Let me preface this by saying this is the first maybelline mascara I have ever tried. I find that it's very light and soft, which I can't say for any other mascara I've tried (Lancome hynose drama, L'oreal Voluminous, Covergirl Lashblast, Diorshow, Avon Mascaras...the list goes on). It does a nice job separating, lengthening, and accentuating with some volume, however, it does do this wierd wispy thing at the end of my lashes, but with a top coat of another mascara that is remedied! It's a great everyday mascara because it's so light and feels like there's nothing on my lashes, but still does a good job of holding a curl and lengthening! However, if you're looking for something dramatic I would say look else where or layer with another mascara!

Worked great the first time I used it to pack on color to my lids. After I washed it for the first time there was fallout and I noticed the bristles were not at all soft anymore. If I don't condition the brush, its too bristly and pokes my eyes. Also, doesn't work great to apply eyeshadows wet. I suggest invested just 2 more bucks in the studio line eye brushes.

Did not like this for powder foundation because it is so dense it tends to pack on powder to make me look cakey, BUT it works amazingly and very quickly to buff in liquid foundation for an airbrushed finish.

Lip Treatments -eos - Lip Balm Sphere - Summer Fruit

I have the constant problem of chapped lips, no matter what the season. I bought this balm on sale and at first I didn't quite get the hype behind it. It goes on in a very thin layer and wears away fairly quickly. However, a week after using this a miracle happened. My normally chapped lips, were smoother and less chapped. I really believe that the fact that this is organic is greatly helping the condition of my lips overall and overtime. The smell of this particular eos balm is also quite nice and makes me want to lick my lips! But that isn't the point haha. The point is, its great for the betterment of chapped lips, but works slowly and overtime for longer results overtime, and doesn't quite provide immediate relief.

Powder -Estee Lauder - Double Wear Mineral Rich Loose Powder Makeup SPF 12

I used to hate mineral foundations because they didn't provide enough coverage and they were too cakey feeling for my liking. However, this loose powder leaves a gorgeous glow to my skin and instensity 3.0 is the best color match of any powder or foundation i have used. very softly milled and feels great on the skin allowing it to breathe. i think its best for those with a clear complexion because it doesnt provide much coverage.

Cleansers -Estee Lauder - Perfectly Clean Splash Away Foaming Cleanser

i have normal skin and this cleanser dried me out like nothing has ever before!!! not to mention it burned my eyes like crazy to the point where i was moaning in pain. its been 10 minutes since i've washed my face and my eyes are still slightly stinging. no thank you!!! i will stick to my clarins gentle foaming cleanser, which is heaps better than this harsh cleanser!! thank god it was free because i wouldn't pay a single penny for this product.

Tinted Moisturizer -mark - Get a Tint tinted moisturizer

This doesn't allow my skin to breathe...which i expect with a tinted moisturizer. It's cakey and makes the face look dull. I tried applying it with a sponge, a stippling brush, and my fingers...all failed miserably. color selection is also horrible...runs on the orange side. would not repurchase at all and I am very disappointed!

Mascara -Avon - SuperFULL Mascara

This and super extend are my favorite mascaras. i have used others and i always come back to these two. i have naturally full lashes and these products arent goopy and don't give me super clumped eyelashes the way other mascaras do. i never shed eyelashes either...overall very cheap and effective for the price.

i am IN LOVE w/this soap. i have the classic white beauty bar as well as the shea butter nourishing beauty bar. i use the white beauty bar on my face in the morning and at night, it doesn't strip my face of moisture and leave my skin soft, supple, and glowing. i've been using it for 4 weeks now. i use the shea butter nourishing beauty bar on my body during showers and it has transformed the quality of my skin. i have keratosis pilaris on my upper arms and back of my thights. i used to be so embarrassed to wear shorts or show my legs at all. i have tried a multitude of scrubs, exfoliators, lotions, you name it! this little gem of a soap is the only thing that i am seeing results from. my kp is slowly but surely improving! in addition, my skin is softer and its overall appearance is healthier. not to mention the shea butter bar smells wonderful and makes my bathroom smell great too! as a person who's been using bodywashes my whole life, I have to say I can't believe I haven't known about how wonderful dove beauty bars are till now. The price is also very affordable. I have normal to dry skin and I will never go anywhere w/o this gem ever again!

Left my hair feeling dry and not soft at all! i dont know what it did but my usually soft and tame hair was like static-y and coarse. also the cap broke very easily. granted i could put it back on easily...but flimsy packaging is annoying. overall not a good product for fine thin hair.

Cleansers -Clarins - Gentle Foaming Cleanser with Cottonseed for Normal or Combination Skin

My mom purchased this cleanser (the one with cottonseed oil) in it and I tried it out. I immediately fell in love! It is amazing for normal to slightly dry skin. It cleanses w/o stripping the face of moisturize and leaves my face looking bright and refreshed. My already tan face (I'm of east Indian descent) is left glowing and clean. I follow up with Neutrogena ultra sheer sunblock and the glow still comes through! I don't use this product everyday though. I use it sparingly...a couple of times a week when I think my face could do with a pick me up because of any dullness. I think if used daily it may be too harsh for the skin. Instead I use either Purpose Gentle Cleanser or my Dove Beauty Bar (w/shea butter) regularly and use this cleanser if my face is dull from lack of sleep. I've used many a cleanser and I must say this is excellent even if its on the pricey side.

Powder -mark - Powder Buff powder foundation

I have normal skin and I have to say this powder foundation only looks good if its used alone. over any liquid foundation it looks too cakey. also its easy for it to look cakey. the color i got was a perfect match but throught out the day it oxidized AND I HATED THAT. wouldn't repurcahse. but for $10 bucks it was meh. definitely NOT comparable to mac studio fix powder foundation. i would say its better for summer time use and those with oily skin. dry skin people steer clear!

best creme blush i own. and i own A LOT! love love love. buy it you won't regret it! and if you do just return it. rite aid takes returns. I own Mauvin uptown and south st. seashell and they both look glowy and amazing on my nc40 skin.

great for tan skin! gives a deep glowy color! great for a nighttime blush..not so much for daytime. LOVE IT!!! buy it you won't regret it! I have tried so many different brands of blushes and this by far is my fav and beats all the rest of my blushes (mac, milani, elf, nars). a steal for the price!

LOVE LOVE LOVE!!! Creamy and glides on and blends effortlessly. Perfect everyday wear color on my east indian tan skin. Can't wait to pick up more colors. A TOTAL STEAL FOR THE PRICE AND AMOUNT OF PRODUCT. color can be played up or understated depending upon how much it is blending and how much it is not. gives my face a nice glowly look.
