Pros: - Pigmented - Soft - Smooth - Long lasting - Cheap ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Cons: - May clash with certain skin tones ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ My grandma actually purchased this for me. I absolutely love how pigmented this is! However, i find that the lid color(frosty light peachy pink) and browbone color(frosty cream/white) look very.. strange on my skin. The crease color(shimmery golden medium-dark brown) is gorgeous and i have used it everyday till i hit pan. Although the lid and browbone color don't work for my skin tone, i would still repurchase for the crease color itself. It's that gorgeous! If you have lighter skin tones, you will love all the colors, i promise you. This product is cheap as well, so you won't break the bank! I have also heard that all three colors are dupes for certain mac shades. The texture of these shadows pretty smooth. For me personally, they do not feel like urban decay eyeshadows, which are buttery soft. But no big deal, considering how cheap they are! They feel kind of "dry" if you know what i mean. However, that does not affect the performance of the shadows at all, in my opinion. Bottom line is, all three are very pigmented, smooth eyeshadows that have good lasting power and at least one color will suit all skin tones.

Eyeliner -Maybelline - Eyestudio Lasting Drama Gel Eyeliner - Blackest Black

Pros: - Very black - Easy to apply - Creamy - Smooth ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Cons: - Smudges underneath the eye - "migrates" to the lines on your lid; causing the small wrinkles to become more noticeable - not long lasting on waterline ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ This product claims its waterproof, smudge proof, and will last 24 hours. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ I purchased this product because of the amazing reviews here on MakeupAlley. Unfortunately, this eyeliner wasn't that great for me. During the first application, i LOVED how smooth and black this was. I applied this to the top eyelid and winged out my eyeliner. I also put some on the water line. Very Black. After a long school day, (around 7 hours) i look into the mirror and find SMUDGES under the eye and TRANSFERRING on the middle part of my lid and tiny fine lines on my lid. The eyeliner on the waterline wore off as well. The smudging and transferring wasn't major, but it was noticeable. So, unfortunately, this product is just a no for me. Maybe if you live in a colder area, and have dry skin, this won't smudge and transfer as much for you, but for us oily girls in hot areas, STAY AWAY!

Concealers -Hard Candy - Glamoflauge Concealer

Pros: -Comes with a lot of product for what you pay for - Blends fairly easily - Cheap - Cute Packaging - Covers great ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Cons: - Very Poor color selection - Too light for me - Quite thick under the eyes; gets into fine lines(basically, you will get old lady under eye bags) - Cakey if too much is applied ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ This product was just average for me. I bought this after hearing amazing reviews about how well it covered, and i must say, it does have some pretty amazing coverage. The darkest color they have is too light for me. I applied to any red areas, but it looked very strange. At first, i thought, "Hey, if it's too light, i can always use it for under my eyes", but girl, applying this underneath your eyes will make you look so CAKEY and WRINKLEY. I swear, this made the shadowing under my eyes look even worse. I really wanted to like this product, but unfortunately, this didn't work out. If i hadn't found another use for this, i would have given it 1 lippie, BUT i found that is i mix a dot with my moisturizer, it creates a pretty good tinted moisturizer. The moisturizer sheered out the color, so it blended easier and made the color look more natural on my skin. So overall, i would not repurchase, because of the crappy color selection. if they come out with darker warm toned colors, i will definitely repurchase because this covers blemishes very well. If you have light to medium skin, buy this for blemishes, NOT UNDER EYES.

Pressed Powders -Maybelline - Dream Matte Pressed Powder
rated 4 of 5

The Pros: - Mattifies the skin (for about 2-3 hours; which is pretty good considering the fact that my nose gets EXTREMELY oily throughout the day) - does not cake up that much - price is alright - Target did not have the powder i wanted in stock ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ The cons: - poor color selection - barely any coverage - doesn't last as long as i would like ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ This product claims Air-Soft Matte Perfection: - oil-free - won't clog pores - dermatologist-tested ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ This has not made me break out. I have tried worse powders, and this is one of the ones i've tried that actually mattified my nose while still leaving a slight glow(from the oil on my nose), and keeping it that way for over 30minutes. Yes, for some that is normal, but for my particular nose(and parts of my skin), it is very hard to control the oil. I have tried many other powders, and they all have not passed the 30 minute mark. However, i hate the fact that the color selection is so limited. The color i have is Medium Beige 2-2.5. It makes my skin look ashy if i apply too much. I have learned though, that just a semi-light dusting over my nose and oily parts will control the oil nicely. This powder has a very low coverage, so i suppose that makes it easier to blend into darker skin tones. I quite like this powder, but i do not think i will make a third repurchase. I would like coverage in my powder, and this one just isn't cutting it. I plan on using this as my blot powder and applying this on my nose area AFTER my other powder foundation, Amazing Cosmetics Mineral Pressed Powder (which does not control oil at all, in my opinion). So bottom line is, if you have a light-medium skin tone, and are not looking for a full coverage powder, get this one. If you have combination skin, try it out, it may work well for you. Oily-Super Oily; don't expect 3+ hours of a shine free face; you may need to blot and reapply
