I have relaxed hair and had to cut my hair to a pixie cut because my hair was EXTREMELY damaged due to over processing and over heating. On top of that run-on sentence, I have extremely dry hair to begin with! This product really has done a lot to help rebuild my hair and help to conquer my dry hair and damage. I highly recommend this product to any one with relaxed hair as it does help to moisturize and seems (when paired with protein treatments) to help strengthen my hair! Look for this product on Amazon or another similar website. I buy it for no more than 4 dollars, 3 dollars most of the time. F#ck paying 6.99 for it, although WORTH it, my student budget says no. ALSO I apply a great amount more that a dime size or what ever is recommended and like to use this as a deep conditioner with a shower cap over my hair and I sit under a hooded dryer for 30 or MORE or leave it in (still under a shower cap) while I do tasks around the house :) I always rinse it out though. Just though I would let you all know my experience.
