Haha ok, so I would sooo skeptical of buying this product (if you live in Aus. I found mine at an Asian grocery store) because, let's face it... It's a freaking horse shampoo. LOL. But don't worry, its 100% safe to put on human hair and all the ingredients are ones you find in normal shampoos. It even has some gooood ingredients like coconut oil and protein. I should probably add that it does NOT make your hair grow any faster. No shampoo can physically make your hair grow faster, but it can only help it to. The conditioner is amazing at leaving my thin hair volumised and I love the shine and softness I get out of it. Plus, you get a huge bottle for the price! A great product for achieving healthy hair however it does not make your hair grow any faster. Unfortunately. :(

Eyeliner -Essence - Eyeliner Pen

I LOVE the essence range and I can't believe that it's not as talked about as other brands! I luuuurrrve this eyeliner! The tip is not too big or too small so you can create a perfect winged look each time. The staying power on this is incredible also (and it's not even waterproof!) The only downside is that it doesn't last as long as I would like it to (mine lasted about 2-3 weeks before it completely dryed out.) :( I'm not sure how long other eyeliner pens last or if there is any way to prevent it from drying out. And no, I don't leave the cap off, haha!

Foundations -Maybelline - Dream Matte Mousse

I have to say that I did have a hard time finding the perfect shade for my skin. In any other foundation I usually fit into the 'creamy, natural' range, however the matte mousse shades are all too yellowy for my skin tone. I did settle with the classic ivory shade which is more pinkish in tone, so I suggest getting one shade lighter than your natural skin colour. The packaging is nice and the jar makes it easy to apply how ever much you want. As for the mousse, it's light and fluffy and really feels like silk when you blend it into your skin. I did feel though that the mousse was a little greasy... but ironically it doesn't seem to cover up any dryness I have. Haha. The only method I've found to be the most effective in applying this is with your fingers as the warmth created makes the mousse blend effortlessly! You really don't need a lot, however this foundation isn't really high coverage (more for an everyday finish), so that's something else to consider if you have acne or blemishes that you want to cover up completely.

Hair -Unlisted Brand - MACADAMIA NATURAL OIL Deep Repair Mask

Hmm, I have to say that I've developed a love/hate relationship with this product. Before I begin my review I must point out that I have fine, straight and oily hair. I remember back about a year ago when I had really long hair that I absolutely loved this product! I worked it on my ends and up to about mid-way, waited approx. 6 mins and washed it out. My hair would feel soft, silky and manageable. However, now that I have short hair I feel that it completely weighs down my hair (and I don't even apply it near my roots!) I think it would really work well to tame thick frizzy hair, however for fine straight hair? Leaves it greasy and flat. Not worth the hype. I only gave the packaging 5 because it really is sturdy and nicely designed. Save your money (as I paid a ridiculous $39.95 at a local hairdresser) and buy a good 'drugstore' hair mask. You could buy 10 hair masks for the price of this one if u wanted to!! Oh, and although it supposely contains natural ingredients like macadamia oil and claims to be paraben free, it still contains silcones which coat your hair and give it the 'silky, soft' feel.

Eye Shadow -Urban Decay - Naked 2 Palette

I love my eyeshadows and I've used many brands -both low and high end- and I can honestly say that this palette beats most. I had to purchase mine online (because they don't sell anything like this where I live... I know! Sucks!) The packaging is sturdy and durable compared to the first palette. But you have to be a bit careful when closing it because the plastic clasps may break off if you snap it shut. This palette is AMAZING for everyday and night time looks. The colours are easy to blend, come in an array of nice neutrals and last a long time on the eye. This palette is definitely expensive BUT you really do pay for better quality and it will last you a long time. The only thing I wish this palette had was more matte colours as some of the shimmery shades can be too overwhelming on the eyes. All in all, a palette that you should think about adding to your collection if you haven't already done so!! :D
