Treatments -Clarins - Blue Orchid Face Treatment Oil

First I was thinking that this product is nothing special and I dont need it. One year after my skin got even more dehydrated and Ive been desperately reading blogs and reviews. What came up? This oil again!! So I bought it. Anyway, I used already sweet almond oil- did nothing. Other serum based on Primrose and Lavender oil. I was afraid that this one which is definitely more expensive will be too- hydrating but not enough and making my skin shiny. I used it first time at daytime. What happened? My skin wasnt shiny- say whaaat? It always was after cream!! Impossible! So I put over my oil/silicone based foundation (Armani) what happened? My skin looked amazing. So smooth, no dryness, no shine. My skin felt comfortable. Now Its my first step after cleansing in my morning routine. I used it at night time after my acne treatment. I woke up WITHOUT shiny and sticky skin. Just dewy. No irritation around my mouth and eyes. Oh my god! I always got dry skin around my mouth and sometimes my eyelids and under eye area felt itchy and painful. Nothing like this, it was plump, smooth, healthy looking. Im regretting that I didnt get it before... I kind of like the smell, the oil is not too heavy (miracle or what?) and I really need a little drop on my whole face.
Eyeliner -Urban Decay - Underground 24/7 Glide-On Eye Pencil

After I didnt get any irritation from Urban Decay Rockstar I decided its time for new one! Initially I thought this colour will be more dark but its more gold and shimmery but still noticeable. It looks beautiful with brown smoky or even with just very subtle eye. Very versatile. The quality is the same, soft and easy to glide on pen. It doesnt dissapear or smudge and it doesnt irritate my eyes. I hate to sharpen it because I feel that Im wasting a product but that the only minus.
In a nutshell: No weird ingredients, no irritation and effects are still visible even if I dont use it daily. I wanted to buy Revitalash or Lactisse first but I read some stories how it can irritate your eyes or change their colours... So I got Talika. I do not regret! It comes with good applicator and a comb, both very useful :) Its a clear gel, not very runny, not very gooey either. Great metal packaging (luxe factor). I have naturally very long eyelashes, my main concern was that there werent as many of them as I would like. They are also not curled in this lashcurler-way, its curled only at the ends not really from the base. I used it every single day, first I applied and then I combed through. It didnt irritate my eyes, it didnt sting or interfere with my contact lenses. After maybe a month I could definitely see that they already look better. They became definitely thicker, I had baby lashes and they appeared more dark. I didnt notice anything special about the curl but okay, Im satisfied already. Now after almost 3 months I dont use it everyday, I use it more like 2-3 times a week, effects didnt dissapear. Lashes didnt start to fall like crazy, nothing. They re still fab :)
I am really, really surprised by this mascara. I tried chanel, ysl, dior, givenchy, lancome mascaras and never ever bought cheaper mascara. Until I got tired of clumps, drag queen like lenght without any volume or dry mascara dots under my eyes. I grabbed it in supermarket and I didnt expect it to better. It gives me volume, doesnt clump, doesnt lenghten too much (thats something I DONT want) and doesnt crumble after some hours. I like the brush too, doesnt smear it on my eyelid. Awesooome. I read reviews saying that you can feel it on your lashes but I dont feel it. Packaging is a little tacky and theres no luxe factor but Im using it everyday and looving it :)
I decided to try KIKO. Im all for Essie, Nail Inc and OPI so I was quite surprised by the price. I have beige, cool toned 372, nice creamy consistency, need 2 coats, doesnt chip but gets gloopy quite fast. Orange with shimmer 280, very runny, I have no idea how many coats it needs because after 3 I could still keep going... Something more blue 389, more cold than 'Mint Candy Apple-Essie', loove the colour, quite runny comparing to the consistency of Essie, opaque after 2 coats. I wouldnt mind to try more from then, they re not THE best but they re not bad either. The price makes them very appealing IMO
This is quite pale Barbie pink. More cool than warm toned. I love this colour on toes- not so much on my fingers- it clashes a little. The only problem I have with is that its not very opaque, I put 3 coats and I would be better with even 4. Its more runny than most of my Essie polishes. As usual I love the brush but not so much the formula.
I have dark, bushy eyebrows. My hair are naturally lighter but recently I decided to go even lighter and I decided to get tinted brow gel in Beguile. -The packaging is very simple, the brush could be a little smaller, also the product gets clumped on the top. -The consistency is very nice, its very very longlasting- it doesnt smudge, it stays on even during cross training and rain! -The colour is okay, its not reddish and glitter generally doesnt bother me but recently I got pictures from gala taken with flash and on some of them it looks like I had strokes of gold glitter. Overall its a great product but if I would find one with smaller brush without glitter I would replace it.
I got a mini mascara to test and I didnt have high hopes for it. I have very long lashes so I dont look for lengthening- it creates grotesque effect. Its very easy to get clumps, it doesnt add much volume which is something you would hope for :) It also crumbles and leaves you lovely little black dots under eye after 6-7 hours. It also doesnt hold curl well. I have no idea what it does good except making lashes black. It doesnt irritate my eyes and its kinda easy to take off with Bioderma. Very disappointing Chanel!!

