Moisturizers -Dr. Alkaitis - Organic Night Cream

First tried this in the Dr. Alkaitis Travel Set from Saffron Rouge and must admit my first attempt was a disaster as I switched to all Dr. Alkaitis products in one fell swoop. Not a good idea as my face wasn't happy with the Cleanser. However, my face is quite happy with the Soothing Gel and Night Cream which I use in the evening. Especially in the winter, this seems to have a lovely amount of moisture keeping the wrinkles at bay. I've found it takes a while to soak in and the smell is quite unique, but now that I've gotten used to it I look forward to treating my face to this after a long day. I use a big pea size amount each night and the bottle appears to be lasting forever. The top part of the dispenser has a tendency to fall off, but other than that no issues with the product or packaging.

Skincare - Face -Dr. Alkaitis - Soothing Gel

This soothing gel has almost the same ingredients as the Dr. Alkaitis toner, but it's definitely thicker and my skin likes it better. Along with the Dr. Alkaitis Night Cream, this has been a great combo during the winter in keeping my face moisturized and plumped up overnight. Love it! Normally I use four pumps of the gel and that sufficiently covers my face and neck. It lasts forever, thankfully, because the price is in the upper stratosphere. You may want to order the Travel Kit first (I got mine from Saffron Rouge) and try the different product samplings to see which of the 8 items work well with your skin. The first time I tried the Travel Kit I reacted quite badly; my second attempt was much more successful as I skipped the Cleanser and just tried one product at a time.

Lips -Dr. Hauschka - Lip Care Stick

Amazing product once you get used to it. The very first time I used this lip care stick, my lips started peeling and it felt horrible. I thought I'd wasted a bunch of money on something that I was never go to use again. However. I took it up again a couple days later only to discover that once my lips had gotten rid of the current dead skin, this little stick is great at keeping my lips moist and happy. Now I use it everyday!

Moisturizers -evanhealy - Rose Vetiver Day Moisturier

The bomb. After using the rose cleanser, one of Evan's floral water toners, and the rosehip serum my face is totally prepped for this lovely moisturizer. I just need a little for my entire face and it moisturizes for the whole day. Sometimes I go without foundation because the whole Evan Healy face package doesn't need anything on top. Wow, I can't believe I just said I don't need foundation! Amazing. The only complaint is - I wish it was in a bottle that came with a pump rather than a lid to unscrew and expose to air/germs. Definitely a lovely treat for my face.

Love this Rosehip Facial Serum - Rose in conjunction with the other Rose products. They work so well synergistically; after trying the sample kit I was convinced to buy the regular size products because they're working wonders on my skin! Others have said it better than I can.

Love this new formula for the rose cleansing milk! Does wonders for my skin if I use it on a consistent basis. I have rosacea on my cheeks and had tried the old formula blue cleanser which did nothing for me. But for some reason this new rose cleanser is amazingly tough and gentle all at the same time. What a find! Definitely worth getting the little sample kit as the products lasted longer than two weeks and gave me a good indication that they were working.

I have sensitive skin and was worried this might cause my rosacea cheeks to flair up, but I was so pleasantly surprised to try this mask to find my skin loves this! Great job at gently exfoliating and cleansing effectively. Normally use this once or twice a week as it's helping with my clogged pores. Well worth the cost.

Evan Healy's Green Tea Clay mask is gentle but so effective at softening and smoothing skin. It's silky smooth - like a dream! I prefer the Rose Clay mask, but this one is nice if I'm having a rosacea flair up and need just a little something to help my skin out. The clay itself is exceptionally fine and I just mix it with either rose water or tap water in the palm of my hand before putting on my face for 5 - 10 minutes. It washes away easily leaving a new, smooth surface.

Although I was enjoying using this lovely moisturizer, it seems the mushroom extract doesn't agree with my face. After using it faithfully for a couple weeks my face started breaking out and feeling heavy and uncomfortable. As soon as I stopped using it, my face started healing and has now returned to normal. It has a nice consistency and a gentle rose aroma.

This is almost like heaven in a bottle for those who love rosewater. Simple ingredients, yet effectively cleans and plumps my face before adding moisturizer.

This creamy cleanser felt luxurious going on my face and I loved the smell. However, it did not remove all makeup and I felt like I had to use quite a bit of cleanser to get my face half-cleaned. Would love to give it a better rating, but it didn't completely cleanse.

The bomb in cotton pads! The reviewer before me says it all. Definitely worth trying. When I run out, any other cotton pads don't compare and now I prefer these to any quilted cotton pads I used to use. Thank you, Sephora, for stocking these!

Interesting little balm by Badger! I've used other balms and this one was left by the wayside until I was cleaning out some products and realized I better at least try it before giving it away. Well, I am NOT giving this away! Great for moisturizing face, arms, legs, etc. Wonderful for making stretch marks disappear and retaining moisture. I love that it's in a tin: easy for travelling and does not spill like an oil could. Price is extremely reasonable as a little goes a long way. So glad I tried it rather than giving it away!

And it works great on the face too! I normally alternate between the Baobab Oil and Argan Oil at nighttime after cleansing and toning. One or two drops is all that's needed for my face. Love the simplicity and effectiveness at lightly moisturizing without chemicals.

I had a terrible reaction to a hand salt scrub and lotion set that a mall kiosk seller tried on me and due to the cold weather and washing my hands constantly I developed a huge, red, raw mess on one hand. Norwegian formula hand cream fragrance free has saved my hand literally in 24 hours! The redness, pain, and scaliness is gone. Yes, there's more healing to be done, but the worst part is over with. Thanks to a tiny amount of this cream I apply everytime after I wash my hands! Buy it!
