Finally after searching and searching for an antiperspirant/deodorant I found one that works for me. I use the wild cherry blossom scent, because it smells good to me and I do not like the baby powder smell it also comes in. Some people have said this does not work. But you have to read the directions. "Before bed, apply two to three clicks of product to each underarm." You cannot just wake up put this on and expect it to work. You have to put it on before you go to bed. You can reapply it in the morning, but you have to use it as directed. After I go to work (vet tech) at the end of the day I am still dry which was not the case when I was in vet tech school and I was using something else. This product works, I can find it at Wal-Mart for like $7, and smells great. I suggest anyone who needs more protection against sweating to try this.
Polishes -Unlisted Brand - Nutra Nail - Gel Perfect UV Free Gel Color

I had seen this product in the ULTA circular. I was excited to see a gel nail polish that you did not need to use a UV light. Also, the product says it has "Ding-Free Protection" which I thought would be great at my job. I went to ULTA looking for it and they did not have any. So I went to Rite Aid and found it. I applied the polish the way the instructions listed (and I watch the instructional video on Nutra Nail's website). The activator is pretty much super glue. I am not sure if that is the same thing that they use for a UV gel polish in the salons so it might or might not be. The application was fine. And it did dry very fast. I thought finally this is going to work, no more chips! But the next day at my job, chip here, chip there and another. All on my right hand (I am right handed). My left hand did not have any chips after 2 days (then I took it off after that). But the product is not ding-free like it says. And after putting super glue like activator on my nails I would hope it would work. And you can buy these special "No-Mess Express" remover packets. But I didn't and so I did what they suggested you could also do to take off the polish. Take cotton balls with acetone on them and put them on your nails and wrap a paper towel around them to keep the cotton balls on your nails. Then leave for 2 minutes. I was not excited about leaving acetone on my nails for that long, but I wanted the polish off. It took me 20 minutes of wiping and chipping away to get MOST of the polish off. It was a mess to get off. If the polish didn't come in contact with the acetone for the 2 minutes it did not want to come off my nails. Also, my nails didn't look too great after all that activator and then the acetone. So I had to put some strengthener on them. The are fine tonight (the night after I took the polish off). I do not recommend this product. It's too much money, trouble and harsh chemicals to not get polish that lasts like it says it will.
Conditioner -Organix - Rejuvenating Cherry Blossom Ginseng Conditioner

This is a wonderful conditioner. The smell is heavenly. The packaging is cute and functional. This conditioner goes into my hair easily and it also rinses out easily. Unlike some other conditioners that take a long time to rinse out. I use this with the coordinating shampoo and my hair is soft and shiny. I recommend this conditioner.

I love this shampoo (and the conditioner). Recently I was diagnosed with hypothyroidism. With this medical condition you can lose hair. And I have lost some of mine. Since this is a sulfate free shampoo it is good for people who are prone to hair loss to use. The smell is wonderful. The packaging is cute and functional. It gives my hair volume and for some reason makes the color of my hair (I dye it blonde) lighter and prettier. My hair is soft and shiny. Even though this is a sulfate free shampoo is does lather. I recommend this shampoo to everyone. I really love it.
My Mother has this. And she enjoys it, but since they test on animals I be searing her clear of this tub. Besides she likes Avon's Nurtura better and they don't test on animals.
Primer/ Corrector -ModelCo - Fase Base - Skin Primer

