I remember reading reviews on this as a blush. Crazy I know! I took the leap when I had GC to Sephora since I am a blush whore. I figured I could use it as just an e/s if it didn't work for a blush as it's a pretty color. When I got it I was a little scared of it. I thought "What the hell are these people thinking this bright ass PURPLE could be used as a blush???!!!". It took me a few weeks to gather the courage to try it. WOW! is all I can say. Somehow this purple transforms into a really pretty natural looking blush. I use a skunk brush with it so I don't look like a clown, of course. The packaging is small as it is the same size as an e/s but you don't use much so it should last a long time. I like that it has a magnetic closure instead of plastic that snaps, I'm always afraid I'm going to break the plastic. It also has a little window so you can see the color inside so you don't have to read the back to see what color it is or open every MUFE e/s you have. As with all MUFE the texture and quality are great. Just for reference I am a NW15-20, in MUFE F&B I wear either 20 or 38 and in MUFE HD I am a 110 or 115.
I love Boscia's Cleansing oil so I was excited to try this. I was sure I would love it also, but I don't. It comes out pretty thick and is a light pink color. Even though it is thick it spreads pretty easily over my face. But, and there is a huge but, it feels grainy and kinda hurts to rub in kinda like rubbing in an exfoliator. Plus it makes me break out every time I use it. I was sad it didn't work for me and I will not be buying it again.
I went to the NARS counted wanting a red lipstick. Well Fire Down Below was a little to much red for me since I am not use to wearing red. The SA suggested this and its nice because I can use it more as a stain or as a much more vibrant red. I think it is creamy and moisturizing. It has no odor or taste to me. I gave it a 4 because of price. *Click for Pictures*
I went to Sephora for a lipstick and an SA told me I should try Damage. He said that it looks scary but it looks good on lots of people. Well I did and I liked it enough to buy it. It give my lips a nice sheer color thats kind of like MLBB. The formula is sheer but can be built up for more color. I find it rather creamy and moisturizing.I added pictures because a picture is worth a thousand words, right? *Click for Pictures*
I got this as part of the Docle vita set. I was in a hurry and decided to just grab this set figuring I could return it if I hated it. I was not so sure about Lovejoy. It looked really bronzey and glittery, and bronze makes me look dirty usually, not a good look. When I swiped it I was pleasantly surprised. It went on like a warm rosy just came back from vacation glow. Doesn't make me look dirty at all. Since I like more of a pink cheek I will layer this with some Desire or Mata Hari just on the apples of my cheeks. Glitter is something I tend to shy away from because I don't like looking like a disco ball, but the shimmer is not that bad, totally wearable. Just for reference I am about a NW20-15 in MAC, MUFE F&B 20 and I can wear Deauville in NARS. Just like other NARS blushes I just touch my brush to the powder, although this dose not seem to be as soft as some of the others. I don't know if I would buy this again but I said yes because it is nice.
Pressed Powders -Make Up For Ever - Compact Shine On

I was looking for a powder to set my makeup with but I don't like the matte look. This looked like a good option so I headed to my closest Sephora, a 45min drive. They didn't have it! While I was there I tried a few different powders, NARS,TheBalm,MUFE Matte, and Cargo. All of them made my face feel dry and tight, except the MUFE Matte. Disappointed I went home and just ordered the Shine On in #3 and crossed my fingers. I am glad I didn't go with something else. I Love this. It is not really shiny, more glowy, and it dose not make my face feel dry. I use this whenever I put on makeup to set my foundation. I never look like a disco ball. I would totally buy this again, in fact I am thinking of buying this in the darker color to add some light color to my face.
Blush -Wet 'n' Wild - Twist-up Blush Stick [DISCONTINUED]

I got Sunset strip, it looks like a pretty color in the tube and I was looking for a creamy blush. This sucks. The color disappears after you put it on and rub in it, zero color payoff. It also has a weird smell. It is nice and creamy but that is the extent of and pros. I will be returning this.
I like this, but not as an everyday moisturizer. I use this when my face feels and looks like crap. If I am dry and flaky and been breaking out I slather this on at night and my skin feels better in the morning. Yes it does smell odd and is greasy and has an orange tint to it, but it works. The bottle I have has lasted me forever so the price is not bad at all so yes I would buy this again. If you do use this I suggest not using it with white or light colored sheets as you may wake up to an orange colored pillow.
Makeup Brushes -Unlisted Brand - Posh Kabuki Brush

