat and the flattering warm nude cannot be beat. Again, sticky sticky sticky so watch out for your hair!
A more cool tone version of the "Oh Baby" Lipglass: cool shimmery glittery nude. Looks great alone or over lip liner; the color and texture are easy to wear for both day and night. It isn't gritty at all but the formula is slightly sticky.
Admittedly, I was very hesitant about this Lipglass color but now I am in love! It's a beautiful milky pink in the tube and goes on glossy nude on the lips. Looks great with or without a tan!
I'm a sucker for rich foaming cleansers but this product dried out my combination oily skin. The lather was very nice and it works well if you wear the long-wear makeup. If you want something a little less strong, I recommend Perfectly Clean Foaming Gel Cleanser.

One of my first excursions with "high-end" cleansers and not an overall disappointment. It really isn't for those suffering from acne; you want a cleanser that has salicylic acid of some sort. Good for combination oily types, this cleanser has a great fresh citrus scent, foams nicely, and cleanses thoroughly. Again, not for sensitive, super blemish-prone, or super oily skins.
Toners -Neutrogena - Deep Clean Oil-Free Astringent
HuongStar 5/12/2003 3:46:00 PM
Keep in mind that if your skin is not truly oily, this astringent will overstrip your skin's natural oils and cause OIL REBOUND. I bought this in a desperate pinch because I ran out of my usual toner; it works best during warmer seasons when my skin produces more oil. It doesn't control as well as implied but it works to keep acne and initial oil in check. Good product, but not great.