I'm always on the hunt for a great foundation primer. And one day I was browsing in TJ Maxx and I came across this product. It was priced at $8 and I had never heard of the brand so I thought I would try it. When I came home I looked the product up online and learned that it is normally $34. I was surprised and even more excited to try it. You have to make sure you let this product dry fully before you try to put on your foundation or application won't go well. I liked how easy my foundation went on with this under it. But after a few weeks I got two cystic pimples. And I never get those. I stopped using the Face Base and they went away. I have used it once since then but it'll never be the same because those pimples were painful! If you want to try it I say go ahead, but personally my favorite primer is Sephora's Smoothing Primer.
I have this blush in the 'Soft Damson' color. I absolutely love it. It gives me the color I want with easy blendability. I was worried (as I always am when I try a new product on my face) that it would break me out, but it's been weeks now and it hasn't. The price $9 is great for what you get. I've had it for at least three weeks now, used it mostly every day and I can still see the original marking in the side of the blush. I will by this product again, and I recommend that you try it!
I was hoping that since the bottle was the same all they had done was added SPF 15 to the old 'Ultimate Cover Smooth Foundation.' But no. This stuff smells like make up. I'm not saying make up smells bad, but the Ultimate Cover smelled like botanicals. But this stuff just isn't the same. And they jacked up the price too. Each time I apply it I get white streaks that takes forever to blend away which then takes most of the product off. And this foundation sinks into my pores more than any foundation I've ever used. Now on the other hand it hasn't broken me out. But the old Ultimate Cover never did either. If your hoping that this Ultimate Match is like the Ultimate Cover, your wrong. I know I was. I am disappointed and now much go on a new search for a foundation. Just when I had found one I loved.
I love this bronzer. It's such a lovely color. But, I had been wondering what was breaking me out. And since I only put this on my forehead and cheeks and that's where I was breaking out I thought it had to be this. So I stopped using it, and my skin is clear again. It makes me sad that I can't use it anymore because it is a pretty color. But it broke me out.
Primer/ Corrector -Unlisted Brand - Monistat - Chafing Relief Powder-Gel

I thought I would try this because of all the 'HG's people were giving it. And I thought it was going to be too, until I broke out. And I mean I really never break out. And I even got one of those painful under the skin pimples. I won't be using this as a primer anymore. I like Sephora's Smoothing Primer much better.
I love this product. I wish I had it in my budget to have it all the time. I love how to covers up all imperfections and leaves a matte finish on your face. YOU NEED to use a foundation brush to get your money's worth out of this. The sponge it comes with soaks up so much product. I haven't been getting the "orange" tint everyone is talking about. I do have pink undertones. And it's hard to find make up that goes with my skin. And I feel that this does. Really this product is easy to apply, to blend, and I love the finish. When I can, I'll buy again!
I have never seen anything like this. The name may fool you, but it's a lip stain with a felt tip like applicator. I bought this in the color called 'Happiness.' I was very excited to use this so I put it on before I went to bed. I know that is strange, but that is when I had time time to play with it. And in the morning it was still there and perfect. After my shower it had come off a little bit but I reapplied it and when out for the day. This stuff LASTS. Usually you have to compromise when you have a lip stain. You get longer color but it's drying. Well, I put this on and then some simple chap stick over it and it was just fine. No dry lips at all. The color is vibrant, and the felt like tip makes it easy to apply. The only thing is, it is a little pricey at $18. But I can't deal with that because it is a wonderful product!
Sunscreen -Neutrogena - Ultra Sheer Dry-Touch Sunblock SPF 55
Hhall2079 7/15/2008 11:26:00 PM
This product is dry to the touch and non greasy. That is where the good ends. This is the second time I have used this and I have still gotten burned. I went to a theme park and put this on before I went into the park. Then put more on after I got out of the water park in the theme park. I still got burned, and bad. I have no idea why. I never got burned with I used my trusty Banana Boat. I'd rather feel a little greasy and not get burned. I won't by this product again. Besides, now I know Neutrogena tests on animals.
My Mom bought this for me the other day. I thought I was fine with my old Family Dollar shaver, but the Ped Egg is so much better. I like the way the Ped Egg fits in the palm of my hand. So it's very easy to handle. Make sure you read the instructions. You are supposed to use it in an up and down motion. No side to side or circles. This doesn't hurt at all. And it's so smooth, not like the gritty shaving with my other shaver. This also took half the time of even I used the other. The best time to use this is when you have just gotten out of the shower so the skin on your feet is soft and it will be easier to zip off. And the result is softer, smoother feet ready for sandals! Don't be afraid of the Peg Egg. I promise you it doesn't hurt at all. Your zipping off dead skin. You'll be glad you did when you have soft smooth feet.
This is the second time I have purchased this eyeliner. I have this in "Mockingbird." I don't use the black side because I use another eyeliner for that. But the pearly white side is magical! It's so hard to describe this shade. It has some blue/purple/pink colors in it when the light hits it. I use this as my brow highlighter. And it works well for this purpose. It says on all day, even in hot weather. I mailed NYC and asked them to please make a pencil of just the white color. I know others would like that too. I hate having to break the pencil in half and throw the other part away. I will be purchasing this again! Oh and NYC does not test on animals. I know another post said they did. http://www.newyorkcolor.com/aboutus/consumer_safety.cfm#animal