I got this brush more than 3 years ago... Its still going strong!! I apply mostly highlighter under browbone. Its so soft and so cheap. Didnt lose its shape, bristles are soft and it did never unglue- and Im not very careful about not letting water go in... :P
Moisturizers -L'Occitane - Immortelle Very Precious Fluid SPF40

Where have I been that having so many L'Occitane shops around I never went in? I first got a sample and then I just HAD to come back for it!! First of all, simple glass bottle with hygienic and practical pump. Second- nice fluidy consistency. Very pleasant scent. Secondly- it behaves like some kind of serum on my face. It disappears, no thick-white-shiny layer on the face. Amazing! I have no idea how its possible that this behaves so differently from my others shiseido, bioderma, vichy or la roche posay... Anyway- it works great under makeup, with cream underneath... Superb! UPDATE: The pump sometimes get stuck so I think I might put it in a jar at some point if it will get stuck forever.
Makeup Brushes -Tom Ford - Shade & Illuminate Brush
GrRoxxy 3/20/2013 4:02:00 PM
First of all its really beautiful, beaaautiful and luxurious brush. It comes with its own plastic protector for the bristles- big plus! Great elastic soft but still providing enough resistance for cream product, white hair which I manage to keep white with my lovely cheapest drugstore soap ever. The handle feels nice... I just cant find anything negative to say about it. This is perfect brush for applying his shade illuminate- just as expected. I didnt try it for anything else so I cant say about that. I guess for most people the problem would be the price, I agree its very expensive brush but for me- its worth it, I love quality, feel and this luxe factor.
Primer/ Corrector -Giorgio Armani - Master Corrector
GrRoxxy 3/3/2013 6:29:00 PM
I have it in 2- peachy colour. It works great, its enough pigmented and corrects nicely. I like the packaging, very simple, the only problem would be that the little bursh picks up too much product. It doesnt crease, it doesnt look fake and it stays all day on (with a little bit of powder). I really like it and a small amount really goes a long way.
I use it for taming my black eyebrows and making it a little lighter. It keeps them in place all day, even when once I left it while working out- it didnt come off. It makes them a little more brown than black, shapes them nicely- love it. The only one thing I dont like is that sometimes it picks up too much product and I cant understand why does it have shimmer in it...
Treatments -Estee Lauder - Idealist Pore Minimizing Skin Refinisher
GrRoxxy 3/3/2013 11:27:00 AM
So I used it for more than a year. My skin is dehydrated but still mixed. It works but TEMPORARILY. It does make skin smooth, matte and pores appear smaller-until you wash it off. It didnt clog my pores, it has nice silicon-y consistency, smells good. It useless, the pore minimizer from BIODERMA is much better, this one have fancy packaging and its overpriced. Thats all.
Eye Primer -Urban Decay - Eyeshadow Primer Potion - Original (UDPP)
GrRoxxy 2/28/2013 2:08:00 PM
Pros: -eyeshadows look more pigmented -prevents creasing -prevents smudging Cons: -dries out my eyelids to this level that it hurts when I clean my face with water and I have dry patches -I dont like consistency, sometimes it has lumps in it Its works like a charm but dry eyelids werent my goal really so I will save it for special occasions I guess.