Love this brush! I have been looking for a kabuki brush and have felt a bunch of different ones. This is really soft and fluffy. I washed mine right when I got it home and it a lost a few hairs but other then that I have not had any real shedding. I got mine at Kmart, so you may want to look there if you can't find them anywhere else.
Lipstick -Clinique - Almost Lipstick - Black Honey
Honeybunnie8 6/23/2008 5:08:00 PM
I got this as an insider gift from Sephora. I was hesitant because of the dark color in the tube, but it looks really nice on. I don't wear lipstick most of the time I use stains and gloss on top but this is a nice alternative. I don't know if I will actually pay the 14.00 for a new tube when this runs out but I put yes anyway.
I am a fan of Benetint so I couldn't wait to try this. This comes in the same type of bottle as the Benetint, it looks like nail polish. The bottle is not clear it is a shiny metallic pink color with a cute flower on it. The consistency is not runny like the benetint it is thicker and the color of pepto bismol. No I am not kidding. I was some what hesitant because of the color and consistency but it lends a much softer pink then the Benetint. I found that if you put it on you lips and just rub it in, it leaves almost no color, but if you coat your lips and let it a sit a few seconds before rubbing it in it leaves a nice light pink. I noticed an odd tingly sensation when putting this on my lips, it disappeared in a few seconds though. It may just be me. Conclusion: If you like Benetint you will probably like this, or if benetint was just to bright for your complexion this will more likely work on you. If you have a hard time working with the benetint you may still hate this. It is thicker but still runny and you still have you work fast or you will get spotty coverage. I personally like this and think it a leaves a nice lighter pink color perfect for summer. *Picture*
Eyeliner -Clinique - Brush-on cream liner in TRUE BLACK
Honeybunnie8 6/17/2008 1:31:00 PM
I was looking for a cream liner that has good lasting power. This one fits the bill pretty well. It lasts all day on me and is nice and creamy going on. I have to say I don't use this above my lashes I tightline my lashes so the wearabality maybe be different. I have to be careful when putting this on because if I blink to soon before it has dried it can get in my eye and it sticks to my contacts. It does not blink off so I have to take my contacts out and rub them until it comes off. This works for me but a coworker bought this and it smears all over for her. I like the color its a nice true black, no grey here.
I like this product. I got it because like every girl I want longer lashes no matter how long they already are. I bought it off ebay for I think 13.00. For application you put on one coat of mascara so that the fibers will stick and then just barely touch the ends of your lashes so that you have some fluff. I will sometimes run my finger up my lashes to get any extra fluffy pieces off. If you put this on the base of you lashes all the way up like normal mascara you are going to have a big clumpy mess. Then you put another coat of mascara or two making sure you cover any white showing. You can add another layer of Fastlash if you want extra length then coat with mascara again. You can see a huge difference when I put this on compared to when I don't. It looks like I have false lashes. I already have decent lashes so this is only used for nights or special occasions. Practice does make perfect with this. Oh, It is easier to apply if you have both mascara and fast lash ready, at least unscrewed before hand, that way the mascara doesn't dry before you can get the fastlash on.
Treatments (Eye) -Shiseido - Sun Protection Eye Cream spf 32
Honeybunnie8 5/1/2008 1:23:00 PM
I got a generous sample of this at Sephora last week because 30.00 for .5 oz seems expensive. Now I'm thinking I will buy this even with the high price tag. It has a light creamy texture and soaks in pretty easily considering its sunscreen. It doesn't have a noticeable scent and it doesn't burn my eyes. I really like the higher SPF, 32. I am a self professed Sunscreen-a-holic. So I would buy this over other things I want. My sample will probably last me a few weeks, So I'll probably look out for this on eBay. I took off one lippy because it's so expensive.
Gels/Soaps -Unlisted Brand - Indigo Wild Zum Bar Poppy Pumice
Honeybunnie8 4/22/2008 5:41:00 PM
Like other Zum bars this was great. The site says this about it. Scent: Subtle Sandalwood-Citrus plays a cameo, coloring this blend of dueling exfoliators. Role: Poppy Seeds and Pumice - blended for a bender of exfoliating and mollifying. To me the soap smells like lavender not Sandalwood-Citrus. When I got this it didn't look like it had much exfoliating power. When I got it in the shower I was proved wrong. This is great for feet or other rough spots. I used it all over my body and it did a great job, but I could see how this could be to much for people with more sensitive skin. The great thing is it is moisturizing while it exfoliates.
